Description

The present invention relates to a method for assembling a roof truss member that is inclined along a roof gradient and is assembled to a ceiling frame provided on an upper portion of a building wall.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a frame wall construction method in which a frame is made of standardized wood such as 2 × 4 inches and a building is constructed by attaching a face material such as a structural plywood to the frame. There is also known a technique capable of reducing the amount of work on site by measuring, cutting and spotting the wood in advance in a factory.

According to the building construction method as described above, there is an advantage that the building can be constructed without being influenced by the building or site conditions.
However, when working in this way, the number of building materials such as timber delivered to the site is very large, and the work is increased by that much. There is a problem that a lot of skilled workers who know the detailed work procedure etc. must be secured.

Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, it is possible to construct a building relatively easily simply by panelizing the wood in a factory in advance and building the panel in this way with a crane on site. Such a technique has been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2000-257152 A

By the way, in the technique of the said patent document 1, even if a field worker does not have so high skill, there exists an advantage that quality can be stabilized and a construction period can be shortened.
However, using wood paneled in this way not only increases the cost of production compared to the case without paneling, but also increases the cost of transportation as the material becomes panelized. In some cases, it would be too high.

Therefore, development of a technology that can solve the above problems has been strongly desired. In particular, in the roof part, for example, a lot of building materials such as ceiling beam members, ceiling joists, rafter members, corner rafter members, roof truss members, etc. are used. There was a strong demand for improvement.

Above all, the roof truss member, which is the main building material for supporting the roof part, needs to assemble a plurality of members constituting the roof truss member accurately and at the same time at a high place such as a working scaffold. Since there is a case where assembly work is performed, it has been desired to develop a technique capable of proceeding with the assembly work more simply.

The subject of the present invention is that it is possible to remarkably improve the workability of the roof part in particular while comprehensively considering the workability of the entire building, and it is possible to assemble the roof truss member accurately and simply. An object is to provide a method for assembling a roof truss member.

The invention according to claim 1 is a pair of upper chord members 2a which are inclined along the slope of the roof and whose upper ends are joined to each other, as shown in FIGS.
Lower chord material 2b attached to the ceiling frame 20 provided on the upper part of the building wall 10;
A plurality of bundle members 3 that stand on the lower chord material 2b and support the upper chord material 2a inside the truss body 2 formed in a triangular shape by the upper chord material 2a and the lower chord material 2b;
When assembling each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 such as a plurality of diagonal members 4 attached obliquely between the plurality of bundle members 3 through a plurality of connecting members 5,
At least one guide member A that determines the attachment position of each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 is attached to the plurality of connecting members 5 in advance,
While each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 is attached to the plurality of connecting members 5 and the mounting positions of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 are determined by the guide member A, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are connected and assembled.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since at least one guide member A that determines the mounting position of each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 is attached to the plurality of connecting members 5 in advance. Just by attaching the middle or end of each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 to the plurality of connecting members 5, the mounting position of each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be determined by the guide member A, The members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 can be attached at accurate positions. In addition, since the mounting position of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be determined by the guide member A in this way, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be connected and assembled at the same time. Each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be easily connected. As a result, the assembling work of the roof truss member 1 can be performed accurately and simply, and the workability of the roof portion can be significantly improved.

In addition, since the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 can be accurately and easily connected in this way, the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 can be connected to the site without using a crane, unlike the prior art. As a result, it is possible to carry out the assembly work by being connected with each other, so that the work can be performed without being influenced by the building or site conditions, and the costs for production and transportation can be reduced.

Further, the middle or end of each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 is attached to the plurality of connecting members 5 while the guide member A determines the exact mounting position of each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 Since each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be easily connected and assembled, it is possible to perform an assembling work without being a skilled worker, and the stability of construction quality is remarkably improved.

Therefore, after attaching at least one guide member A for determining the attachment position of each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 to the plurality of connecting members 5 in advance, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are attached. In particular, the roof truss member 1 can be assembled accurately and simply, while improving the workability of the roof part in particular, while comprehensively considering the workability of the entire building. Is possible.

The plurality of diagonal members 4 are attached between an upper end portion of the second bundle member 3b and a lower end portion of the first bundle member 3a.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the first bundle member 3a is erected between the apex portion 2c of the truss body 2 and the central portion of the lower chord member 2b, and the second bundle member 3b is Since the lower chord member 2b is erected between an intermediate portion between the center portion of the lower chord member 2b and the bottom corner portion 2d and an intermediate portion between the apex corner portion 2c and the bottom corner portion 2d, the plurality of bundle members 3 The upper chord material 2a can be reliably supported on the lower chord material 2b.
In addition, by attaching the plurality of diagonal members 4 between the upper end portion of the second bundle member 3b and the lower end portion of the first bundle member 3a, the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 are viewed from above. Therefore, it is possible to secure a strong strength in terms of the load bearing structure of the entire roof truss member 1.

The invention according to claim 3 is the method for assembling the roof truss member 1 according to claim 1 or 2, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and FIGS.
The plurality of connecting members 5 include the guide member A and two gusset plates B and C sandwiching the guide member A from both sides,

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the guide member A is fixed to one gusset plate B of the two gusset plates B and C in advance, and each member is attached to the one gusset plate B. 2a, 2b, 3 and 4 are attached along the guide member A, so that the members 2a, 2b, 3 and 4 can be easily attached to the one gusset plate B.
Moreover, after attaching the other gusset plate C to the guide member A after attaching the middle or end of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 to the one gusset plate B, The members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 can be easily connected to each other via the connecting member 5.

Furthermore, since the other gusset plate C is fixed to the guide member A after attaching the middle or end of each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 to the one gusset plate B, the plurality of the plurality of members The connecting member 5 and the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 can be connected while being laid down, and the assembly operation of the roof truss member 1 can be performed accurately and simply.

While each of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 is attached to the plurality of connecting members 5 and the mounting positions of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 are determined by the guide member A, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are connected and assembled.

Here, the wall portion 10 is formed by standing a plurality of intermediate vertical frame members 10d in a square frame formed by assembling the upper and lower frame members 10a and 10b and the both side vertical frame members 10c. FIG. FIG. 11 shows an outer wall portion 100a and another outer wall portion 100b arranged on the outer periphery of a floor portion (not shown) of FIG. 11, and FIG. 11 shows an inner wall portion 101 arranged so as to form a plurality of rooms on the floor portion. Show.

Further, the head connecting member 10e is attached from the upper surface of one upper frame member 10a of the adjacent wall portions 10 to the upper surface of the other upper frame member 10a. Accordingly, the adjacent wall portions 10 can be firmly connected and fixed, so that the installation state of the wall portion 10 can be improved.
A plurality of guide members 10f are attached to the upper surface of the head connecting member 10e so that the ceiling frame 20 can be easily formed on the upper portion of the wall portion 10.

As shown in FIG. 12, the ceiling frame 20 includes a plurality of ceiling beam members 20a provided between the opposing outer wall portions 100a of the wall portion 10, and a plurality of them orthogonal to the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a. The auxiliary ceiling beam member 20b is constructed on the other outer wall portion 100b orthogonal to the outer wall portion 100a from the middle of the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a.
Thereafter, a plurality of first ceiling joists 20c parallel to the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a are installed between the opposed outer wall portions 100a, and a plurality of second ceiling joists parallel to the plurality of auxiliary ceiling beam members 20b are provided. A member 20d is erected from the middle of the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a to the other outer wall portion 100b, and a plurality of third ceiling joist members 20e orthogonal to the plurality of auxiliary ceiling beam members 20b are connected to the plurality of auxiliary ceiling beam members. It is formed by being erected on the outer wall portion 100a from the middle of 20b.

In addition, on the upper surface of the wall portion 10, the plurality of guide members 10f described above are provided in advance with the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a, the plurality of auxiliary ceiling beam members 20b, and the first to third ceiling joist members 20c. , 20d, and 20e are attached in the length direction of the wall portion 10 at intervals where the end portions thereof are fitted.

That is, by attaching a plurality of guide members 10f to the upper surface of the wall portion 10 in this way, the plurality of guide members 10f and 10f can be fitted into the plurality of guide members 10f. The ceiling beam member 20a, the plurality of auxiliary ceiling beam members 20b, and the first to third ceiling joist members 20c, 20d, and 20e can be attached at accurate positions.
Therefore, the mounting accuracy of the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a, auxiliary ceiling beam members 20b, and first to third ceiling joist members 20c, 20d, and 20e can be remarkably improved.

According to the ceiling frame 20 as described above, the ceiling beam member 20a and the auxiliary ceiling beam member 20b are assembled on the upper portion of the wall portion 10, and the ceiling wall member 20a and the auxiliary ceiling beam member 20b are connected to the outer wall portion 100a. Since the first to third ceiling joist members 20c, 20d, and 20e are bridged vertically and horizontally, the ceiling frame 20 can be firmly assembled.
In addition, unlike conventional ones, the building materials such as the ceiling beam member 20a, the auxiliary ceiling beam member 20b, and each ceiling joist member are used for construction without forming panels, so that the work can be performed without being influenced by the building or site conditions. It can be performed and the production and transportation costs can be reduced.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper chord member 2a is a pair of members that are inclined along the slope of the roof and whose upper ends are joined together, and whose upper ends are joined together. It follows the slope of the roof. Moreover, the lower end part of this upper chord material 2a is extended so that it may reach the eaves part of a roof, Although not shown in figure, a nose cover member is attached to the lower end surface.

The lower chord member 2b is attached to a ceiling frame 20 provided at the upper part of the building wall portion 10, and is installed between the opposing outer wall portions 100a adjacent to the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a. The length is such that the one outer wall 100a facing each other reaches the other outer wall 100a.
At this time, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower chord material 2b may have to be divided depending on the size of the building to be constructed. That is, when the lower chord material 2b is transported, the one having a length exceeding the length of the loading platform of the transport vehicle is divided. In such a case, the splint member 7 is attached to the joint portion of the divided one lower chord member 2b and the other lower chord member 2b to reinforce the joint portion.

The triangular body formed by the upper chord member 2a and the lower chord member 2b is referred to as a truss body 2 in the present embodiment, and constitutes an outer frame portion of the roof truss member 1. Regarding the three corners of the truss body 2, the corners located in the roof purlin portion are referred to as apex corners 2c, and the other two corners are referred to as bottom corners 2d.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the plurality of bundle members 3 are erected on the lower chord member 2 b inside the truss body 2 to support the upper chord member 2 a.
The plurality of bundle members 3 include a first bundle member 3a erected between the apex portion 2c of the truss body 2 and the central portion of the lower chord member 2b, and a central portion of the lower chord member 2b. The second bundle member 3b is provided between the intermediate portion between the bottom corner portion 2d and the intermediate portion between the apex corner portion 2c and the bottom corner portion 2d.

As described above, the first bundle member 3a is erected between the apex portion 2c of the truss body 2 and the center portion of the lower chord member 2b, and the second bundle member 3b is placed at the center portion of the lower chord member 2b. And the bottom corner portion 2d, and the middle portion between the apex corner portion 2c and the bottom corner portion 2d. The upper chord material 2a can be reliably supported.

As shown in FIG. 8, the plurality of diagonal members 4 are attached obliquely between the upper end portion of the second bundle member 3b and the lower end portion of the first bundle member 3a.

Thus, by attaching the plurality of diagonal members 4 between the upper end portion of the second bundle member 3b and the lower end portion of the first bundle member 3a, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are applied. Since the load from above can be dispersed, it is possible to ensure a strong strength in terms of the load bearing structure of the entire roof truss member 1.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 and FIGS. 13 to 17, the plurality of connecting members 5 include at least one guide member A that determines the mounting positions of the members 2 a, 2 b, 3, and 4, and the guides. Two gusset plates B and C sandwiching the member A from both sides are provided.
Of the two gusset plates B and C, the guide member A is fixed to one gusset plate B in advance, and the one gusset plate B is in the middle of the members 2a, 2b, 3 and 4 Alternatively, after the end portion is attached along the guide member A, the other gusset plate C is fixed to the guide member A.

According to such a connecting member, the guide member A is fixed in advance to one gusset plate B of the two gusset plates B, C, and the members 2a, Since the middle or end of 2b, 3 and 4 is attached along the guide member A, the members 2a, 2b, 3 and 4 can be easily attached to the one gusset plate B.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1-9, the 1st connection member 51 is attached to the bottom corner | angular part 2d of the said truss main body 2 among the said some connection members 5, and the 2nd connection member 52 is attached to the said lower chord material 2b. A third connecting member 53 is attached to the middle portion of the lower chord member 2b and the bottom corner portion 2d, a fourth connecting member 54 is attached to the apex corner portion 2c of the truss body 2, The five connecting members 55 are attached to an intermediate portion between the apex corner portion 2c and the bottom corner portion 2d.

In this way, by attaching the first to fifth connecting members 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55 at predetermined positions, the plurality of connecting members 5 and the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are accurately connected. And since it can connect easily, the assembly operation | work of the roof truss member 1 can be performed accurately and simply, and it is possible to improve the workability of a roof part markedly. .

Further, among the plurality of connecting members 5, as shown in FIG. 4, a marking 6 for positioning is previously provided at a predetermined position of the lower chord member 2b to which the second connecting member 52 and the third connecting member 53 are attached. Try to keep it.

As described above, the second connecting member 52 and the third connecting member 53 can be attached to the correct positions in accordance with the positioning markings 6, so that the second connecting member 52 and the third connecting member 53 are matched. The plurality of bundle members 3 and the plurality of diagonal members 4 can also be attached at accurate positions.

Next, the method for assembling the roof truss member 1 according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the second connecting member 52 and the third connecting member 53 are attached to predetermined positions of the lower chord material 2b on which the marking 6 for positioning is previously provided.
The positioning markings 6 are preferably provided in advance at a factory or the like because the work at the site can be simplified.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper end portion of the upper chord material 2 a is fixed to the fourth connecting member 54. At this time, the upper end portion of the lower chord material 2b is fixed to the correct position by fixing the upper end portion of the lower chord material 2b with reference to three points of the fourth connecting member 54 indicated by 54a, 54b, 54c in the figure. This is desirable because it can be attached.

At this time, the plurality of connecting members 5 and the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 are temporarily fixed to the connecting portions of the members 5a, 2b, 3, 4 with nails 8 or the like. Make sure to check the mounting condition.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the lower end of the second bundle 3b is attached to the third connecting member 53, and then the second bundle 3b is positioned at the upper end of the second bundle 3b as shown in FIG. 5 connecting member 55 is attached.
In addition, after the fifth connecting member 55 is attached, the plurality of diagonal members 4 are attached between the second connecting member 52 and the fifth connecting member 55.

9, the other gusset plate C of each of the connecting members 5 is attached to the plurality of guide members A at the connecting portion of the plurality of connecting members 5 and the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4. Fix together.
At this time, the entire roof truss member 1 is fixed by firmly fixing the entire surface of the other gusset plate C and the plurality of guide members A and the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 with nails 8 or the like. It is possible to ensure a strong strength in terms of the load bearing structure.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the corner rafter receiving member 9 which receives the lower end part of the corner rafter member attached along the corner ridge part of a roof is attached to the surface of the said 2nd connection member 52. As shown in FIG. Further, although not shown, a corner rafter guide groove portion for determining the mounting position of the corner rafter member is provided on the upper portion of the corner rafter receiving member 9 or the back surface of the corner rafter guide groove portion sandwiching the fourth connecting member 54. A purlin receiving member for receiving a purlin member attached to the top portion of the upper chord material 2a is provided at the position.

Since the lower chord member 2b is attached along the plurality of ceiling beam members 20a constituting the ceiling frame 20, the roof truss member 1 assembled as described above is also attached along the ceiling beam member 20a in plan view. It will be in the state.

Further, the roof truss member 1 is assembled as described above, for example, on the floor surface before the wall 10 is installed, or by providing a work floor above the ceiling frame 20. It is desirable to carry out in a place where a sufficient place for assembling the truss member 1 can be secured.

According to the method for assembling the roof truss member 1 of the present embodiment as described above, at least one guide member that determines the mounting positions of the members 2a, 2b, 3, and 4 in the plurality of connecting members 5 in advance. Since A is attached, the members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be moved by the guide member A only by attaching the middle or end of each member 2a, 2b, 3, 4 to the plurality of connecting members 5. The attachment position can be determined, and the respective members 2a, 2b, 3, 4 can be attached at accurate positions.
Therefore, it is possible to remarkably improve the workability of the roof part, while considering the workability of the entire building in a comprehensive manner, and to assemble the roof truss member 1 accurately and simply.
