Description

The present invention relates to a cardboard case stacking method and apparatus for stacking a predetermined number of corrugated cardboard boxes that have been boxed by a box making machine, glued, and folded into a flat shape.

A box making machine that automatically manufactures cardboard cases that have flap pieces forming slits and folds on the cardboard sheet, glued to the glue margin, folded in a flat shape from the fold, and joined and bonded together. Although the machine is known, when supplying cardboard cases to the market, the cardboard cases that have been glued and folded into a flat shape are stacked in a bundle every predetermined number of sheets, and then bundled with a binding machine. There is a need to.

For this reason, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, the folded cardboard cases from the box making machine side are sequentially put into the hopper from above and stored in a stacked state, and one sheet from the lower end of the hopper The cardboard cases adjacent to each other in the front and rear on the conveyor are sent from the supply conveyor through the high-speed belt to the conveyor having a lower conveyance speed than the high-speed belt. A diagonally stacked state in which a part of each other is overlapped.

Thus, when a predetermined number of cardboard cases, for example, 10 cardboard cases are fed onto the conveyor, the supply conveyor and the high-speed belt are temporarily stopped, and the cardboard cases in an obliquely stacked state on the conveyor are arranged on the conveyance end side. The leading end surface of the stopper is brought into contact with the stopper in turn and the next corrugated cardboard case is inserted into the lower surface of the corrugated cardboard case that has been in contact with the stopper, and the stopper is stacked upward along the vertical surface of the stopper. When a predetermined number of cardboard cases are stacked in a bundle in this way, the stopper is released and the stacked cardboard cases are carried out to the binding machine side. On the other hand, after a predetermined number of cardboard cases are obliquely stacked on the transport conveyor, when the predetermined time has elapsed, the supply conveyor and the high-speed belt are driven again so that the predetermined number of cardboard cases are placed on the transport conveyor. Supply.

Further, as another method of stacking the flat cardboard cases, as described in Patent Document 2, the cardboard cases are continuously transported by a transport conveyor, and a first lower portion from the transport end portion is provided. A relay conveyor in which a predetermined number of sheets are sequentially loaded and stacked on a receiving member provided in the hopper, and then the cardboard case supply direction from the transfer end of the transfer conveyor is arranged in the extension direction of the transfer conveyor by the switching means. The cardboard case from the transfer conveyor is transferred onto this relay conveyor, and a predetermined number of sheets are sequentially loaded onto the receiving member provided in the second hopper below the transfer conveyor end of the transfer conveyor and stacked. A method has been developed.
JP-A-9-328250 JP 2005-206257 A

However, in the former method of stacking cardboard cases, when the cardboard cases stored in the hopper in a stacked state are addressed to one sheet by the supply conveyor from the lower end of the hopper, if the paste is undried, If the cardboard case is supplied from the supply conveyor to the transport conveyor via the high-speed belt, the supply conveyor and the high-speed belt are stopped. In the meantime, since the cardboard case is not supplied from the hopper side, the cardboard case stacking efficiency is lowered.

In addition, when the front end surface of the cardboard case obliquely stacked on the transfer terminal side of the transfer conveyor is sequentially received and stacked by the stopper, the front surface of the cardboard case is first contacted and received by the stopper. Since the top of the next cardboard case is slid into contact with each other and the previous cardboard case is lifted and stacked, the larger the number of stacked cards, the fewer the overlapping parts of the cardboard cases. In addition, when the subsequent cardboard case is fed to the lower surface of the preceding cardboard case, a large frictional force is generated to make it difficult to feed the cardboard case, and the belt may be worn out in a short period of time. In addition, the cardboard cases are caught and can be stacked smoothly. There is a problem such as Kunar.

In addition, the stacking process of the next cardboard case by the stopper is stopped while the predetermined number of stacked cardboard cases are carried out, and the processing efficiency is lowered.

In recent years, the performance of cardboard case box making machines has improved further, making it possible to make boxes at a speed of 300 to 400 sheets per minute. Therefore, the conveyance interval between cardboard cases has become 0.2 to 0.17 seconds. Although it is necessary to perform operations such as counting the number of sheets and separating them in a very short time, the method for temporarily stopping the cardboard case transport and stacking process as described above corresponds to the box making speed by the box making machine. I can't.

On the other hand, according to the latter stacking method, the folded cardboard cases supplied from the box making machine are sequentially and continuously conveyed by the conveyor without stopping the conveyor, and the first hopper side from the conveyor A predetermined number of corrugated cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle are alternately loaded on the receiving member and on the receiving member on the second hopper side via the relay conveyor. Although it is not possible to correspond to the box speed, if a predetermined number of cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle are supplied to one of the first and second hoppers, the above-mentioned 0.2 second to 0.17 second is extremely short. The switching means must be actuated at the same time, and even if this action is possible, the next cardboard case must be in a short period of time after the cardboard case is separated from the tip of the switching means. In a state of reaching the proximal end of said switching means, when it occurs that be fed in a direction switching the cardboard case becomes difficult.

Furthermore, since the relay conveyor is arranged in the extending direction of the transport conveyor from the transport conveyor via the switching means and the receiving members are provided in the first and second hoppers and the respective hoppers, the entire apparatus becomes large-scale. In addition to being prone to failure, a large installation area is required, and in addition, a bundle of cardboard cases are sequentially transported from the receiving members in the first and second hoppers to the binding machine side. The apparatus is also required according to each receiving member, and there is a problem that the entire apparatus and the movement become complicated.

The present invention provides a method for stacking cardboard cases and an apparatus for carrying out the method, which can completely eliminate such problems.

According to the cardboard case stacking method of the present invention, the cardboard case folded in a flat shape is conveyed by a transport conveyor so that the cardboard case stacking process can be performed continuously automatically and efficiently. Consecutively conveys and drops one by one into the lower hopper from the conveying end of the conveyor, thereby allowing it to be received on the openable primary receiving member disposed in the upper part of the hopper. When the cardboard case is stacked on the primary receiving member, the primary receiving member is opened, and the stacked cardboard case is dropped and received on the lower openable secondary receiving member and dropped from the conveyor. Pass the primary receiving member holding the subsequent cardboard case in an open state and place it on the stacked cardboard case on the secondary receiving member When the number of stacked cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle is reached, the primary receiving member is closed, and a plurality of cardboard cases continuously supplied from the conveyor are put on the primary receiving means again. The secondary receiving member is opened and the stacking cardboard case for one bundle on the secondary receiving member is transferred onto the lower lifting platform, and then the secondary receiving member is closed. While the next cardboard case for the next bundle is stacked on the receiving member in the same manner as described above, the lifting platform is lowered and transferred onto the carry-out surface of the carry-out means, and then raised to the original position and moved to the next one. It is characterized by having it wait for receipt of the cardboard case for a bundle.

Further, in the above method for stacking corrugated cardboard cases, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that when the primary receiving member is closed, the corrugated cardboard case supply position from the transport conveyor is raised to supply the corrugated cardboard case onto the primary receiving member, and the primary receiving member It is characterized in that the supply position is lowered when opening.

The invention according to claim 3 is an apparatus for carrying out the above-described method for stacking cardboard cases, and a transport conveyor for transporting the cardboard cases folded in a flat shape, and a hopper upper end below the transport end of the transport conveyor. A primary receiving member which is disposed so as to be openable and closable, receives a cardboard case supplied from the conveyor in a closed state in a stacked state, and opens after loading a plurality of cardboard cases to drop the stacked cardboard case; It is disposed below the primary receiving member so as to be openable and closable, receives the stacked cardboard case from the primary receiving member in a closed state, and stacks a plurality of cardboard cases from the conveyor on the stacked cardboard case. After receiving the number of cardboard cases for the bundle, the cardboard cases for the bundle are dropped and opened. A secondary receiving member, a lifting base disposed below the secondary receiving member, and descending after receiving a bundle of cardboard cases from the secondary receiving member; It is comprised from the carrying-out means of the loading cardboard case.

In the apparatus configured as described above, the invention according to claim 4 is configured such that at least the transfer terminal end side of the transfer conveyor can be raised and lowered, and the invention according to claim 5 is configured to transfer the transfer conveyor. A sorting conveyor that can be raised and lowered upward from the upper surface of the conveyor is provided at the end portion.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the discharging means according to the first aspect comprises a carry-out conveyor and an extruding member that pushes out a bundle of cardboard cases transferred from the elevator to the carry-out conveyor. The invention according to claim 7 is characterized by comprising a discharge table and an extruding member for extruding a bundle of cardboard cases transferred from the lifting platform onto the discharge table.

According to the present invention, the corrugated cardboard case continuously conveyed by the conveyor is dropped into the lower hopper from the conveyor terminal portion of the conveyor and temporarily placed on the primary receiving member disposed in the upper end of the hopper. Before the number of cardboard cases for one bundle is reached, the primary receiving member is opened and a plurality of cardboard cases loaded on the primary receiving member are placed on the lower secondary receiving member. The subsequent cardboard case dropped and received and held in the open state of the primary receiving member and dropped from the conveyor is passed through the primary receiving member and stacked on the stacking cardboard case on the secondary receiving member. The cardboard cases transported from the transport conveyor are not slid in contact with each other, and therefore, at the junction of the corrugated cardboard cases folded flat. The cardboard case can be stacked continuously on the secondary receiving member from the primary receiving member without causing any distortion, and the cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle can be reliably and smoothly stacked on the secondary receiving member. Can be loaded.

In addition, when the number of cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle is reached, the primary receiving member is closed, and a plurality of cardboard cases continuously supplied from the conveyor are placed on the primary receiving member again. Since the cardboard case is received, the conveyance of the cardboard case from the conveyor is stopped even though the number of cardboard cases corresponding to one bundle is loaded on the secondary receiving member below the primary receiving member. The cardboard case can be supplied onto the primary receiving member while being continuously conveyed, and the cardboard case is loaded on the secondary receiving member while the cardboard case is being supplied onto the primary receiving member from the conveyor. Curing such as drying of the paste of the corrugated cardboard case can be performed.

At this time, as described in claim 2, when the primary receiving member is closed, that is, immediately after the last corrugated cardboard case of a bundle of cardboard cases is put on the secondary receiving member, Since the feeding position of the cardboard case reaching the primary receiving member from the conveying conveyor side can be delayed, the closing operation of the primary receiving member can be reliably completed during this time, and the cardboard case It is possible to cope with high-speed stacking processing, and the primary receiving member is brought close to the end of conveyance of the cardboard case of the conveyor, and the cardboard case receiving surface of the primary receiving member is made higher than the height of the conveying surface of the conveyor. Arranged to face a slightly lower position where a single cardboard case can be received The cardboard case supplied from the transfer conveyor onto the primary receiving member can be supplied quickly while minimizing the stagnant time of the cardboard case as much as possible. The posture can be reliably supplied onto the primary receiving member.

As a means for increasing the supply position of such a cardboard case, as described in claim 4, at least the conveyance terminal end side of the conveyor is configured to be undulated, or as described in claim 5. In addition, it is possible to adopt means such as disposing a sectioning conveyor that can be raised and lowered upward from the upper surface of the transfer conveyor at the transfer conveyor transfer end.

Further, according to the present invention, a plurality of cardboard cases are loaded on the primary receiving member, while the secondary receiving member is opened so that one bundle of cardboard cases on the secondary receiving member Since it is transferred to the top, the elevator board can be lifted up reliably and quickly with a stable loading posture from the secondary receiving member by holding it in a position close to the secondary receiving member. The secondary receiving member can be quickly closed after the transfer, and the cardboard case can be received from the primary receiving member side after the transfer. Therefore, the primary receiving member, the secondary receiving member and A cardboard case manufactured by a box making machine can be efficiently and efficiently used without causing waste in the operation of the lifting platform and effectively using the space of the hopper in which these means are arranged. It can be treated stacked in each.

In addition, while the cardboard cases for the next bundle are stacked on the secondary receiving member in the same manner as described above, the lifting platform is lowered and transferred onto the unloading surface of the unloading means. During the loading operation of the cardboard case with the next receiving member, the cardboard case for one bundle can be smoothly sent out to the binding machine side or the like by this unloading means. As such a carrying-out means, as described in claim 6, a carry-out conveyor that receives a bundle of cardboard cases from the lift by lowering the lift, and a loaded cardboard case transferred onto the carry-out conveyor The cardboard case can be automatically transferred from the lifting platform onto the carry-out conveyor by lowering the lifting platform, and the loading distortion of the loading cardboard case can be reduced by the pushing member. It can be sent out while correcting etc. Further, as described in claim 7, as such a carrying-out means, a discharge table is adopted instead of the carry-out conveyor, and the loaded cardboard case transferred onto the discharge table is placed on an appropriate conveyor by the pushing member. You may comprise so that it may carry out continuously to sending out, the binding machine side, etc.

The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a stacking device for corrugated cardboard cases a folded in a flat shape transports cardboard cases a sent from an upstream box making machine to the downstream side. A conveyor 1, a hopper 2 formed by a lower space downstream from the conveyance termination of the conveyance conveyor 1, and an upper end portion of the hopper 2 are disposed so as to be openable and closable facing the conveyance termination portion of the conveyance conveyor 1. A primary receiving member 3, a secondary receiving member 4 disposed in the hopper 2 at a predetermined distance downward from the primary receiving member 3, and a lower space portion of the secondary receiving member 4 so as to freely move up and down. The elevator 5 is provided, and the unloading means 6 (shown in FIG. 2) for receiving the loaded cardboard case A on the elevator 5 and carrying it out to the downstream side.

Furthermore, a sectioning conveyor 7 that can be raised and lowered upward from the upper surface of the transport conveyor 1 is arranged in parallel with the transport conveyor 1 at the transport end portion of the transport conveyor 1, and at the end of the transport of the transport conveyor 1. The regulation plates 8 and 9 perpendicular to the lower side and the front and rear positions having the opening width interval of the hopper 2 from the conveyance end to the downstream side are respectively disposed, and the cardboard is formed by the space between these regulation plates 8 and 9. The hopper 2 that can receive the case a is formed.

The configuration of each of the above parts will be described in more detail. The conveyor 1 is configured such that a plurality of narrow conveyors 1a horizontally stretched endlessly between a driving pulley and a driven pulley are arranged at regular intervals in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction. The conveyor surfaces of all these conveyors 1a are moved toward the hopper 2 at a constant speed, and all the adjacent conveyors 1a in this conveyor 1 The sorting conveyor 7 that travels at the same speed in the same direction as the transport conveyor 1 is disposed between the transport terminal ends of 1a. The length of the sorting conveyor 7 is shorter than that of the transport conveyor 1 and is extended endlessly between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and the leading end side is in the vertical direction with the base end (upstream side) pulley as a fulcrum. It is configured to turn up and down, and in the lying state, its transport surface is flush with the transport surface of the transport conveyor 1.

The primary receiving member 3 has two rectangular horizontal plates 3a, 3a having a constant width long in the conveying direction of the cardboard case a in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the cardboard case a, that is, the width direction of the conveying conveyor 1. The upper surface of the corrugated cardboard case a is arranged side by side with a certain interval at which one side and the other side of the lower surface can be received. In this way, when the horizontal plates 3a, 3a are spaced apart from each other so that they can support both sides of the lower surface of the cardboard case a, they are in a closed state, and when they move outward in a direction away from this state. Is open.

Further, the horizontal plates 3a, 3a constituting the primary receiving member 3 have their leading ends directed toward the upstream side in close proximity to the conveying end of the conveying conveyor 1, and the cardboard case a The upper surfaces of these horizontal plates 3a, 3a, which are receiving surfaces, are provided at a slightly lower height corresponding to one or two sheets of the thickness of the cardboard case a than the height of the conveying surface of the conveying conveyor 1, and the conveying conveyor 1 The cardboard case a can be quickly received. These horizontal plates 3a and 3a are inserted at the base end side through horizontal slits 10 and 10 formed in notches on both sides of the regulating plate 9 facing the conveyor 1 and the opening width of the hopper 2. The base end portion is supported by an appropriate support member (not shown) so as to be opened and closed in the width direction of the conveyor 1.

In addition, as a means for opening and closing the horizontal plates 3a and 3a, although not shown, a fluid pressure cylinder can be employed. In this case, when the rod of the fluid pressure cylinder is extended, the horizontal plates 3a and 3a connected to the tip of the rod are moved in the closing direction, and when contracted, the horizontal plates 3a and 3a are opened. While being configured to move, the contraction operation is performed by supplying a pressure fluid into the cylinder while the spring disposed in the cylinder is compressed by the piston, while the extension operation releases the pressure of the pressure fluid. By doing so, the rod is instantaneously extended by the restoring force of the spring.

As such an opening / closing means, it is possible to operate the horizontal plates 3a, 3a in a direction to quickly close the horizontal plates 3a, 3a even if an appropriate mechanism other than the fluid pressure cylinder as described above is adopted. Even in the closed state in which both sides of the lower surface of the cardboard case a are supported, the inner end surfaces in the longitudinal direction facing each other are separated from each other, and from this state the inner end surface of the horizontal plate 3a is separated from the side end surface of the cardboard case a. Since the support of the cardboard case a can be released simply by moving it to a position slightly away from the outside, and both sides of the lower surface of the cardboard case a can be supported by moving it inward by the same distance from that position, the box making machine The primary receiving member 3 composed of a pair of horizontal plates 3a and 3a within a very short time even if the conveyance interval between the cardboard cases is 0.2 seconds to 0.17 seconds by the conveyor 1 from the side. Can be closed instantly.

On the other hand, the secondary receiving member 4 is disposed below the primary receiving member 3 with an interval in which a bundle of cardboard cases A can be stored. The secondary receiving member 4 comprises a plurality of fluid pressure cylinders 4a attached to the regulating plates 8 and 9, respectively, and is conveyed on the opposite side of the opposing surface of the regulating plates 8 and 9 facing the hopper 2. 1 is mounted at regular intervals in the width direction of 1 and the rod 4b is configured to pass through the regulating plates 8 and 9 and protrude into the hopper 2 so that the rod 4b protrudes into the hopper 2. The front and rear portions of the lower surface of the stacking cardboard case A in the direction perpendicular to the primary receiving member 3 are received by these rows of rods 4b. The regulation plate 9 disposed on the downstream side (front side) is movable in the front-rear direction so as to come in contact with and separate from the regulation plate 8 disposed in a fixed state below the discharge end of the conveyor 1. The opening width in the front-rear direction of the hopper 2 can be adjusted.

The lifting platform 5 is disposed so as to be movable up and down in the space below the secondary receiving member 4. The lifting platform 5 is formed by arranging a plurality of vertical plates 5a, the upper end surfaces of which are horizontal end surfaces, arranged in parallel in the width direction of the conveyor 1 at predetermined intervals, and these vertical plates 5a are hydraulic cylinders or the like. These fluid pressure cylinders (not shown) are configured to be moved up and down integrally at the same time. In the lifting platform 5, the horizontal upper end surface for receiving the bundle of cardboard cases A has a high interval at which the bundle of cardboard cases A can be provided below the secondary receiving member 4. It rises until it reaches the vertical position, and it is configured to descend from the carry-out surface of the carry-out means 6 to a position where it is immersed downward.

The unloading means 6 comprises an unloading conveyor 6a (shown by a horizontal straight line in FIG. 2) and an extruding member 6b for pushing out a bundle of cardboard cases transferred from the lifting platform 5 onto the unloading conveyor 6a. The conveyor 6a has a narrow width arranged horizontally in the front-rear direction at a position at a predetermined distance downward from the lower end of the opening of the hopper 2, that is, between the lower ends of the restriction plates 8, 9 facing the front and rear. It is a conveyor, and these narrow conveyors are respectively arranged in parallel between adjacent vertical plates 5a, 5a of the lifting platform 5. The transfer start end of the carry-out conveyor 6a is located below the transfer end portion of the transfer conveyor 1, and the transfer end portion side extends from the lower end of the hopper 2 to the downstream side.

The push-out member 6b has a height at which the front end surface reaches the vicinity of the lower end of the opening of the hopper 2 and a plurality of vertical plates or vertical frames each having a front end surface facing the downstream side as a vertical surface. The lower ends of these vertical plates or vertical frames are interposed in parallel between the adjacent vertical plates 5a, 5a of the lifting platform 5 together with the carry-out conveyor 6a. Usually, the push-out member 6b is retracted, and the vertical front end surface is kept waiting at a position where it is retracted from the lower end to the upstream side of the transfer end of the transfer conveyor 6a. When the case A is placed, the cardboard case A is configured to move toward the lower space of the hopper 2 and push out the loaded cardboard case A. The pushing member 6b is operated by an appropriate fluid pressure cylinder such as a hydraulic cylinder.

The operation of the cardboard case stacking device constructed as described above is described. The cardboard sheet provided with the flap piece forming slit and the crease is supplied to the box making machine and is folded and glued from the crease and is flat. The corrugated cardboard case “a” folded into a box is manufactured, and the cardboard case “a” is sequentially and continuously fed onto the conveyor 1 from the box making machine side at a constant interval. In the box making machine, the cardboard case a folded in a flat shape is manufactured at a speed of 300 to 400 per minute. Therefore, the cardboard case a is regularly arranged on the conveyor 1 at intervals of 0.2 to 0.17 seconds. It is carried in, and the conveyor 1 is operated toward the downstream side at a traveling speed corresponding to the carrying-in speed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cardboard case stacking apparatus is such that the sorting conveyor 7 stands up with respect to the transport surface of the transport conveyor 1 and the transport surface is inclined upward toward the downstream side. The primary receiving member 3 and the secondary receiving member 4 of the cardboard case a are in the closed state and are waiting for the cardboard case a to be received. Further, the push-out member 6b is retracted and the lifting platform 5 is in the raised position. Waiting.

When the cardboard case a transported downstream by the transport conveyor 1 reaches the transport end portion, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cardboard case a is placed on the transport surface of the section conveyor 7 inclined upward, and the section is separated. A regulating plate 9 is fed from the upper inclined end of the conveyor 7 to the upper side of the primary receiving member 3 disposed at the upper end opening of the hopper 2 by the conveying speed of the sorting conveyor 7 and the front end thereof is disposed forward. And is dropped along the regulating plate 9 and is received between the horizontal plates 3a and 3a on both sides of the primary receiving member 3. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the first cardboard case a-1 is received on the primary receiving member 3 and the second cardboard case a-2 reaches the sorting conveyor 7. For the sake of explanation, the size and interval of the device and the cardboard case a are schematically shown.

Similarly, the cardboard cases a are sequentially fed onto the primary receiving member 3 through the sorting conveyor 7 that is inclined obliquely upward toward the front from the conveying terminal end of the conveying conveyor 1. An intermediate number of cardboard cases corresponding to a bundle, for example, if a bundle is composed of 10 stacked cardboard cases A, when the fifth cardboard case a-5 is supplied as shown in FIG. The conveyor 7 starts to bend and the horizontal plates 3a, 3a of the primary receiving member 3 are horizontally moved outwardly away from each other to release the support of the cardboard case a as shown in FIG. The five cardboard cases a stacked above are dropped and received as they are between the front and rear rods 4b and 4b of the lower secondary receiving member 4 in the closed state, and the primary receiver opened. The sixth and subsequent cardboard cases a through the space between the horizontal plates 3a and 3a of the material 3 are sequentially placed on the cardboard cases stacked on the secondary receiving member 4 as shown in FIGS. Stack up.

At this time, when the eighth cardboard case a-8 is supplied from the transfer terminal end side of the transfer conveyor 1 toward the upper side of the hopper 2, the sorting conveyor 7 is completely lowered and the transfer surface is lowered. Accordingly, the cardboard case a-8 is supplied onto the secondary receiving member 4 by the conveying force of the conveyor 1.

Then, when the tenth cardboard case a-10 is supplied from the conveyor 1 side toward the upper end opening of the hopper 2, the sorting conveyor 7 stands up instantaneously as shown in FIG. Is inclined upward toward the tip (front end) to prepare for the supply of the next eleventh cardboard case a-11, and the tenth cardboard case a-10 is open to the primary receptacle. The horizontal plate 3a, 3a of the primary receiving member 3 is simultaneously dropped and loaded onto the ninth cardboard case a-9 stacked on the secondary receiving member 4 through the horizontal plate 3a, 3a of the member 3 A closed state is established by instantaneously moving both sides of the lower surface of a to a position where they can be received close to each other (see FIGS. 10 and 11).

The number of cardboard cases a supplied from the conveyor 1 to the hopper 2 side and the number of cardboard cases a stacked on the secondary receiving member 4 are detected by an appropriate detector (not shown). When it is detected that a bundle of sheets (10 sheets in this embodiment) is stacked on the secondary receiving member 4, the primary receiving member 3 is instantly closed and the sorting conveyor 7 is closed as described above. Stand up.

In this case, the primary receiving member 3 is closed while the sorting conveyor 7 stands up. However, when the sorting conveyor 7 stands up, the conveying surface of the sorting conveyor 7 tilts obliquely upward toward the front end (tip). Therefore, the eleventh cardboard case a-11 conveyed at a high speed by the conveyor 1 following the tenth cardboard case a-10 is directed forward from the inclined conveyor surface of the sorting conveyor 7. Since it is fed and dropped so as to draw a gentle parabola on the primary receiving member 3 from above the upper end opening of the hopper 2, the time until it is received by the primary receiving member 3 , It takes longer than the time it is sent horizontally by the conveyor 1 until it is received by the primary receiving member 3. Rukesu a-11 is one which quickly close the primary receiving member 3 to reach on the primary receiving member 3. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the eleventh cardboard case a-11 has reached the inclined conveying surface of the sorting conveyor 7 and the initial closing state of the primary receiving member 3 at that time.

Thus, the 11th cardboard is placed on the primary receiving member 3 as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 in a state where a bundle (ten) of the stacked cardboard cases A is received on the secondary receiving member 4. Case a-11 and several subsequent cardboard cases a-12 to a-14 are sequentially fed and stacked from the conveyor 1 onto the sorting conveyor 7, and the 15th cardboard case a-15 is fed to the sorting conveyor 7. When reaching the top, the front and rear fluid pressure cylinders 4a and 4a of the secondary receiving member 4 are contracted and the rods 4b and 4b are contracted so that the front and rear rods 4b and 4b are opened from the front and rear regulating plates 8 and 9 to the outside of the hopper. Then, the receiving of the stacked cardboard case A is released, and the bundle of stacked cardboard cases A on the secondary receiving member 4 is dropped and transferred as it is onto the lifting platform 5 waiting at the raised position. Until the secondary receiving member 4 is opened, a bundle of cardboard cases A on the secondary receiving member 4 obtains a curing time such as drying of glue.

When a bunch of stacked cardboard cases A from the secondary receiving member 4 is transferred onto the lifting platform 5, as shown in FIG. 14, the front and rear fluid pressure cylinders 4a, 4a of the secondary receiving member 4 are immediately inserted. The rods 4b and 4b extend and project from the front and rear regulating plates 8 and 9 into the hopper, and wait for receiving the next bundle of cardboard cases A. On the other hand, the lifting platform 5 starts to descend. Then, before the 15th cardboard case a-15 is loaded on the primary receiving member 3 and the next 16th cardboard case a-16 is supplied from the sorting conveyor 7 onto the primary receiving member 3, FIG. As shown in FIG. 15, a plurality of cardboard cases a-11 to a-15 (five in the figure) in which the primary receiving member 3 is instantaneously opened and loaded on the primary receiving member 3 are used as secondary receiving members. 4. The space between the horizontal plates 3a and 3a of the primary receiving member 3 which is dropped and received on the top 4 and opens several cardboard cases a-17 to a-19 after the 16th cardboard case a-16. The sheets are sequentially stacked on a plurality of cardboard cases received on the secondary receiving member 4 through the section.

At this time, when the sixteenth cardboard case a-16 is supplied from the sorting conveyor 7 onto the secondary receiving member 4, the lifting platform 5 has its upper end surface in the meantime the carrying-out conveyor 6a while the carrying-out means 6 is stopped. The cardboard case A-16 on the elevator 5 is lowered to a position slightly recessed from the carry-out surface and transferred onto the carry-out conveyor 6a, while the sixteenth cardboard case a-16 is separated into the sorting conveyor 7. After being supplied from the top to the secondary receiving member 4 side, the sorting conveyor 7 immediately sags until its transport surface becomes horizontal, and the subsequent cardboard case is transported to the end of the transport conveyor 1 where the transport surface is horizontal. The secondary receiving member 4 is supplied and charged from above. Note that the cardboard case a supplied and put in from the conveying conveyor 1 side comes into contact with the front regulating plate 9 and then falls along the regulating plate 9 so as to be placed on the primary receiving member 3 or the secondary receiving member. 4 is supplied.

When the 17th cardboard case a-17 is supplied onto the secondary receiving member 4 through the hopper 2 as shown in FIG. 16, the pushing member 6b of the discharging means 6 starts to advance from the standby position. Then, the front end face is brought into contact with the back surface of the stacked cardboard case A transferred on the discharge conveyor 6a to correct the stacking distortion of the bundle of cardboard cases A so that the posture is adjusted. Push forward.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, after the 18th and 19th cardboard cases a-18 and a-19 are supplied onto the secondary receiving member 4, the 20th cardboard case a-20 is When supplied to the secondary receiving member 4 from the sorting conveyor 7 through the primary receiving member 3 opened from the upper end opening of the hopper 2, as shown in FIG. While the conveying surface is inclined upward toward the front end (front end), the cardboard case A on the carry-out conveyor 6a of the carry-out means 6 is pushed forward from the lower end of the hopper 2 by the push-out member 6b. Subsequent to the extrusion, the lifting platform 5 starts to rise.

Further, after the 20th cardboard case a-20 is supplied to the secondary receiving member 4 side, as shown in FIG. 20, the horizontal plates 3a and 3a of the primary receiving member 3 immediately touch both sides of the lower surface of the cardboard case a. It is in a closed state in which it has moved to a position where it can be received, and in preparation for receiving the 21st cardboard case a-11 that is the first cardboard case a of the next stack of cardboard cases A, The pushing member 6b begins to return, and the lifting platform 5 moves up to the receiving position for the next bundle of cardboard cases A. Note that the loaded cardboard case A on the secondary receiving member 4 performs curing such as drying of glue with the secondary receiving member 4.

When the sorting conveyor 7 rises as described above, the supply time of the corrugated cardboard case a reaching the primary receiving member 3 from the sorting conveyor 7 as described above becomes long, so that the primary receiving member 3 is quickly closed during this period. As shown in FIGS. 21 to 25, several cardboard cases a-21 to a-25 conveyed by the conveyor 1 are sequentially supplied from the sorting conveyor 7 onto the primary receiving member 3, as shown in FIGS. When these corrugated cardboard cases a start to be supplied onto the primary receiving member 3, the secondary receiving member 4 is opened and a stack of corrugated cardboard cases A loaded on the secondary receiving member 4 is waited at the raised position. It is dropped on the lifting platform 5 and received. Further, while several cardboard cases a are supplied onto the primary receiving member 3, the push-out member 6b of the carry-out means 6 returns to the original standby position, and thereafter the elevator platform 5 starts to descend.

After the 25th cardboard case a-25 is supplied onto the primary receiving member 3, the next cardboard case a-26 is supplied from the conveyor 1 to the primary receiving member 3 via the sorting conveyor 7. As shown in FIG. 26, a plurality of cardboard cases a-21 to a-25 stacked on the primary receiving member 3 by opening the horizontal plates 3a, 3a of the primary receiving member 3 are The secondary receiving member 4 is dropped onto the receiving member 4 and received, and the secondary receiving member is continuously passed between the horizontal plates 3a and 3a opening the next cardboard case a-26 continuously supplied from the sorting conveyor 7 side. When the next cardboard case a-27 is supplied to the sorting conveyor 7 side while being stacked on the cardboard case received on the member 4, as shown in FIG. This cardboard box becomes horizontal As shown in FIG. 28 and FIG. 29, several cardboard cases a-28 to a-30 that follow along with the a-27 are passed through the primary receiving member 3 and placed on the stacked cardboard case on the secondary receiving member 4. To load.

On the other hand, when the primary receiving member 3 is opened, the lifting platform 5 on which the bundle of cardboard cases A is placed is lowered and placed below the carry-out conveyor 6a of the carry-out means 6. After the loaded cardboard case A is transferred onto the carry-out conveyor 6a, the push-out member 6b moves forward and comes into contact with the rear end surface of the loaded cardboard case A. Then, the loaded cardboard case A is pushed forward, as shown in FIG. In addition, the hopper 2 is pushed forward from the lower open end of the hopper 2 and then retracted and the lifting platform 5 starts to rise.

When the 30th cardboard case a-30 is supplied onto the secondary receiving member 4, the sorting conveyor 7 rises again and the primary receiving member 3 closes as shown in FIG. The next 31st cardboard cases a-31 continuously supplied by the cardboard are supplied onto the primary receiving member 3, while the 30th cardboard case a-30 is supplied to form a second bundle. After the loading cardboard case A on the receiving member 4 has obtained a curing time such as drying of glue on the secondary receiving member 4, the secondary receiving member 4 is opened and transferred onto the lifting platform 5 as described above. Then, the elevator 5 is lowered and transferred onto the carry-out conveyor 6a of the carry-out means 6, and is fed forward from the lower end of the hopper 2 by the push-out member 6b.

A bundle of cardboard cases A pushed forward by the pushing member 6b is sequentially supplied to the binding machine (not shown) side by operating the carry-out conveyor 6a. An open end portion is provided on the front side from the lower opening end of the hopper 2, and a fixed horizontal carry-out table (not shown) is disposed at the lower opening end of the hopper 2. After being transferred onto the carry-out table, the cardboard case A may be delivered to the push-out member 6b toward the carry-out conveyor 6a and carried out to the binding machine side by the carry-out conveyor 6a.

As described above, the corrugated cardboard case a folded in a flat shape from the box making machine side is successively and continuously conveyed to the hopper 2 side at regular intervals by the conveyance conveyor 1. A step of supplying and stacking several cardboard cases a on the primary receiving member 3 in a state of standing upright in an inclined state, and a stack of one bundle previously stacked on the secondary receiving member 4 in the meantime After the cardboard case A is transferred onto the lifting platform 5 by opening the secondary receiving member 4, the step of lowering the lifting platform 5 while closing the secondary receiving member 4, and the above-described primary receiving member 3 After the several cardboard cases a are supplied, the primary receiving member 3 is opened, and the several cardboard cases a are supplied and received on the lower secondary receiving member 4 closed in a stacked state. Process Subsequently, the sorting conveyor 7 is horizontally lowered, and several cardboard cases a are passed from the conveyor 1 side through the opened primary receiving member 3 and stacked on the cardboard case a of the secondary receiving member 4. The step of forming a stack of cardboard cases A for the next bundle and the transfer of the stack of cardboard cases A from the lifting platform 5 lowered during the process of forming the stack of cardboard cases A onto the unloading surface of the unloading means 6, A step of moving the push-out member 6b forward and carrying it forward from the lower end opening of the hopper 2; then retracting the push-out member 6b to the original position and returning the lifting platform 5 to the raised position; and on the secondary receiving member 4 After the formation of the next cardboard case A for one bundle, the primary receiving member 3 is closed and the sorting conveyor 7 is moved up again, and several dough on the primary receiving member 3 again. By repeatedly performing the process of supplying the ball case a, in which sequentially, rapidly produce stacked cardboard case A of a bundle fraction without interrupting the conveyance of the cardboard case a by conveyor 1.

In the above-described embodiment, the sorting conveyor 7 is raised and lowered. However, at least the transfer terminal portion of the transfer conveyor 1 may be configured to be raised and lowered without providing such a dividing conveyor 7.
