Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit metal fittings to multi-functionate to reduce the sorts and improve productivity by arranging a plurality of penetration slots in parallel with each other previously, on the fitting piece of a raking purlin jointing metal fittings, and by enabing the fitting position of a raking purlin to be changed, to erect the purlin the section of a different span length. CONSTITUTION:On the purlin fitting piece 10 of a raking purlin jointing metal fittings base body 9 for forming an inclined roof, a plurality of penetration slots 19 are arranged in parallel with each other. After that, the base body 9 is provided with a purlin fitting piece 11, a knee brace fitting piece 12, and a brace fitting piece 13. After that, on these fitting pieces 10-13, a raking purlin 4A, a purlin 5A, a knee brace member 6, and a brace 7A are respectively fitted. Then the raking purlin 4A is erected at the section of a different span length, and the sorts are reduced to permit them to multifunctionate by setting the knee brace fitting piece 12, and are reinforced with the brace 7A, and the purlin 5A can be horizontally fitted. As a result, productivity can be enhanced and storage management and estimate work can be easily executed.

In buildings using this type of panel construction, each panel,
By setting the frame materials of the main building, etc. to standard dimensions, that is, modules as the basic unit, and setting them to, for example, integral multiples of the standard dimensions, and standardizing each member, it is possible to facilitate design, manufacturing, inventory management, etc., and reduce costs. At the same time, various types of houses are constructed using these standardized members.

However, the number, position, etc. of the columns a are subject to change depending on the tastes of the residents. The dimensions of the frame members such as the main building also change depending on the arrangement of the pillars a, and therefore, conventionally, frame members of different lengths were used for each pillar arrangement, resulting in a wide variety of dimensions, which reduced productivity. In addition to complicating inventory management, there were other problems such as complicating cost estimation.
