筒状のアダプターと、前記アダプターが内挿される筒状のカプラーとからなり、前記アダプターはその外周面に凹部を有し、前記カプラーは前記凹部に係合して前記アダプターと前記カプラ-とを結合状態でロックするカム部を有する2本の締結カムレバーを備えたレバー式カップリングにおいて、
前記カプラーに設けられ前記締結カムレバーを回動可能に枢支する枢支軸と、
前記カプラーに前記締結カムレバーと係脱可能に設けられ、前記凹部に対するカム部のロック状態またはアンロック状態に前記締結カムレバーを保持するロックピンとを具備したことを特徴とするレバー式カップリング。
