かかる図9に示すケーシング本体部には、図10に示す様に、フィルムの両面側に擬似汚れが塗布されている洗浄インジケータ58を、図6に示す調整プレート44,44によって挟み込むように積層し、ケーシング本体部の挿入口40から挿入して洗浄評価器具Hを構成する。
この調整プレート44,44は、洗浄インジケータ58の両面側に一枚づつ配設されているが、洗浄インジケータ58の片面に二枚以上の調整プレート44を積層してもよい。

以上、説明してきた図1〜図8に示す洗浄液量を調整する調整手段を、図13に示すカバー板110,110に代えて設けることによって、図13に示す洗浄評価器具を用いて、洗浄物の種類や大きさ或いは洗浄槽の運転条件等が変更されても、信頼性の高い洗浄保証を行なうことができる。
