Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine.

As a conventional gaming machine such as a pachinko machine, the game board in which the game area is formed includes a variable display device having a display unit for displaying a variable display game for performing variable display of a plurality of symbols in a plurality of display areas. For example, a game that executes the variable display game on condition that a game ball is won at a start winning opening disposed below the variable display device is widely used.
The variable display device includes a display device body having a display portion formed on the front surface and attached to the game board from the back surface side, and a front structural member having an opening that allows the display portion of the display device body to be visually recognized. Here, the front structural member is a member constituting a component called a so-called center case. In this center case, there is a model in which a movable member that operates in relation to the display content on the display unit is provided.

Then, this type of conventional gaming machine is a drive that drives a movable member (a lion's Kiva-shaped movable effect member K) disposed in a variable display device, such as the gaming machine disclosed in Patent Document 1. The movable member (movable effect member K) includes a power source (motor M1), and the movable member (movable effect member K) operates from the upper peripheral edge of the display unit (display unit 700a) of the variable display device toward the center of the display unit. For example, the display unit (display unit 700a) is covered with the whole or a part of the display, and effects related to the display of the display unit (display unit 700a) are performed. Further, when an auxiliary movable member (a lion's beard-shaped movable effect member H) that operates in conjunction with the movable member (movable effect member K) is provided on the surface of the variable display device, or when the movable member covers the display unit Has made the performance enhanced by making the display portion visible by the transparent part of the movable member (movable effect member K).

However, in the above background art, since the movable member that operates is only from one side even at the periphery of the display unit, it is only an effect by the movable member, and it is difficult to produce an effective effect by the operation of the movable member. In addition, since one movable member is operated by one drive source, there is a problem that the configuration becomes complicated.
In addition, when the movable member moves to the center side of the display unit and covers the display unit, the display unit can be visually recognized through the transparent portion, but for the player, the view of the display unit is greatly blocked even for a moment. There is a possibility, and there is a risk of cutting interest. That is, since the movable member is provided only on one side, in order to produce an effective performance, it is necessary to move the movable member to the vicinity of the center of the display unit, and the player's view of the display unit is large. There is a problem that the interest is cut off. Furthermore, even if an auxiliary movable member that operates in conjunction with the movable member is provided, there is no change in the operation of the movable member or the shape of the display unit as a result, and this will increase the interest of the player. There wasn't.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a gaming machine that can enhance the effect of the display in the variable display device and can enhance the decoration effect and the interest of the player with a simple configuration. The purpose is to provide.

Here, the “variable display device” is expressed as a concept including a so-called center case.

In addition, as a preferable aspect of the present invention, for example, as described in claim 2, an effect is provided on the side of the columnar movable member, and an effect related to the display of the display unit is provided on the front side of the back plate unit. A movable member is provided,
A plurality of bosses are formed at the rear of the production movable member, and a long hole in the vertical direction is formed on the front side of the back plate unit to engage with the boss.
The production movable member is
It is attached so that it can be moved up and down by the boss and the long hole,
When the upper movable member and the lower movable member are moved upward, the lower movable member pushes up the lower portion of the effect movable member from below, and moves upward.
When the upper movable member and the lower movable member are moved downward, the upper movable member pushes down the upper part of the effect movable member from above due to the weight of the effect movable member. It may be configured to operate.

In addition, for example, as described in claim 3, the back plate unit includes an auxiliary game area disposed at the lower side of the back plate unit, normally on the back side of the lower movable member,
The auxiliary game area is
Having multiple light sources,
When the lower movable member moves downward, the player can visually recognize the auxiliary game, and an auxiliary game related to the display content on the variable display device may be performed.

According to the gaming machine of the first aspect, the drive source is provided only on the two columnar movable members, and the end portions of the upper, lower, left and right movable members are engaged to move in conjunction with each other, so that the number of drives is reduced. It is possible to move more movable members at the source, and since each of them can be engaged and moved in conjunction with each other, it is possible to improve the fun of the game with a simple structure and high decoration effect.
In addition, since the movable members are arranged on the periphery of the rectangular window opening and move in conjunction with each other, the shape of the enclosed display area changes, thereby obtaining a higher rendering effect. Can do. In addition, each movable member is disposed on the periphery (each side) of the rectangular window opening, and it is less necessary to move the movable member to the front center side of the display unit. Large blockage can be suppressed or avoided.

In addition, according to the gaming machine of the second aspect, it is possible to move the upper movable member and the lower movable member with the force or the weight of the upper movable member or the lower movable member, by merely allowing the production movable member to move up and down by the boss and the long hole. Since it is possible to operate, even if more movable members are arranged, a higher decoration effect and production effect can be obtained without increasing the drive source or increasing the respective engagement relationship. it can.

According to the gaming machine of the third aspect, when the lower movable member is operated, the auxiliary game area arranged on the back side appears, and an auxiliary game related to display on the display unit (for example, described later) In the embodiment, the display unit performs a roulette game in which a plurality of LEDs are emitted at random, and a decorative effect other than the operation of the movable member can be expected. When operated, the appearance of the game area gives the player a sense of gaining the ability to play a new game, and can be expected to further improve the interest of the game.

B. Control System Next, a control system of the pachinko machine of this example will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 2, the game control device 100 is a control device that performs overall control of the game (including control of game progress and direct or indirect control of each controlled device for that purpose), and is necessary for pachinko games and the like. A game microcomputer 101 (a game microcomputer: manufactured as an IC for a so-called amuse chip), an external communication terminal 101a, an input interface 102, and an output interface 103 are configured. The gaming microcomputer 101 further includes a CPU 104, a ROM 105, and a RAM 106.

Here, to the input interface 102 of the game control apparatus 100, detection signals from the special figure start sensor 131, the general figure start sensor 132, the count sensor 134, and the winning sensors A1 to AN are input.

Is output.
Further, a signal such as prize ball data is output from the output interface 103 to the discharge control device 113. In other words, the game control device 100 pre-corresponds to the winning value of the winning opening when the winning of the game ball is detected by the winning sensors 131, 134, A1 to AN provided for each winning opening of the game board 1. Information on the set number of prize balls (prize ball data) is transmitted to the discharge control device 113. Then, the discharge control device 113 receives the prize ball data and performs prize ball discharge control according to the received prize ball data.
Control information is transmitted from the output interface 103 to the display control device 120 that executes the control of the side lamps 5 on the gaming board 1 and the control of the display device main body 20 described above.
Further, although not shown in FIG. 2, the above-described special figure memory display 17 (in this case, those provided at four locations around the special figure display 16 as shown in FIG. 1) and the universal figure storage display 19 (in this case, those provided at four locations around the universal display 18 as shown in FIG. 1) are connected to the output interface 103 and controlled by the game control device 100, for example.

The display control device 120 is also composed of a microcomputer including the CPU 121, and controls the display device body 20 and the like based on control information transmitted from the game control device 100. For example, when a variable display game is executed, display control information including combination of stop symbols (result mode) and variable time data is transmitted from the game control device 100 in this case. The display control device 120 selects the variation mode satisfying the stop mode and the variation time, displays the special figure (identification information) on the display device main body 20 in a variable manner, and finally combines a specific symbol (result). A variation display game for deriving and displaying the aspect) is performed. It should be noted that the special display variation display mode (variation mode) actually implemented by the control of the display control device 120 may be uniquely determined by the display control information from the game control device 100. A configuration in which the display control device 120 finally selects a variation mode by random number extraction or the like within a range of conditions given by information (a configuration in which the display control device 120 is given a certain amount of discretion to select a variation mode) It may be.

2, the display control device 120 includes a CPU 121, a ROM 122 that stores a control program and fixed data, a RAM 123 that provides a work area for the CPU 121 and stores control information transmitted from the game control device 100, A communication interface 125, a GDP (graphic display processor) 126 that drives the display device 20 to display, and an image ROM 127 that stores display data such as images and characters.

Here, when display control information is input from the game control device 100 via the communication interface 125, the display control device 120 performs display control as follows. First, a reception interrupt is issued from the communication interface 125 to the CPU 121, and in response thereto, the CPU 121 receives display control information and stores it in the RAM 123. Then, the CPU 121 analyzes the received display control information. For example, in the case of the variable display of the special figure, the CPU 121 determines the content of the variable display based on the information of the result mode and the variable time included therein, and the change Display data for realizing the display (data including symbols to be displayed, display position data, commands such as scrolling, etc.) is generated and stored in the RAM 123.
Next, the GDP 126 reads the display data in the RAM 123 into the internal RAM and develops it. That is, the character font data stored in the image ROM 127 is read in correspondence with the special figure, effect design, and character code to be displayed, and the image data (including the background image) to be displayed is generated according to the display position data. Store in the display image storage area of the RAM.
Thereafter, the GDP 126 reads out the image data from the display image storage area and forms a display drive signal for the display device body 20. Thereby, a predetermined display is performed on the screen of the display device body 20 (on the display unit 21).

The display control device 120 also has a function of receiving detection signals from sensors 77b and 78b, which will be described later, and controlling LEDs 74b and motors 77, 78, which will be described later.

C. Next, the configuration of the variable display device 10 of this example will be described with reference to FIGS.
(overall structure)
First, the overall configuration of the variable display device 10 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the variable display device 10.
The variable display device 10 includes the above-described display device body 20, a control base 30 having a display opening 31 facing the display unit 21 of the display device body 20, and the display opening 31 of the control base 30. A decorative unit 60 having a rectangular window opening 61 that allows the display unit 21 of the display device main body 20 to be viewed from the front, and a main body base 90 that forms a frame surrounding the front peripheral edge of the decorative unit 60. Prepare.
Here, the display device body 20 is disposed so that the display unit 21 faces the display opening 31 of the control base 30 and is attached to the control base 30. The main body base 90 is attached to the front peripheral edge of the decoration unit 60. The main body base 90 and the decoration unit 60 are attached to the board (so-called veneer) constituting the game board 1 from the front side, and the control base 30 and the display apparatus main body 20 are attached to the board from the back side.

(Body base configuration)
Next, the configuration of the main body base 90 will be described.
The main body base 90 is a frame-like member that is attached so as to surround the front peripheral edge of the decoration unit 60, and whose front side is exposed on the board that constitutes the game board 1. As shown in FIG. Is larger than the window opening 61 of the decoration unit 60 and makes at least the entire window opening 61 of the decoration unit 60 visible from the front. A game ball rolling surface 91 (a so-called ball-showing stage) on which a game ball can roll is formed at the bottom of the opening inside the main body base 90.

In addition, a guide portion 92 that guides the game ball into the main body base 90 is provided on the left side of the main body base 90. For example, a game ball that has flowed down to the left from the top of the main body base 90 hits the obstacle nail (not shown) and flows into the guiding portion 92 with a certain probability. In addition, the game ball that has flowed into the guide portion 92 in this way is configured to flow down onto the game ball rolling surface 91 via the guide portion 92. Note that a configuration may be adopted in which a game ball that does not pass through the guide portion 92 flows into the main body base 90 and flows down onto the game ball rolling surface 91. For example, the game ball that has flowed down to the left side of the main body base 90 may hit an obstacle nail (not shown) and flow into the main body base 90 without passing through the guide portion 92 with a certain probability.

Further, a downward flow guide portion 93 (see FIG. 1) extending downward is formed at the center position of the game ball rolling surface 91, and the game ball that has flowed down on the game ball rolling surface 91 may flow down this flow. It falls below the main body base 90 through the guide portion 93. The game ball that has fallen via the flow guide section 93 is configured to win the start opening 11 with high probability. The game ball that has flowed down to the game ball rolling surface 91 and has not passed through the flow guide unit 93 flows down from the front edge of the game ball rolling surface 91 (part excluding the flow guide unit 93). In this case, the probability of winning the start port 11 is relatively low.
Further, a warp channel 94 (see FIG. 1) for guiding the game ball to the winning opening 13 is formed at a position extending from near the upper center of the main body base 90 to the right side and the lower right side. When a game ball driven toward the upper right side of the main body base 90 flows into the warp flow path 94 from the inlet 94a of the warp flow path 94, the game ball flows from the outlet 94b of the warp flow path 94 to FIG. It flows out as indicated by the arrows, and the prize winning opening 13 is won with a certain probability.

(Composition of decoration unit)
Next, the configuration of the decoration unit 60 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the decoration unit 60, FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a back plate unit 62, which will be described later, and FIG. 6 is an exploded view from the back of the decoration unit 60 showing a mounting structure of a plurality of movable members. is there. FIG. 7 is a perspective view (a rear view of the front member 72 described later) showing the mounting structure of the effect movable member 69 described later.
As shown in FIG. 4, the decoration unit 60 is disposed so as to be visible along a back unit 62 in which a window opening 61 is formed and side edges on both the left and right sides of the window opening 61. Column-shaped movable members 63 and 64 that can be moved in the vertical direction along the upper and lower windows, and upper and lower movable members 65 and 66 that are disposed so as to be visible along the upper and lower edges of the window opening 61, respectively. Motors 77 and 78 (shown in FIG. 6), which are driving sources for individually driving the movable members 63 and 64, pillar-side members 67 and 68, an effect movable member 69, and a lower cover 70 are provided. In the decoration unit 60, the end portions of the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are engaged with the end portions of the columnar movable members 63 and 64, so that the movable members 63 to 66 can operate in conjunction with each other. The display unit 21 is visible from the front side of the gaming machine within a region surrounded by the movable members 63 to 66 (details will be described later).
In the case of this example, each of the movable members 63 to 66 and the pillar-side members 67 and 68 in the decoration unit 60 is a decorative expression of a festival ritual, and other parts ( For example, it is a conspicuous color (for example, gold) different from transparent or black.

As shown in FIG. 5, the back unit 62 includes a back member 71 (for example, a black member) in which a window opening 61 is formed, and a front member 72 (for example, transparent or transparent) attached to the front surface of the back member 71. A semi-transparent member) and an auxiliary game area cover 73 (transparent or translucent member).
The back member 71 is a member that is attached from the front side to the board constituting the game board 1 so as to surround the front surface of the display unit 21 of the display device body 20, and has a rectangular frame plate shape as a whole. An opening penetrating the front and rear of the inside constitutes a window opening 61. In the lower part of the inner peripheral edge of the back member 71 (the part along the bottom of the window opening 61), an auxiliary game area 74 that is normally disposed on the back side of the lower movable member 66 is formed. The auxiliary game area 74 includes a plurality of (seven in this case) light emission windows 74a arranged in a row in the lower part of the inner peripheral edge of the back member 71, and light emission disposed in each of the light emission windows 74a. LED74b (shown in FIG. 2) as a source. Further, vertically long slots 75a and 75b into which protrusions 63c and 63d, which will be described later, fit, are respectively formed on the left side of the inner periphery of the back member 71 (the portion along the left side of the window opening 61). On the right side of the inner peripheral edge of the back member 71 (the portion along the right side of the window opening 61), vertically long slots 76a and 76b into which protrusions 64c and 64d described later are fitted are formed vertically. Further, a vertically long slot 71a into which a projection 65a described later is fitted is formed at the upper center of the back member 71 (the upper center portion of the window opening 61), and the lower center of the back member 71 (auxiliary game area) A vertically long slot 71b into which a projection 66a described later is fitted is formed in the lower center portion of 74. The long holes 75a, 75b, 76a, 76b, 71a, 71b all penetrate in the front-rear direction.

The auxiliary game area cover 73 is a member that is attached to the back member 71 so as to cover the auxiliary game area 74. At least the front portion of each light emission window 74a is transparent or semi-transparent, and sufficient light is emitted from each LED 74b. It is designed to transmit forward. Small items related to the festival are enclosed in the front positions of the respective light emission windows 74a in the auxiliary game area cover 73, and are irradiated from the rear by the respective LEDs 74b. Various symbols as shown in FIG. 12 can be displayed at each position of the auxiliary game area 74.
The auxiliary game area cover 73 (that is, the auxiliary game area 74) is visible to the player when the lower movable member 66 moves downward, and plays an auxiliary game related to the display content on the display unit 21. (Details will be described later).

The front member 72 is a member that can transmit light as a whole, and has a gate shape as a whole so as to cover the upper side, left side, and right side of the back member 71. It can be attached to. On the upper side of the front member 72, a plurality of (in this case, two on the left and right, a total of four) light emission windows 72a are provided, and light emission sources (for example, the above-described LEDs 74b are provided in the light emission windows 72a). Are the same). The front member 72 has a dimension that does not protrude from the front side of the central opening (that is, the window opening 61) of the back member 71. In particular, the distance L between the left and right side portions of the front member 72 is larger than the lateral width of the window opening 61, and the portion where the aforementioned long holes 75a, 75b, 76a, 76b are formed (the columnar movable member 63). , 64 is disposed on the front surface of the front member 72.
In addition, an opening 72b (which penetrates in the front-rear direction) for exposing the aforementioned long hole 71a to the front surface of the front member 72 is formed at the center of the upper side portion of the front member 72.
Further, on the right side portion of the front member 72, vertically long holes 72c and 72d (those penetrating in the front-rear direction) into which protrusions 69a and 69b described later are fitted are formed vertically.
The light emission source in the light emission window 72a is visible from the front of the gaming machine when the upper movable member 65 is lowered (see FIG. 11). For example, in this state, the light emission source is turned on for production by the game control device 100. Be controlled.

Motors 77 and 78 are attached to the rear surfaces of the left and right sides of the back unit 62 (rear surfaces of the left and right sides of the back member 71), respectively, as shown in FIG. These motors 77 and 78 are, for example, pulse motors, and gears (only one gear 77a is shown in FIG. 6) are fixed to the output shafts. Further, the rear unit 62 has sensors (sensors 77b, 77b shown in FIG. 2) for detecting the operation positions of the output shafts of the motors 77, 78 or members (for example, first movable members 63a, 64a described later) linked thereto. 78b) is provided. These sensors 77b and 78b are sensors that detect, for example, that the columnar movable members 63 and 64 are in a normal state. If the normal state can be detected, the motors 77 and 78 are driven while grasping the operation amounts from the normal positions of the motors 77 and 78, so that the operation positions of the columnar movable members 63 and 64 (for example, the first movable member 63a). , 64a) can be controlled.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the columnar movable members 63 and 64 are composed of upper first movable members 63 a and 64 a and lower second movable members 63 b and 64 b, respectively. The pillar portion of the mitake is expressed by the members 63a and 64a. In this case, since the front surfaces of the second movable members 63b and 64b are covered with the pillar-side members 67 and 68, the second movable members 63b and 64b need to have a conspicuous color (for example, gold) that expresses the Imperial Palace. No (for example, it may be black).
The upper ends of the second movable members 63b and 64b are slidably inserted into the lower ends of the first movable members 63a and 64a. The second movable members 63b and 64b and the first movable members 63a and 64a are It is configured to be able to relatively move up and down to some extent. In other words, for example, the total length of the columnar member including the first movable member 63a and the second movable member 63b is a predetermined length (the difference between the vertical movement stroke of the first movable member 63a and the vertical movement stroke of the second movable member 63b). ). The same applies to the first movable member 64a and the second movable member 64b.

In addition, protrusions 63c and 64c projecting rearward are formed on the rear surfaces of the first movable members 63a and 64a at two locations, upper and lower, respectively. The projections 63c and 64c are inserted into the long holes 75a and 76a of the above-described back member 71 so as to be movable up and down, whereby the first movable members 63a and 64a are supported so as to be movable up and down with respect to the back unit 62. It has become.
In addition, protrusions 63d and 64d projecting rearward are formed on the rear surfaces of the second movable members 63b and 64b, respectively, at two locations on the upper and lower sides. The projections 63d and 64d are fitted into the long holes 75b and 76b of the back member 71 so as to be movable up and down, whereby the second movable members 63b and 64b are supported to be movable up and down with respect to the back unit 62. It has become.
The vertical movement strokes of the second movable members 63b and 64b are such that the first movable members 63a and 64a move up and down by the amount that the first movable members 63a and 64a move relative to the second movable members 63b and 64b. Corresponding to this, the vertical lengths of the long holes 75b, 76b are smaller than the vertical lengths of the long holes 75a, 76a.

Also, vertically long racks 63e and 64e are fixed to the rear surfaces of the first movable members 63a and 64a (end surfaces of the protrusions 63c and 64c inserted into the long holes 75a and 76a) by screws or the like. In the racks 63e and 64e, a plurality of teeth meshing with the gears (for example, the gear 77a) of the motors 77 and 78 described above are formed on the outer surface, and the rotation operation of the output shafts of the motors 77 and 78 is converted into the vertical operation. 1 is transmitted to the movable members 63a and 64a, and constitutes a transmission mechanism (rack and pinion) together with the gear. The racks 63e and 64e also function to prevent the first movable members 63a and 64a from falling off (that is, to prevent the protrusions 63c and 64c from coming out of the long holes 75a and 76a).
Also, lower retaining members 63f and 64f are fixed to the rear surfaces of the second movable members 63b and 64b (end surfaces of the protrusions 63d and 64d inserted into the long holes 75b and 76b) by screwing or the like. These lower retaining members 63f and 64f function as a retaining member that prevents the second movable members 63b and 64b from falling off (that is, prevents the protrusions 63d and 64d from slipping out of the long holes 75b and 76b).

Further, at the upper ends of the first movable members 63a and 64a, engagement holes 63g and 64g are formed in which protrusions 65b and 65c of the upper movable member 65 described later are fitted and engaged so as to be relatively rotatable.
Further, at the lower ends of the second movable members 63b and 64b, engagement holes 63h and 64h are formed in which protrusions 66b and 66c of the lower movable member 66 described later are fitted and engaged so as to be relatively rotatable.

Next, the upper movable member 65 is a decorative representation of the roof of the Imperial Palace, and is disposed on the front side of the upper side of the back unit 62. As shown in FIG. 6, a protrusion 65a is formed at the center upper portion of the rear surface of the upper movable member 65. The protrusion 65a is fitted into the long hole 71a of the back member 71 so as to be vertically movable and rotatable, whereby the upper movable member 65 is supported to be vertically movable and rotatable with respect to the back unit 62. Yes. For example, the same stoppers (or smaller ones) as the above-described lower stoppers 63f and 64f are attached to the end surfaces of the protrusions 65a.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, protrusions 65b and 65c are formed on the lower left and right sides of the rear surface of the upper movable member 65. The protrusions 65b and 65c are engaged with the engaging holes 63g and 64g as described above, whereby the upper movable member 65 is interlocked with the first movable members 63a and 64a (that is, the upper movable member 65 is also configured). It is configured to be driven by motors 77 and 78). The protrusions 65b and 65c pass through the engagement holes 63g and 64g, and their tips are fitted into the long holes 75a and 76a.

In the normal state (the state in which the first movable members 63a and 64a and the second movable members 63b and 64b are in the uppermost position), the upper movable member 65 is in the uppermost position and is in the horizontal normal state. The lower part of 65 does not protrude to the upper front side of the window opening 61 (the upper front surface of the display unit 21 is not covered at all), but when the upper movable member 65 is lowered from the uppermost position, the upper movable part is moved by the lowered amount. The lower part of the member 65 has a structure that slightly protrudes to the upper front side of the window opening 61 (partially covers a small portion of the upper front surface of the display unit 21 so that the player cannot visually recognize it). .

Next, the lower movable member 66 is a decorative representation of the floor portion of the Imperial Palace, and is disposed on the front side of the lower side portion of the back unit 62. As shown in FIG. 6, a protrusion 66a is formed at the center lower portion of the rear surface of the lower movable member 66. The protrusion 66a is fitted in the long hole 71b of the back member 71 so as to be vertically movable and rotatable, whereby the lower movable member 66 is supported to be vertically movable and rotatable with respect to the back unit 62. Yes. For example, a stopper (or a smaller one) similar to the above-described lower stoppers 63f and 64f is attached to the end surface of the protrusion 66a.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, protrusions 66 b and 66 c are formed on the left and right sides of the rear surface of the lower movable member 66. The protrusions 66b and 66c are engaged with the engaging holes 63h and 64h as described above, whereby the lower movable member 66 is interlocked with the second movable members 63b and 64b (that is, the lower movable member 66 is also configured). It is configured to be driven by motors 77 and 78). The protrusions 66b and 66c pass through the engagement holes 63h and 64h, and the tips of the protrusions 66b and 66c are fitted in the long holes 75b and 76b.

In the normal state (the state where the second movable members 63b, 64b, etc. are in the uppermost position), the lower movable member 66 is in the uppermost position and is in the horizontal normal state, and the lower movable member 66 is in the auxiliary game area 74. Is covered (the auxiliary game area 74 is covered so that the player cannot see). However, when the lower movable member 66 is lowered from the uppermost position, the auxiliary game area 74 can be visually recognized by the lowered amount, and when the lower movable member 66 is lowered to the lowermost position, the entire auxiliary game area 74 can be visually recognized. It has a configuration.

Next, the pillar lower members 67 and 68 are decoratively expressed in the lower part and the side part of the Imperial pillar, and cover the front and inner surfaces of the second movable members 63b and 64b. , A member fixedly attached to the back unit 62. The second movable members 63b and 64b move up and down inside the column lower members 67 and 68.

Next, the production movable member 69 is disposed on the side (right side) of the right columnar movable member 64 and on the front side of the right side portion of the back plate unit 62 and related to the display of the display unit 21. It is a member (for example, imitating a person on a mitake) that performs an effect.
As shown in FIG. 7, projections 69 a and 69 b (bosses) are formed on the rear surface of the effect movable member 69. These projections 69a and 69b are inserted into the long holes 72c and 72d of the front member 72 described above so as to be movable up and down, whereby the production movable member 69 is supported to be movable up and down with respect to the back unit 62. ing. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the retainer 69c is attached to the end surface of protrusion 69a, 69b.
Then, with the operation of the upper movable member 65 and the like, the upper end of the production movable member 69 comes into contact with the lower part of the right end portion of the upper movable member 65, and the lower end of the production movable member 69 is the right end of the lower movable member 66. It is configured to abut against a wide portion 66d (shown in FIG. 4) formed in the portion. As a result, when the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are moved upward, the lower end of the movable movable member 69 is pushed up from below by the wide portion 66d of the lower movable member 66. Thus, when the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are moved downward, the upper movable member 69 is moved by its own weight or the upper end of the presentation movable member 69. It is configured to operate downward by being pushed down from above by the right end of 66.
When the weight of the effect movable member 69 is sufficiently large with respect to the sliding resistance of the effect movable member 69 in the up-and-down movement, the lower end of the effect movable member 69 is the effect movable member 69 in the steady state including the normal state. Due to its own weight, it always comes into contact with the upper surface of the wide portion 66d. In addition, the operation stroke of the production movable member 69 is substantially the same as that of the lower movable member 66.
In addition, the wide portion 66d of the lower movable member 66 is decoratively represented, for example, a portion (a part of the Ontake) on which the person represented by the effect movable member 69 is placed.

Next, the lower cover 70 is a transparent member as a whole, and covers the lower movable member 66 and the auxiliary game area 74 so as to be visible from the front.

(Operation of movable member)
Next, the movable members (first movable members 63a and 64a, second movable members 63b and 64b, the upper movable member 65, the lower movable member 66, and the production movable member 69) of the decoration unit 60 are shown in FIGS. The operation will be described. 8 shows a state in which the upper movable member 65 and the like are tilted to the right. FIG. 8A is a front view of the decoration unit 60, and FIG. FIG. 9 shows a state in which the upper movable member 65 and the like are inclined to the left, FIG. 9A is a front view of the decoration unit 60, and FIG. 9B is a back view of the decoration unit 60. 10 shows an intermediate lowered state in which only the lower movable member 66 has reached the lowest position, FIG. 10 (a) is a front view of the decoration unit 60, and FIG. 10 (b) is a rear view of the decoration unit 60. 11 shows a fully lowered state in which the upper movable member 65 has also reached the lowest position. FIG. 11A is a front view of the decoration unit 60, and FIG.

First, in the normal state (the state in which the first movable members 63a and 64a and the second movable members 63b and 64b are in the uppermost position), as described above, the upper movable member 65 is in the uppermost position and is in the horizontal normal state. The lower part of the upper movable member 65 does not protrude to the upper front side of the window opening 61 (the upper front surface of the display unit 21 is not covered at all). Further, in a normal state, the lower movable member 66 covers the entire front surface of the auxiliary game area 74 (the position of the auxiliary game area cover 73), so that the player cannot visually recognize the auxiliary game area 74.

When only the right motor 78 is driven in the direction of lowering the rack 64e from the normal position, the first movable member 64a is lowered as the rack 64e is lowered, and the first movable member 64a is further lowered. Therefore, the second movable member 64b can be lowered by its own weight, and eventually the second movable member 64b is also lowered integrally with the first movable member 64a.
In addition, when the sliding resistance when the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b descend is large enough to overcome the weight of the second movable member 64b, the second movable member 63b, etc. Even if it becomes possible, the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b are not pushed down by the first movable member 64a and the first movable member 63a (that is, the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b are in contact with the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b). The lowering operation is not started until the relative movement of the first movable member 64a and the first movable member 63a becomes impossible. However, in this example, it is assumed that the sliding resistance is sufficiently small so that when the first movable member 64a and the first movable member 63a are lowered, the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b are similarly lowered by their own weights. .

As described above, when the second movable member 64b and the first movable member 64a are lowered, the right end portions of the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are integrally lowered, and the upper movable member 65 and the like. As shown in FIG. 8, the lower movable member 66 is inclined to the right (inclined downward toward the right side). In this right-inclined state, the lower right portion of the upper movable member 65 slightly protrudes to the front upper right side of the window opening 61 (the player cannot see a slight portion of the upper right front surface of the display portion 21). Partially covered). Further, the right side of the auxiliary game area 74 is partially visible to the player.

Next, when only the left motor 77 is driven in the direction to lower the rack 63e from the normal position, the first movable member 63a is lowered as the rack 63e is lowered, and the first movable member 63a is further lowered. Accordingly, the second movable member 63b can be lowered by its own weight, and the second movable member 63b is also lowered integrally with the first movable member 63a.
Thus, when the second movable member 63b and the first movable member 63a are lowered, the left end portions of the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are integrally lowered, and the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member are thereby integrally lowered. As shown in FIG. 9, 66 is inclined left (inclined downward toward the left side). In this left-inclined state, the lower left portion of the upper movable member 65 slightly protrudes to the front upper left side of the window opening 61 (the player cannot visually recognize a slight portion of the upper left front surface of the display portion 21). Partially covered). Further, the left side of the auxiliary game area 74 is partially visible to the player.
The tilt angle of the upper movable member 65 in the left tilt state or the right tilt state described above corresponds to the amount of rotation of the motor 78 or 77, and the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b are in the lowest position. Until the angle reaches, the inclination angle of the upper movable member 65 and the inclination angle of the lower movable member 66 are equal (that is, increase similarly). However, the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b reach the lowest position, and the relative movement of the first movable member 64a and the first movable member 63a with respect to the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b is started. After that, only the inclination angle of the upper movable member 65 increases, and the inclination angle of the upper movable member 65 increases accordingly.

When both the left and right motors 77 and 78 are driven in the direction in which the racks 63e and 64e are lowered from the normal position, the first movable members 63a and 64a are lowered as the racks are lowered. The second movable members 63b and 64b can be lowered by their own weight as much as the first movable members 63a and 64a are lowered. Eventually, the second movable members 63b and 64b are also lowered integrally with the first movable members 63a and 64a. .
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are lowered while the motors 77 and 78 are rotated in the horizontal state.
In this way, in the operation in which the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 are lowered in parallel while being in a horizontal normal state, the lowering distance of the upper movable member 65 depends on the amount of rotation of the motors 78 and 77, and the second Until the movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b reach the lowermost position (until the intermediate lowering state shown in FIG. 10), the lowering distance of the upper movable member 65 is equal to the lowering distance of the lower movable member 66 (that is, , Descend the same distance). However, the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b reach the lowest position, and the relative movement of the first movable member 64a and the first movable member 63a with respect to the second movable member 64b and the second movable member 63b is started. After that, only the descending distance of the upper movable member 65 increases, and the descending distance of the upper movable member 65 increases accordingly.

Further, in the intermediate lowering state shown in FIG. 10, the entire left and right direction of the lower edge of the upper movable member 65 projects horizontally by the stroke of the lower movable member 66 on the upper front side of the window opening 61 (display unit). 21 is partially covered so that the player cannot visually recognize a horizontally long belt-like portion having a slight width on the upper front surface of 21).
Further, in the fully lowered state shown in FIG. 11, the entire left and right direction of the lower edge of the upper movable member 65 projects horizontally by the stroke of the upper movable member 65 on the upper front side of the window opening 61 (display unit). 21 is partially covered so that the player cannot visually recognize the horizontally long belt-like portion of the upper front surface of 21).
Further, the entire auxiliary game area 74 is visible to the player as shown in FIGS. 10A and 11A in all states from the intermediate lowering state to the complete lowering state.

Thus, each movable member (the first movable members 63a and 64a, the second movable members 63b and 64b, the upper movable member 65, and the lower movable member 66) of this example is a drive source for the first movable members 63a and 64a ( Only the motors 77 and 78) operate the other movable members in conjunction with each other, and the above-described various states (left inclined state, right inclined state, intermediate lowering state, complete lowering state, etc.) can be realized. The tilt angle and the descending distance can be arbitrarily controlled.

Next, the operation of the effect movable member 69 will be described.
When the sliding resistance of the up-and-down movement of the production movable member 69 is sufficiently small with respect to its own weight, the production movable member 69 operates integrally with the right end portion (wide portion 66a) of the lower movable member 66 ( The lower end of the effect movable member 69 is constantly kept in contact with the wide portion 66a).
However, if the sliding resistance of the up-and-down movement of the production movable member 69 is large with respect to its own weight, the production movable member 69 is left behind by the sliding resistance and does not fall down even if the wide portion 66a is lowered. . In this case, when the right end portion of the upper movable member 65 descends and comes into contact with the upper end of the effect movable member 69, the effect movable member 69 is pushed down to the right end portion of the upper movable member 65, thereby producing the effect movable member 69. The descent operation starts.

The vertical dimension from the upper end to the lower end of the production movable member 69 is slightly smaller than the vertical distance between the right end of the upper movable member 65 and the right end of the lower movable member 66 in the fully lowered state, for example. The dimensions are small. Thus, in any case, in the completely lowered state, the effect movable member 69 is expressed in a state where the lower end of the effect movable member 69 is in contact with the upper surface of the wide portion 66a (including a state of being opposed by a slight gap). The person (character) to be placed is placed on the upper surface of a part (wide portion 66a) of the Imperial Palace. However, when the sliding resistance of the production movable member 69 is large, the production movable member 69 remains in the middle of the descending operation as described above. Can be in a state of being separated upward from the upper surface of a part of the Ontake (wide portion 66a) (a state of floating in the air).

D. Outline of Game Next, an outline of a game performed in the pachinko machine of the present embodiment and a flow of the game will be described.
First, at the beginning of the game (or before the start of the game), the customer is in a waiting state (during demonstration), and the customer waiting screen (moving image or still image) is displayed on the screen (display unit 21) of the variable display device 10. Is displayed.
Then, when a game ball that has been driven into the game area 3 through the guide rail 2 wins the start opening 11 (that is, when there is a start win for a special figure), the fluctuation of the special figure is displayed on the screen of the variable display device 10. Display is performed, and a variable display game is performed.

If the stop display mode of this variable display game (a combination of special figures derived by the variable display) is a specific mode (for example, a doublet such as “3, 3, 3”), a privilege called a big hit is obtained. It is given to the player. In terms of control, for example, on the condition that there has been a start winning, the value of the big hit random number is extracted and stored, and the random number value that has been extracted and stored is compared and determined at the time of determination. Based on the determination result, whether or not to make a big hit is determined in advance, and the variable display game is started in response to this determination. In addition, if the stop display mode of the variable display game is a specific mode (for example, “7, 7, 7”, etc.), it will be a big hit and after a big hit game (after an opening operation to be described later) It becomes a state (probability fluctuation state) in which control for increasing the probability of winning a big hit is performed.

When the big hit is made, an opening operation is performed in which the big winning opening 12a of the variable winning device 12 is temporarily opened for a period of up to ten winnings within a range not exceeding a prescribed time (for example, 30 seconds). . This release operation is performed up to 15 rounds, for example. Further, in this jackpot state, the display of the jackpot screen for producing the jackpot state and notifying the player of the number of jackpot rounds is executed on the screen of the variable display device 10.

In addition, when a game ball is further won in the start port 11 during the above-mentioned special figure variable display game or big hit, a special figure start memory display is performed on the special figure memory display 17 (not shown), for example, up to four. After the variation display game or jackpot is stored, the variation display game of the above-mentioned special figure is repeated or returned to the customer waiting state based on the memory (that is, the start memory).
That is, if the variable display game ends with a big hit, the game shifts to a big hit state, and if the variable display game ends with a start and there is a start memory, the variable display game is executed again, and the variable display game ends with a start and no start memory is stored. If the jackpot ends and the start memory is stored, the variable display game is executed again. If the jackpot ends and there is no start memory, the flow returns to the customer waiting state.

On the other hand, when the game ball passes through the usual figure start gate 13 during the game, a usual figure display game is performed by the ordinary figure display 18. And if this variable display game result (stopped general figure) is a predetermined mode, a game value (privilege) called per common figure is given.
When this normal figure is reached, a game is held in which the pair of opening and closing members 11a of the start port 11 is held in an open state in which the shape of the opening 11 is reversed, for example, for about 0.5 seconds. As a result, it becomes easier for the game ball to win the start opening 11, and accordingly, the number of executions of the special figure variable display game increases and the possibility of a big hit increases.
Also, during the above-described variable display game, when a game ball is further won at the general chart start gate 13, the general chart start display is executed on the general chart storage display 19 and stored, for example, up to four. After the end of the variable display game shown in the figure, the usual variable display game is repeated based on the memory.

Next, an example of an auxiliary game will be described.
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a state in which an auxiliary game is being executed in the auxiliary game area 74. This auxiliary game is, for example, one effect associated with the so-called reach action in the above-described special display variable display game (the operation of a variable display that slowly changes, for example, only one line of the special figure before the end of the variable display game) (or This is performed as an effect performed in place of a normal reach action.
In the auxiliary game, “win” and “off” are displayed at the position of any one of the LEDs 74b in each of the auxiliary game areas 74, and the LEDs 74b (seven in this case) in the auxiliary game area are randomly lit. Thus, when the special figure is a big hit, the LED 74b at the “win” position is finally turned on, and when the special figure is off, the LED 74b at the “out” position is finally turned on (roulette game) ).

In the game flow as described above, in which state the operation of the movable member described above is not particularly limited. However, for example, there may be the following modes. That is, the right-tilted state and the left-tilted state shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 may be shifted to a special jackpot announcement, a jackpot notice to notify the reliability that the special chart is a big hit, or a probability fluctuation state. There may be a mode to be executed as an advance notice. Further, the intermediate lowering state shown in FIG. 10 is executed during the aforementioned auxiliary game, and the complete lowering state of FIG. 11 is executed as an effect during the big hit of the special figure or an effect in the probability variation state. obtain.

According to the gaming machine of the present example described above, the drive source is provided only on the two columnar movable members 63 and 64, and the end portions of the upper, lower, left and right movable members 63 to 66 are engaged to move in conjunction with each other. Therefore, it is possible to move more movable members with fewer drive sources (in this case, the two motors 77 and 78), and the movable members can be engaged and interlocked to move in a simple configuration. It is possible to improve the interest of the game with high decoration effect.
Moreover, since each of the movable members is disposed on the periphery of the rectangular window opening 61 and moves in conjunction with the movement, the shape of the region of the enclosed display unit 21 changes, so that a higher rendering effect can be obtained. Obtainable. In addition, each movable member is disposed on the periphery (each side) of the rectangular window opening 61, and it is not necessary to move the movable member greatly toward the front center side of the display unit 21. It can be suppressed or avoided that the field of view is largely blocked.

In addition, the production movable member 69 can be moved up and down by the bosses (projections 69a and 69b) and the long holes 72c and 72d, and the upper movable member 65 and the lower movable member 66 can be pushed down or pushed up by their own weight. Since it is possible to operate, even if more movable members 63 to 66, 69 are arranged, a higher decoration effect and production can be achieved without increasing the drive source or increasing the respective engagement relationship. An effect can be obtained.

Further, when the lower movable member 66 is operated, the auxiliary game area 74 arranged on the back side appears, and the above-described auxiliary game (roulette game) related to the display on the display unit 21 is performed. It is possible to expect a decoration effect that is not only the movement of the game, and when the movable member moves, the appearance of the game area gives the player a sense of gaining a new game, and further It can be expected to improve the fun of gaming.
