Abstract
【解決手段】強磁性を有するコアーシェル構造のナノ粒子とこのナノ粒子を含む導電性インクが提示されている。また磁場を用いてこのような強磁性を有する導電性インクによって微細配線を形成し、吐出されたインク内のナノ粒子が均一に分布されるようにしてコーヒーステインとマイグレーションが発生されなく電気的信頼度の優れた配線形成装置が提示されている。本発明の一実施形態によれば、強磁性コアと上記強磁性コアを取り囲む伝導性物質層を含むナノ粒子が提供される。本発明の他の実施形態によれば、上記導電性インクを基板の片側に吐出するインクジェットヘッドと上記基板の他側に上記インクジェットヘッドに対応して位置する磁場形成部を含み、上記磁場形成部は、上記導電性インクが吐出されて配線を形成する際、上記導電性インクに磁場が及ぶようにする配線形成装置が提供される。

Claims (10)
- 強磁性コアと前記強磁性コアを取り囲む伝導性物質層を含むナノ粒子。
- 前記強磁性コアは、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガンまたはこれらの合金から成る群から選択される一つ以上の金属を含む請求項1に記載のナノ粒子。
- 前記伝導性物質層は、銀、銅、金、白金、アルミニウムまたはこれらの合金から成る群から選択される一つ以上の金属を含む請求項1に記載のナノ粒子。
- 大きさが5乃至50nmである請求項1に記載のナノ粒子。
- 前記強磁性コアは、前記ナノ粒子100重量部に対して5乃至40重量部を含む請求項1に記載のナノ粒子。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のナノ粒子を含む導電性インク。
- 請求項6に記載の前記導電性インクを基板の片側に吐出するインクジェットヘッドと、前記基板の他側に前記インクジェットヘッドに対応して位置する磁場形成部を含み、前記磁場形成部は前記導電性インクが吐出されて配線を形成する際、前記導電性インクに磁場が及ぶようにする配線形成装置。
- 前記磁場は、前記導電性インクが吐出される方向と平行な方向に形成される請求項7に記載の配線形成装置。
- 前記磁場形成部は磁石を含む請求項7に記載の配線形成装置。
- 前記磁場形成部は、電源と前記電源から電流の供給を受けて磁場を形成するコイルを含む請求項7に記載の配線形成装置。
