(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To eliminate the lintel at the upper part of the opening of a building by making use of the advantages of a steel house and compensating for the drawbacks, to reduce the processing time of the lintel and to reduce the height of the opening. Provide a framework structure. A load-bearing wall panel is constructed by attaching a face material or a brace to a wall frame member made of a thin, lightweight steel shape.
The floor panel 14 and the roof are supported by the girder 5 provided on the upper part of the floor, and the girder 5 is formed of a shape steel in a several-story steel house having an opening 8 formed in the wall. The strut 5 is connected to the load-bearing wall panel 7 and the floor panel 14 by bolts, and is opened to just below the strut 5 without providing a lintel at an upper portion of the opening.

The steel house (SH) construction method described above is
Is a method for constructing a wall frame panel of a building by joining a frame material of thin-sheet lightweight shaped steel with a drill screw, and constructing a frame with a bearing wall panel in which a structural face material 6 is attached to this wall frame. ,
As its merit, the thin sheet light-weight steel does not require welding work, is easy to cut and drill, has light members, and can be carried manually, resulting in high work efficiency and low manufacturing cost. As for the wall, the load-bearing wall panel is easy to secure stable product precision, the panel is prefabricated, and therefore the construction period is shortened and the panel precision is secured, so construction is easy.
If the scale is about tsubos, it will take 2.0 days to build. Therefore, it is an economical structure in the structural field of low-rise buildings on the second and third floors.

The opening formed on the wall surface such as a doorway or a window has insufficient strength to support a vertical load from the upper floor. Therefore, the above-mentioned lintel is provided above the opening, and the lintel is inserted through this lintel. The vertical load that is applied to the opening from above is sent to the vertical frame of the load-bearing wall panels on both sides. However, it is necessary for the lintel to have sufficient strength to withstand the vertical load from the upper floors, such as the roof and floor, so it is necessary to use a combination of multiple thin sheet lightweight shaped steels. The structure of the lintel is complicated, and both ends of the lintel are attached to the side edges of the load-bearing wall panels located on both sides of the opening. However, there was a problem that the height of the opening (shown by h in FIG. 11) was restricted by the presence of the lintel.

That is, the present invention relates to a low-rise building,
While taking advantage of the steel house, part of the heavy steel frame structure is defined (this is defined as a mixed structure), or a frame material structure that is formed by joining multiple thin lightweight steel plates (this is defined as a composite structure) ), The drawback of the SH construction method is compensated, that is, without using the lintel in the opening due to the above-mentioned configuration, the load-bearing wall panel and the roof panel and the floor panel or the floor panel via the girder provided on the top of the load-bearing wall panel or By joining the roof panels, the lintel at the top of the opening is eliminated, and as a result, a framework structure is provided that is free from the labor of processing the lintel and restrictions on the height of the opening.

Also in the fourth to sixth examples, the load bearing wall panel 7 is formed on the wall surface on which the opening 8 (shown in FIG. 8) is formed.
A girder 5 having a high rigidity, which is made of a steel frame such as the above-mentioned channel steel or H-section steel or a combination material of thin plate lightweight channel steels, is provided on the girder 5, so that this girder 5 is provided with a conventional lintel. There is no problem even if the functions are combined, and therefore, even if the lintel of the opening in the conventional steel house construction method is omitted, the vertical load and horizontal force of the upper floor can be sufficiently supported. Also, this fourth example-
In the sixth example, since the floor joist 10 is supported by the upper part of the girder 5, no shearing force is applied to the joining bolt 34, and the gutter 5 provided on the wall where the opening 8 is orthogonal to the floor joist 10 supports the joint. Sufficient supporting force can be secured even if the vertical and horizontal forces are large.

According to the present invention, the girder member is omitted by using the girder beam on the upper portion of the load-bearing wall panel as a heavy-weight steel frame such as H-shaped steel or groove-shaped steel or a combination beam of thin-sheet lightweight shaped steel. It is possible to expand the applicable range to the height and width of the opening while making the most of the efficiency of the conventional SH technology by factory production of wall panels, roofs, floor panels, etc., and simplifying on-site construction. It will be possible.
