Description

The present invention relates to a decorative sheet in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on one side of a resin film. In particular, the present invention relates to a decorative sheet that is suitable for reattachment, and that can be easily reapplied without being deformed when the applied adhesive sheet is peeled off and without impairing the appearance.

A decorative sheet provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of a resin film is generally supplied to a user with a release material attached to the sheet, and the user performs the work of attaching the decorative sheet to the adherend. Do it while removing it. The decorative sheet is used, for example, for interiors of buildings (stores, offices, indoors), furniture, decoration of electrical appliances, etc., and when adhering to these adherends, the adherend and the decorative sheet The technique of sticking so that air does not remain between is required. If air remains between the adherend and the decorative sheet, when the decorative sheet is placed in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the remaining air expands, resulting in a decrease in appearance and a decrease in adhesive strength. When air remains, it is necessary to peel off the decorative sheet and perform the pasting operation again.

When sticking a decorative sheet to an adherend, air remains between the adhesive layer of the decorative sheet and the adherend, thereby deteriorating the appearance of the decorative sheet or reducing the adhesion to the adherend. In order to solve this problem, in order to solve this problem, the surface of the adhesive layer of the decorative sheet is provided with a small convex part or an uneven structure, or, as shown in FIG. There has been proposed a method of providing a groove that forms an outlet passage through which air flows out to the side surface of the decorative sheet (Patent Documents 1 to 6).

However, it remains unsolved that the decorative sheet is deformed by applying an excessive force when the decorative sheet once adhered is peeled off. In addition, when there is a groove in the adhesive layer of the decorative sheet as described above, the adhesive flows toward the groove when the decorative sheet is attached to the adherend, and the groove on the surface of the adhesive layer is deformed. . This deformation extends to the resin film on the side opposite to the groove of the decorative sheet through the adhesive around the groove. As a result, there is a problem that a recess having a shape like a groove is generated on the surface of the decorative sheet, and the appearance of the decorative sheet after being attached is impaired.

The present invention is a decorative sheet provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of a resin film, and the decorative sheet is not deformed when the attached decorative sheet is peeled off, and can be easily regenerated without impairing the appearance. It aims at providing the decorative sheet which can be stuck.

That is, the present invention provides a decorative sheet having a resin film and an adhesive layer adhered to one side thereof, the loop stiffness of the resin film is 150 mN / 15 mm to 500 mN / 15 mm, and the adhesive layer Has one or more grooves on the surface opposite to the surface adhering to the resin film, and the grooves are present only on the inner side of the opposite surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Provided is a decorative sheet characterized in that it does not lead to the side.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer further has a groove that communicates to the side surface on the reverse surface.

Moreover, this invention also provides the peeling material which has an emboss so that it may have a male surface structure with respect to the adhesive layer of a decorative sheet.

The decorative sheet of the present invention is not deformed when the decorative sheet once adhered is peeled off, can be easily re-adhered, and has a good appearance even after re-adhesion.

Below, the decorative sheet of this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.
FIG. 2 shows a decorative sheet in one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative sheet 1 of the present invention has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 adhered to one surface of a resin film 2, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is opposite to the surface adhered to the resin film. One or more grooves 4 are provided. Here, the said groove | channel exists only inside the said reverse surface of an adhesive layer, and does not lead to the side surface of an adhesive layer.

If there is a groove as shown in FIG. 1 in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the decorative sheet, as described above, the pressure-sensitive adhesive flows toward the groove, and the groove on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is deformed. Since the dent is formed on the surface of the decorative sheet, the appearance of the decorative sheet after pasting is impaired. However, in the decorative sheet of the present invention, since the grooves are discontinuously present in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the deformation of the grooves caused by the flow of the pressure-sensitive adhesive toward the grooves is present around the grooves. It is suppressed by the agent. As a result, the appearance after sticking to an adherend is good.

FIG. 3 shows a decorative sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the decorative sheet of the present invention may further include a groove 5 in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 communicates to the side surface on the reverse surface.

Since the decorative sheet has both the groove 4 and the groove 5, when the deformation of the groove due to the flow of the adhesive reaches the resin film, it is compared with a conventional decorative sheet in which only the groove 5 is provided for the outflow of air. The stress is dispersed. Therefore, no depression is generated on the surface of the decorative sheet. Therefore, the appearance of the decorative sheet after being attached to the adherend is good.

The groove in the present invention can be selected in an arbitrary shape, and preferably the cross section thereof is a rectangle (a), a trapezoid (b), a U-shape (c) or a triangle (d) as shown in FIG. , Having a width of 5-100 μm and a depth of 5-50 μm. In FIG. 4, w represents the width of the groove, and h represents the depth of the groove. When the width of the groove is too large, the appearance of the decorative sheet after pasting is deteriorated.

Moreover, a groove | channel may have various shapes or patterns in the front view of the surface which has the groove | channel of an adhesive layer. Examples thereof are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are front views of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which both the groove 4 that does not communicate with the side surface and the groove 5 that communicates with the side surface are present. In FIGS.

The groove 4 that does not lead to the side surface is, for example, a straight line, a straight branch, a cross, a circle, an ellipse, or a polygon (such as a rectangle or a hexagon) in the front view of the surface having the groove of the adhesive layer. Each shape may be constituted by a plurality of intermittent grooves. 2 and 3 described above, the groove 4 has a cross shape. In FIG. 5, the groove 4 is hexagonal, and in FIG. 6, the groove 4 is circular. FIG. 7 is an example in which the linear groove 4 is constituted by a plurality of intermittent grooves.

Groove 4, one or more pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, preferably are numerous, and more preferably 1 cm 2 per 1 × 10~3.7 × 10 6 pieces of density, more preferably 1 cm 2 per 1 × 10 2 to 3 There are 7 × 10 5 densities.

Further, the groove 5 leading to the side surface is a front view of the surface having the groove of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the plurality of grooves 5 are arranged in a stripe pattern, or each of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers separated by the groove is circular, It can be arranged to be oval or polygonal (square, hexagonal, etc.). In FIG. 3, the groove | channel 5 is arrange | positioned at the grid | lattice form, and each of the adhesive layer divided | segmented by this groove | channel is square. In FIG. 5, the grooves 5 are arranged so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer delimited by the grooves is a hexagonal shape, arranged in a circular shape in FIG. 6, and arranged in a square shape in FIG. 7.

The grooves 4 and 5 may be randomly arranged on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or may be arranged in a regular pattern.

The decorative sheet of the present invention is a loop having a resin film of 150 mN / 15 mm to 500 mN / 15 mm, preferably 200 mN / 15 mm to 450 mN / 15 mm so that the decorative sheet is not deformed by pulling when the decorative sheet once adhered is peeled off. Has stiffness stiffness. If the loop stiffness bending strength exceeds the upper limit, the stiffness of the decorative sheet becomes strong, and there is a risk of problems such as blistering and peeling, and if it is less than the lower limit, the desired effect of preventing deformation of the decorative sheet due to tension cannot be obtained. .

The loop stiffness bending strength is measured using a loop stiffness tester (for example, loop stiffness tester DA type (manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho)) under conditions of a compression speed of 5 mm / second, a crushing distance of 20 mm, and a loop length of 100 mm. It is the value.

As a kind of resin film, the resin conventionally used for that purpose can be used. For example, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyolefin resin (for example, polypropylene resin), polyester resin (for example, polyethylene terephthalate resin such as PETG), urethane resin, acrylic resin, and modified products and copolymers thereof. , Metal salts thereof, and mixtures thereof, but are not limited thereto. The thickness of the resin film can vary widely depending on the desired application, but is usually 30 to 500 μm, preferably 50 to 200 μm.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive itself in the present invention is known and is appropriately selected according to the type of adherend to be adhered. For example, SK Dyne 1309 manufactured by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd., and Liquidyne AR2120EA manufactured by Big Technos can be mentioned. The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer varies depending on the purpose of use of the decorative sheet, but is preferably in the range of 5 to 50 μm.

In order to improve the adhesive strength between the resin film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the decorative sheet of the present invention, the surface of the resin film to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied is preliminarily subjected to primer coating treatment, corona discharge treatment, plasma discharge treatment, etc. May be. The kind of primer and the kind of gas used for plasma discharge can be appropriately selected according to the material of the resin film and the adhesive constituting the decorative sheet.

In addition, even if the surface of the resin film of the decorative sheet of the present invention where the adhesive layer is not adhered is applied with a surface protective paint, a glazing paint, etc., or printing is performed by gravure, silk screen, offset, inkjet, etc. good.

Moreover, the resin film of the same material or a different material may be previously laminated on the surface of the resin film in the decorative sheet of the present invention where the adhesive layer is not adhered. As a method for pasting, a heat fusion method, a wet laminating method using an adhesive, a dry laminating method, a method using a pressure sensitive adhesive, or the like can be preferably used.

The decorative sheet of the present invention can be produced by a usual method. Place the sample for evaluation in daylight and 50cm under a 40W white fluorescent lamp (300 lux), and the periodic pattern due to the groove of the adhesive layer at a distance of 50mm to 1000mm and an angle of 10 to 90 ° Is visually evaluated whether or not is observed on the surface of the decorative sheet. Evaluation is performed in comparison with a sample for evaluation prepared from a decorative sheet having a corresponding resin film of Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
When the result shows that no periodic pattern is observed on the surface of the decorative sheet and the appearance is equivalent to that of Comparative Examples 1 to 3, “○”, and a slight unevenness is observed when compared with Comparative Examples 1 to 3. In the case where a regular pattern was observed, the evaluation was “X”.

(2) Adhesive strength test:
Performed according to JIS Z 0237 "Testing method for adhesive tape and adhesive sheet". First, SUS304 steel plate specified in JIS G 4305 is polished with water-resistant abrasive paper so that the center line average roughness (Ra) is 0.05 <Ra <0.40μm, and the maximum height difference of the unevenness of the polished surface: Rmax <3μm To do. Wash the surface thoroughly with gauze soaked with isopropyl alcohol, and then wipe the surface with dry gauze three times. The cleaned steel plate is left in an atmosphere at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5% for at least 5 minutes. The decorative sheet is cut out to a length of 250 mm and a width of 25 mm.
Next, the peeling material of the cut-out decorative sheet is peeled off, and the exposed adhesive surface is coated with a rubber layer with a spring hardness of 80 ± 5 Hs and a thickness of 6 mm as defined in JIS K 6253. Using a 95 mm roller with a mass of 2000 ± 50 g, a test piece is prepared by adhering to a steel plate at a crimping speed of about 20 mm / s and 2 reciprocations so that no air bubbles remain between the adhesive and the steel plate. When measuring the initial adhesive strength, leave this specimen in an atmosphere with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5% for 30 minutes. When measuring the normal adhesive strength, the temperature is 23 ± 2 ° C and the relative humidity. Leave in 50 ± 5% atmosphere for 24 hours.
Subsequently, the play portion of the test piece is turned 180 degrees, peeled about 40 mm, and then fixed between chucks of a tensile tester (manufactured by Shimadzu Corp., Autograph AG-100A). After fixing the test piece, it was peeled off continuously at a speed of 300 ± 30 mm / min, and tensile stress was measured at four locations at intervals of 20 mm. The average value of the four values is taken as the adhesive strength value.
(3) Resticking test:
A decorative sheet (width 200 mm × length 250 mm) of a predetermined size was attached to the entire surface of a transparent acrylic plate (width 200 mm × length 250 mm × thickness 5 mm). Immediately after the completion of the sticking, 100 mm from the upper end in the length direction of the decorative sheet was peeled off at an angle of 180 degrees. Furthermore, the work which re-sticks the peeled decorative sheet was performed. The state of the peeled decorative sheet and the state at the time of reattachment (the presence or absence of bubbles seen through the transparent acrylic plate and the possibility of reattachment) were observed.
(Double-circle): Deformation was not seen in the decorative sheet after peeling, and re-sticking could also be performed without generating bubbles.
○: No deformation was observed on the decorative sheet after peeling, and re-sticking was possible, but a phenomenon that some of the bubbles did not escape during re-sticking occurred.
(Triangle | delta): Although a deformation | transformation was seen in a part of decorative sheet after peeling, it was able to stick again. However, there was a phenomenon that some of the bubbles did not escape during reattachment.
X: Deformation was seen in the decorative sheet after peeling, and re-adhesion could not be performed.
(4) Loop stiffness bending strength:
First, a resin film having a given thickness is cut into a size of 15 mm × 200 mm to obtain a sample. Next, the cut sample was fixed between chucks of a loop step tester DA type (manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho), and the bending strength was measured. The measurement conditions were a compression speed of 5 mm / second, a crushing distance of 20 mm, and a loop length of 100 mm.
