前記第1及び第2の外側磁極部にそれぞれ対応して配置されかつ前記マグネットの外周面との間に所定の隙間をあけてこの外周面に対向して配された第3及び第4の外側磁極部と、
前記第1の外側磁極部と前記第3の外側磁極部を励磁する環状の第1のコイルと、
前記第2の外側磁極部と前記第4の外側磁極部を励磁する環状の第2のコイルとを備え、
前記第1及び第2のコイルは、前記ロータの軸方向において前記マグネットに隣接して配され、
前記第1の外側磁極部は、前記第1のコイルの内側に挿入されると共に、前記第2の外側磁極部は、前記第2のコイルの内側に挿入され、
