Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the number of members to be reduced by arranging a plurality of rafter pieces, and by arranging the reinforcing rafter pieces of large cross-sectional areas, large heights, and large dimensions in place of the rafter pieces, to combine braces with the reinforcing rafter pieces. CONSTITUTION:On a beam 16, bundles 17 are vertically arranged, and the bundles 17 are provided with reinforcing rafter piece jointing metal fittings 5, and on the inclined upper surfaces of the metal fittings 5, reinforcing rafter pieces 2 are fitted with bolts 9. After that, to the upper end section of the bundle 17 at a ridge section, a ridge side reinforcing rafter piece jointing metal fittings 14 is jointed with the bolt 9, and on both the angular inclined surfaces, the reinforcing rafter pieces 2 are respectively mounted. After that, to the upper section of a girder 21 connected to the end section of the beam 16, an eaves tip reinforcing rafter piece jointing metal fittings 22 is jointed, and to the upper surface of the metal fittings 22, the reinforcing rafter pieces 2 are jointed. Besides, between the reinforcing rafter pieces 2 adjacent to each other, braces are arranged. As a result, by the component of the reinforcing rafter pieces used both as rafter pieces and ascending beams, the number of members can be reduced.

[Action 1] By placing a reinforcing rafter 2, which has a larger cross-sectional area and height than the rafter 1, in place of the rafter 1 at any position where the rafter 1 is placed, the reinforcing rafter 2 doubles as a climbing beam, and becomes a climbing beam. 2 is no longer necessary, and this reinforcing rafter 2 is arranged so that its lower part protrudes below the rafter 1, and the end of the place 3 arranged along the lower side of the rafter 1 is reinforced. Reinforced rafter 2 by connecting and fixing it to the lower end of rafter 2
Place 3 whose lower part protrudes downward from rafter 1
Since it is located below the rafters 1, the place 3 can be easily installed without the rafters 1 getting in the way.

As shown in FIG. 2, a bundle 17 is erected on the beam 16 along the beam street, and a reinforcing metal fitting 5 is provided on this bundle 17, and the upper surface of the reinforcing metal fitting 5 is sloped. A reinforcing bar 2 positioned along the beam is mounted on the slanted upper surface of the lever and is attached with bolts 9. As shown in FIG. 3(a), the main joining hardware 5 serving as a reinforcement has a side piece 6 projecting sideways, and a side piece 6 is provided at the tip of the side piece 6 in the protruding direction by the thickness of the side piece 6. The purlin connecting piece 7 shifted in the orthogonal direction is a protrusion.

As shown in FIG. 3(b), the ends of the purlins 8 whose upper surfaces are inclined are connected to the purlin connecting pieces 7 by bolts 9. The rafters 1 are placed on the main house 8 at a predetermined pitch so as to be perpendicular to the main house 8. Here, the reinforced rafters 2 have a larger cross-sectional area and a higher height than the rafters 1. The reinforcing rafters 2 and 1, which have different heights, are constructed so that their upper surfaces are at the same level, so the lower surface of the rafters 1 is located above the lower surface of the reinforcing rafters 2. In FIG. 1, 10 is a double rafter formed by joining two rafters 1 back to back, and this double rafter 10 is installed at the same level as the other rafters 1. In other words, this double rafter 10 is connected to another beam (not shown).
It is placed on the slanted upper surface of a double-barreled main joint metal fitting 11 that is attached to a bundle 18 that is erected thereon, and is attached with bolts 9. The double barrel main joint hardware 11 has the same structure as the reinforcing main joint hardware 5 except that the height is higher than the reinforcing main joint hardware 5. As shown in ), a side piece 12 is extended from the tip of the side piece 12, and a purlin connecting piece 13 that is shifted in a direction orthogonal to the projecting direction by the thickness of the side piece 12 is a protrusion. In this way, when installing double rafters 10, the ends of the main building 8 are attached to this main building connecting piece 13 in FIGS. 4(a) and (b).
), the main joint hardware 14 serving as detection reinforcement is connected to the upper end of the bundle 17 with bolts 9, and the main joint hardware 14 serving as detection reinforcement is attached to the upper end of the bundle 17. is chevron-shaped, and one part of the ridge 11Illj of the reinforcing rafter 2 is placed on each of the double-ended slopes of the chevron-shaped upper surface as shown in FIG. 2, and is joined with bolts 9. On top of the girder beam 21 to which the end of the beam 3 is connected, a main joint hardware 22 for reinforcing the eaves is connected with bolts 9, and a reinforcing rafter 2 is attached to the sloped surface of the upper surface of the main joint hardware 22 for reinforcing the eaves. It is placed and joined with bolts 9.

In the framework of the roof base formed as described above, a place 3 is stretched between two adjacent reinforcing rafters. In this case, connect the connecting plate 23 at the end of the place 3 as shown in Fig. 5 or 6.
As shown in the figure, the reinforcement is to be attached to the bottom side of the 72-inch 2a under the rafter 2 with bolts and nuts 24, and place 3 is the rafter 1 (including the double rafter 10).
The barrel is stretched along the underside of the wall. Since the lower part of the reinforcing rafter 2 is in a state of protruding downward from the lower surface of the rafter 1 as shown in FIG. 3 is located below the bottom surface of the rafters 1, so that the place 3 can be installed without coming into contact with the bottom surface of the rafters 1, and it can be easily installed without being obstructed by the rafters 1. It is possible. In particular, many places have turnbuckles attached to place 3.
Although this turnbuckle is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the place 3, the place 3 can be attached without any problem in this case as well.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of rafters are arranged at a predetermined pitch, and some of the rafters are arranged at positions that have a larger cross-sectional area and height than the rafters. Since we have installed reinforcing rafters with large dimensions, the reinforcing rafts also serve as climbing beams, and compared to the conventional method where the rafters are installed directly above the climbing beams, it is easier to use the rafters and climbing beams. The number of parts can be reduced by using the reinforcing rafters. In addition, the reinforcing rafters are arranged so that they protrude further downward than the lower rafters, and the ends of the places arranged along the lower side of the rafters are connected and fixed to the lower ends of the reinforcing rafters, so that the lower part of the rafters The place is located below the lower surface of the rafter by the length of the reinforced rafter projecting downward from the reinforcing rafter, making it easier to install the place without the rafter coming into contact with the lower surface of the rafter and getting in the way. It is something that can be done.
