Abstract
【解決手段】 ガラススケール2と、このガラススケール2を走査して位置測定値を得るスライダユニット6と、これらのガラススケール2とスライダユニット6とを収納する中空状のスケールベース1とを有し、このスケールベース1には、スケールベースを取り付ける取り付け孔と被取り付け面に当接する取り付け面23を有し、前記取り付け孔の周囲以外の領域に被取り付け面に接しない逃げ領域24を有する構成のリニアエンコーダとした。

Description
(1)ガラススケールのうねり部分で精度うねりが発生し、工作機械の精密な挙動測定ができず、最終加工品の加工精度が劣ってしまう。
(2)取り付けによりスケール本来の精度が再現できず、取り付け後に工作機械として精度補正を必要としてしまい、組み立て工数が余計にかかってしまう。
(3)組み付けボルト締め付け条件により、スケール精度が変化してしまい、スケールとしての精度再現性が維持されない。

- ガラススケールと、このガラススケールを走査して位置測定値を得るスライダユニットと、これらのガラススケールとスライダユニットとを収納する中空状のスケールベースとを有し、
このスケールベースには、スケールベースを取り付けるための取り付け孔と被取り付け面に当接する取り付け面を有し、
前記取り付け孔の周囲以外の領域に被取り付け面に接しない逃げ領域を有するリニアエンコーダ。
