Abstract
【解決手段】 粉砕した竹炭と菜種油、重油等のすすからなるファインカーボンとの混合物に、灯油等の油成分と植物性のニスを加えて発熱塗料とし、これをセラミックス板上に塗布して発熱素子とする。また、セラミックの筒体10内に竹炭のカーボンとファインカーボンとを充填してその両端部を電極端子11で閉塞して発熱素子とする。

Claims (6)
- 粉砕した竹炭と、ファインカーボンと、油成分からなる薄め液と、植物性のニスからなることを特徴とする発熱塗料。
- 前記竹炭と、ファインカーボンの重量比は9:1であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発熱塗料。
- 前記竹炭とファインカーボンの粒径は0.15〜1.5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の発熱塗料。
- 竹炭とファインカーボンとを加えた重量100に対して前記薄め液の重量を40〜50とし、前記ニスの重量を150〜200としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の発熱塗料。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の発熱塗料をセラミック材に塗布したことを特徴とする発熱素子。
- 粉砕した竹炭とファインカーボンとを混合した混合粉末を耐熱及び絶縁性の筒体内に収納し、その筒体の両端部を電極端子で閉塞したことを特徴とする発熱素子。
