Description

The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing equipment that supplies a head with an aqueous solution of fire extinguishing agent in which a fire extinguishing agent is mixed with water for extinguishing that is pressurized and supplied by a fire extinguishing pump in the event of a fire.

Conventionally, a pre-acting fire extinguishing facility is known as a closed spray fire extinguishing facility that emits an extinguishing agent aqueous solution in which a fire extinguishing agent is mixed with water for fire extinguishing (Patent Document 1). In this conventional fire extinguishing equipment, the pipe from the pump is connected to the primary side of the pre-actuated water flow detection device through a mixer that mixes the aerated foam fire extinguisher from the fire extinguisher tank. A closed head is connected to the pipe, and a fire detector is installed in the radiation section of the closed head.

When starting to use the fire extinguishing equipment, open the water flow detection device, operate the pump with the open / close valve on the fire extinguisher supply pipe of the fire extinguisher tank closed, and put only the water for fire extinguishing on the secondary side piping of the water flow detection device Fill. When the secondary side pipe is filled with fire-extinguishing water, the water flow detector is closed and the open / close valve of the fire extinguisher supply pipe is opened so that the fire extinguisher can be supplied to the mixer.

When a fire occurs, the control panel sends a signal to the water flow detector to open the valve and starts the pump by a fire signal from the fire detector. In this state, when the closed head detects a fire, the control panel opens. By the above, water is sprayed from the spray head in which the fire extinguisher aqueous solution in which the fire extinguisher is mixed with the fire extinguishing water is operated.

However, in such conventional fire extinguishing equipment, a metal pressure tank with a sealed structure is used as a chemical tank, and there is a problem that the structure of the tank is complicated and expensive.

In other words, a conventional chemical tank has a flexible metal member such as a diaphragm placed in a sealed metal tank, and is divided into upper and lower parts. Water is introduced and pressurized, and in the event of a fire, the fire extinguishing chemical in the chemical tank is pushed out by the pressurized fire extinguishing water supplied from the fire extinguishing pump and supplied to the mixer. The tank must be made of metal to ensure pressure resistance. There is a problem that the structure of the tank is complicated and expensive.

The tank is filled with extinguishing water on the upper side with the diaphragm as the boundary, and with the lower side with extinguishing agent. There is no liquid level open to the atmosphere when looking at the extinguishing agent. It is impossible to check the amount of extinguishing agent from the outside by installing a surface level meter. In fact, the inspector opens the lid on the medicine tank and visually confirms it, and the extinguishing agent is stored in the medicine tank. There is a problem that monitoring the amount takes time and effort.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a fire extinguishing facility having a simple chemical tank structure and capable of easily and easily confirming the amount of extinguishing agent stored.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention is configured as follows. The present invention provides a fire extinguishing equipment for supplying water to a head with a fire extinguisher aqueous solution in which a fire extinguisher is mixed with fire extinguishing water pressurized and supplied by a fire extinguishing pump in the event of a fire.
A chemical tank with an open air structure that stores fire extinguishing agent,
A chemical pump that pressurizes the extinguishing agent in the chemical tank;
A mixer for mixing the fire extinguisher supplied by the chemical pump with the fire extinguishing water pressurized and supplied from the fire pump, and flowing out the fire extinguisher aqueous solution;
A control valve provided in a drug supply pipe from the drug pump to the mixer to control the supply amount of the extinguishing agent;
A control unit for controlling the opening of the control valve so as to keep the extinguishing agent concentration of the aqueous extinguishing agent solution flowing out of the mixer at a predetermined concentration;
Is provided.

Here, the chemical tank includes a liquid level meter that can visually recognize the liquid level of the extinguishing chemical from the outside. In addition, the chemical tank includes a liquid level detector that detects that the liquid level of the fire extinguishing chemical has dropped below a predetermined level and outputs a liquid level detection signal, and the control unit lowers the liquid level from the liquid level detector. When a detection signal is received, a liquid level drop alarm is output.

{(P1−P2)/(P1−P2)}
The control unit includes a first differential pressure (P1-P2) between the primary side pressure P1 and the secondary side pressure P2 of the mixer, a primary side pressure P1 of the mixer and a control valve 2 provided in the drug supply pipe. The second differential pressure (P1-P3) with the secondary drug pressure P is detected, and the ratio of the first differential pressure and the second differential pressure {(P1-P2) / (P1-P2)}
The opening degree of the control valve is controlled so that becomes a predetermined value K corresponding to the predetermined concentration.

According to the present invention, the chemical tank is open to the atmosphere, and it is not necessary to use a metal tank to ensure pressure resistance, such as a pressure tank, and the fire extinguishing agent is supplied by the chemical pump. An internal partition structure for pressurizing the fire extinguishing agent is not required, and the tank structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, since it is a chemical tank that is open to the atmosphere, it is possible to check the liquid level of the fire extinguisher directly and visually by installing a siphon-type liquid level meter. Monitoring is simple and easy.

In addition, by installing a liquid level drop detector, a liquid level drop warning is output for a decrease in the extinguishing agent storage capacity, and it can be properly managed even if the fire extinguisher is consumed in an actual water discharge test from the head. High fire extinguishing performance can be achieved by spraying an aqueous solution of extinguishing agent without causing a shortage of extinguishing agent in the event of a fire.

Moreover, since the extinguishing agent is sent to the mixer by the chemical pump and mixed with the water for extinguishing, the supply amount of the extinguishing agent to the mixer can be adjusted with high accuracy by the control valve. It is possible to accurately maintain the set concentration of the extinguishing agent within the% range.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of a fire extinguishing facility according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the fire extinguishing equipment of the present invention has a fire extinguishing pump 10 installed on the basement of a building, etc., and a motor 12 is connected to the fire extinguishing pump 10. The water for fire extinguishing from the water source water tank 16 is pressurized and supplied to the water supply main pipe 18.

A pressure tank 20 and a basin 24 are provided for the fire pump 10. The pressure tank 20 introduces fire-extinguishing water from the water supply main pipe 18 to compress the air inside, and the pressure switch 22 monitors the drop in the pressure inside the water supply main pipe 18. When the internal pressure of the water supply main pipe 18 falls below a predetermined pressure, the pressure switch 22 outputs a pressure detection signal to the pump control panel 14, drives the motor 12, and starts the fire extinguishing pump 10.

The main water supply pipe 18 passes through the mixer 26 and is arranged in the height direction of the building. An elevated water tank (not shown) is installed on the roof of the building, and the internal pressure of the water supply main pipe 18 is maintained by fire extinguishing water from the elevated water tank. A branch pipe 28 is drawn from the water supply main pipe 18 to the fire extinguishing target section.

A flowing water detection device 30 is provided at a branch portion of the branch pipe 28. The running water detection device 30 detects the running water of the fire extinguishing water in the branch pipe 28 and outputs a running water detection signal. The branch pipe 28 is provided with a plurality of closed heads 32 in this embodiment. The closed head 32 is integrally provided with a thermal head, and when the thermal head is actuated by receiving a thermal air current from a fire, the built-in valve mechanism is opened to spray water for fire extinguishing.

An open type head 38 is provided on the end side of the branch pipe 28 via a simultaneous open valve 34. The simultaneous opening valve 34 is provided with a sensing head 36 connected by piping so as to be located on the ceiling side where the fire thermal air current is received. The simultaneous opening valve 34 closes the flow path to the open head 38 when the sensing head 36 is in an inoperative state, and when the sensing head 36 is actuated by receiving a hot air current due to a fire, the pressurized fire-extinguishing water is discharged. As the pressure is reduced due to the release of pressurized fire-extinguishing water, the valve mechanism of the simultaneous release valve 34 opens to spray fire-extinguishing water from the open head 38.

In this embodiment, a case where a plurality of open-type heads 38 are in contact with the secondary side of the simultaneous open valve 34 is taken as an example, but one open-type head 38 is directly connected to the secondary side of the simultaneous open valve 34. May be connected. One sensing head 36 may be directly connected to the simultaneous opening valve 34.

A manual start valve 39 is provided at the end of the pipe of the sensing head 36. When the manual start valve 39 is opened during the equipment test, the fire-extinguishing water is discharged from the open-type head 38 in the same amount as the water sprayed in the event of a fire. It is possible to perform an operation test of the facility by generating running water.

A chemical tank 40 containing fire-extinguishing water 42 is provided for the mixer 26. The chemical tank 40 has a tank structure that is open to the atmosphere, and does not have a sealed pressure tank structure that is pressurized by introduction of fire-extinguishing water from the water supply main 18 unlike a conventional chemical tank. Since it is an open type and no pressure is applied, the tank partition wall need only have a structure that can withstand the weight associated with the storage of the fire extinguishing agent 42 being filled, and does not necessarily have to be a metal casing, and is strengthened by a framework or the like. A tank made of a resin material may be used.

A drug pump 44 is provided for the drug tank 40. The drug pump 44 is driven by a motor 46. The motor 46 is started and stopped by the medicine pump control panel 48. A drug supply pipe from the drug pump 44 is connected to the mixer 26 via a control valve 60.

The medicine tank 40 is provided with a liquid level meter 50. The liquid level meter 50 is a siphon type level meter. By connecting a pipe material made of a transparent glass tube or the like into the chemical tank 40 at both upper and lower ends, the extinguishing chemical is made to the same level as the liquid level of the extinguishing agent 42. The liquid level of the fire extinguishing agent 42 can be visually observed. The medicine tank 40 is provided with a liquid level drop detector 52, which outputs a liquid level drop detection signal when the liquid level of the extinguishing chemical 42 falls below a predetermined liquid level.

The concentration of the extinguishing agent supplied to the mixer 26 by the chemical pump 44 is adjusted by opening control of the control valve 60 by the chemical control panel 62. In the medicine control panel 62, a pressure detection signal P1 from a pressure sensor 54 provided on the primary side of the mixer 26, a pressure detection signal P2 from a pressure sensor 56 provided on the secondary side of the mixer 26, and a medicine supply A pressure detection signal P3 from a pressure sensor 58 provided on the secondary side of the pipe control valve 60 is input. Based on these pressure detection signals P1, P2 and P3, the drug concentration in the mixer 26 is, for example, 1% to The control valve 60 is controlled so as to have a constant concentration within the range of 3%.

(P1−P2)/(P1−P3)=K (1)
As the concentration control by the medicine control panel 62, the first differential pressure (P1-P2) between the detected pressure P1 on the primary side and the detected pressure P2 on the secondary side of the mixer 26 by the pressure sensor 54, The ratio between the primary pressure P1 and the second differential pressure (P1-P3) between the secondary detection pressure P3 of the control valve 60 in the medicine supply pipe is a constant value K corresponding to the target set concentration. Thus, the opening degree of the control valve 60 is controlled. That is, the control valve 60 is controlled according to the following equation.
(P1-P2) / (P1-P3) = K (1)

The supervisory control board 64 performs overall control of the fire extinguishing equipment. A running water detection signal from the running water detection device 30 is input to the monitoring control panel 64. The flowing water detection device 30 is configured to open the branch pipe 28 by discharging the water from the open head 38 by opening the open head 32 provided in the branch pipe 28 due to a fire or by operating the sensing head 36 provided in the simultaneous release valve 34. When running water is detected, a running water detection signal is output.

When the monitoring control panel 64 receives the flowing water detection signal, the monitoring control board 64 outputs the flowing water detection signal to a receiver of a fire alarm facility (not shown) and also outputs it to the medicine control board 62, whereby the medicine control board 62 is supplied with the medicine pump. The control board 48 is instructed to start the pump, and the drug pump 44 is started by driving the motor 46.

On the other hand, in the fire pump 10, the pressure in the water supply main pipe 18 decreases due to water spray from the closed head 32 or the open head 38, and this pressure drop is detected by the pressure switch 22 provided in the pressure tank 20. Then, a pressure drop detection signal is output to the pump control panel 14 and the fire pump 10 is started by driving the motor 12.

In the pump control panel 14, when both the pressure drop detection signal from the pressure switch 22 and the transfer signal of the flowing water detection signal from the monitoring control panel 64 are obtained, the pump 12 is driven to put out the fire-extinguishing pump. 10 may be driven.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart of the medicine supply control by the medicine control panel 62 of FIG. In FIG. 2, in the medicine supply control, the control valve 60 is fully closed as an initial setting in step S1, and the operation of the medicine pump 44 by the motor 46 is stopped.

In such an initial state in which the chemical pump 44 is stopped, as a fire extinguishing equipment, the fire extinguishing pump 10 is operated with the control valve 60 closed, so that only water for extinguishing is filled in the pipe. It is in operation.

When the closed head 32 is actuated in response to a thermal air current due to a fire in such a state of monitoring the fire extinguishing equipment, for example, the fire extinguishing water filled in the branch pipe 28 is sprinkled. Along with the sprinkling of the water for fire extinguishing, the running water detection device 30 detects running water and outputs a running water detection signal to the monitoring control board 64, and the chemical control board 62 receives a transfer signal of the running water detection signal from the monitoring control board 64. .

For this reason, if running water detection is discriminated at Step S2, it will progress to Step 3 and will check whether fire extinguishing pump 10 has started. The fire-extinguishing pump 10 detects a drop in the pressure of the water supply main pipe 18 due to the operation of the open head 32 by a pressure switch 22 provided in the pressure tank 20, and the motor is operated by the operation of the pump control panel 14 based on the pressure drop detection signal. 12 is driven and the fire pump 10 is operated.

When the pump control panel 14 activates the fire extinguishing pump 10, a pump activation signal is input to the medicine control panel 60 via the monitoring control panel 64, whereby the activation of the fire extinguishing pump is determined in step S3. When it is determined in step S3 that the fire pump is activated, the process proceeds to step S4, where an activation command is output to the drug pump control panel 48, and the drug pump 44 is activated by driving the motor 46.

Subsequently, in step S5, the primary pressure P1, the secondary pressure P2 of the mixer 26, and the pressure P3 of the medicine supply pipe are detected by the pressure sensors 54, 56, and 58, and the control valve is based on the equation (1). The opening degree of 60 is controlled, and feedback control is performed so that the mixing ratio of the extinguishing agent to the water for extinguishing in the mixer 26 becomes a set concentration set within a range of 1% to 3%.

During concentration control of the control valve 60 with respect to the mixer 26, whether or not the fire pump 10 is stopped is checked in step S6. When the fire pump 10 is stopped by extinguishing the fire, the pump stop signal is sent to the monitoring control panel 64. The process proceeds to step S7, and the operation of the drug pump 44 is stopped.

In the above-described embodiment, the control valve 60 provided in the medicine supply pipe is normally closed during normal operation. However, the control valve 60 may be normally opened.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment for adjusting the mixing ratio of the extinguishing agent. In FIG. 3, a return pipe 65 for returning a part of the extinguishing agent discharged from the medicine pump 44 to the mixer 26 side to the medicine tank 40 is prepared, and a control valve 66 for controlling the amount of the extinguishing agent to be returned through the return pipe 65. It has. At the time of watering, the opening degree of the control valve 66 is controlled to adjust the concentration of the extinguishing agent aqueous solution, and the amount of the extinguishing agent 42 input to the mixer 26 is adjusted.

In the above embodiment, the mixing ratio of the fire extinguishing chemical based on the primary pressure P1, the secondary pressure P2 of the mixer 26, and the secondary pressure P3 of the control valve 60 provided in the chemical supply pipe. However, in addition to the pressure, the flow rate of water for extinguishing and the flow rate of the extinguishing agent are respectively detected to control the opening of the control valve 60 so that the ratio is constant. Alternatively, the flow rate may be measured, and appropriate extinguishing agent concentration control can be used.

Further, in the above embodiment, the water supply main pipe 18 and the branch pipe 28 are filled with fire-extinguishing water, but may be filled with a fire-extinguishing agent aqueous solution containing a fire extinguishing agent.

Further, the present invention includes appropriate modifications that do not impair the object and advantages thereof, and in particular, the present invention is applied to appropriate fire extinguishing equipment as long as it is a fire extinguishing equipment that mixes a fire extinguishing agent with water for fire extinguishing and discharges water from the head. can do.
