Description

The present invention relates to a door door for a screen door.

In patent document 1, in a door door for a screen door attached to a corner portion of a screen door lower arm and a shaft, the wheel holder is moved to a position where the wheel can be moved downward in conjunction with a slider movable in the longitudinal direction of the lower arm. Further, it is disclosed that the wheel can be freely moved to a position where the downward movement of the wheel is restricted, and the operation portion of the slider moves from the saddle to a position where it projects toward the tip of the screen door and a position where it retracts toward the saddle.

However, in Patent Document 1, since the operating portion is located between the indoor side wall and the outdoor side wall at the lower end of the heel when in the retracted position, the lower end corner of the outdoor side wall of the heel is exposed. Injuries may occur, and parts (end caps) for closing the corners are required, which raises the problem that the manufacturing cost of the screen door becomes high and the screen door is not easily assembled.

Then, this invention aims at provision of the door door for screen doors which can raise a user's safety, can lower the manufacturing cost of a screen door, and has good assembly property of a screen door.

The invention described in claim 1 includes a case, a slider, a wheel holder, and a wheel vertical position adjuster, and the case is attached to a corner of the screen door and the saddle, , Which is attached to the case so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the lower heel and has an operation portion at the end of the screen door, and the operation portion is located at the cut-out portion provided at the lower end corner of the outer wall of the heel. The wheel holder is provided in the case so that it can be moved in conjunction with the slider. The wheel is in a position where the wheel can move downward at a certain time, and is in a position where the downward movement of the wheel is restricted when the operating portion is in the protruding position, and the vertical position adjuster is a wheel holding position where the wheel can move downward. A car that touches the tool from above There characterized by restraining the upward movement.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the screen door is installed, the wheel holder is in a position for restricting the downward movement of the wheel when the operation portion is in a position protruding from the bag toward the screen door tip side. However, it does not get in the way of installing the screen door and can be installed easily.
After the screen door is built, when the operation unit moves and is in the retracted position, the vertical position adjuster comes into contact with the wheel holder to restrict the wheel from moving upward and the wheel holder can move downward. Since it is in the position, when the screen door is lifted in a state where the screen door is installed, the wheel holder is movable downward, so that the wheel is prevented from coming off the rail.
When removing the screen door, if the operating part moves from the saddle to a position where it projects to the tip of the screen door in the same way as when erected, the wheel retainer moves to a position where the downward movement of the wheel is restricted in conjunction with the slider. Since the wheel is regulated so as not to be lowered with respect to the case, even if the screen door is lifted in this state, the screen door can be removed without the wheel getting in the way.
When the operating part is in the retracted position, the operating part is positioned substantially continuously on the outer side surface of the heel and closes the excision part. Therefore, in order to prevent injury by the excision part, a separate blocking member (end No part cap) is required, and the manufacturing cost of the screen door can be reduced and the assemblability is good.

Next, the installation of the screen door door pulley 1 according to the first embodiment, the assembly of the screen door, the operation and the effect will be described.
When the screen door cart 1 is mounted on the lower arm 7 of the screen door 5, by operating the operation unit 32 to be pulled out from the case 13 and positioning the slide operation unit 35 on the front end side in the screen door width direction, The lower edge 27 of the guide groove 25 keeps the wheel holder 17 restricted so that the wheel 19 is not lowered. In this state, the screen door door pulley 1 is pushed into the lower arm 7 of the screen door 5 from below, and fixed inside the lower arm 7.
In assembling the screen door 5, the lower heel 7 and the heel 8 are assembled by pushing the lower heel 7 on which the screen door door cart 1 is mounted into the lower end of the heel 8 as shown in FIG. 5. As a result, the engaged portion 7c of the lower rod 7 is engaged with the engaging portion 8c of the rod 8 and attached by a tenon assembly, and the locking portion 30 provided on the screen door door pulley 1 is Locks in the locked hole 34. Therefore, the lower rod 7 and the rod 8 can be easily assembled by simply pushing the lower rod 7 from the lower end of the rod 8.
When the screen door 5 is installed, as shown in FIG. 1A, the slide operation part 35 provided on the indoor side surface of the lower heel 7 is positioned on the tip 37 a side of the long hole 37 of the lower heel 7.
As a result, the slider 15 is positioned on the front end side in the screen width direction with respect to the case 13, so the guide shaft 71 provided on the wheel holder 17 is positioned on the front end side in the screen door width direction of the guide groove 25, and below the guide groove. The screen door width direction front end 27a of the edge 27 restricts the downward rotation of the wheel holder 17 so that the wheel 19 is not lowered. Therefore, even if the central portion of the wheel holder 17 in the width direction of the door 17 is always biased downward by the spring 21, the guide shaft 71 of the wheel holder 17 is regulated by the tip 27a of the guide groove lower edge 27 in the door width direction. The wheel 19 is held in the upper position. That is, since the detachment prevention is released, the wheel 19 does not fall from the case 13 when the screen door is installed, the wheel 19 can be installed without obstruction, and the installation work can be facilitated.
After the screen door 5 is built, the slide operation part 35 is moved to the screen door width direction center part 37b of the long hole 37 as shown in FIG. Thereby, since the wheel holder 17 moves to the screen door width direction center part side with the slider 15, the guide axis | shaft 71 of the wheel holder 17 is located in the screen door width direction center part side of the guide groove 25, and the guide groove 25 of FIG. The lower end 75b of the height regulating member 75 comes into contact with the upper edge 17a on the center side in the width direction of the screen door of the wheel holder 17, and the movement of the wheel 19 is restricted. Therefore, the wheel 19 is held at a predetermined height (vertical position) adjusted in advance.
The height (vertical position) of the wheel 19 is adjusted by loosening the head 77a of the screw 77 projecting from the opening 79 provided in the indoor side wall of the lower rod 7 with a screwdriver in the vertical position adjusting tool 24. 73 is slid in the screen door width direction. As a result, the height regulating member 75 that contacts the inclined surface 83 of the height adjusting member 73 moves upward or downward along the inclined surface 83, so that the screen door 5 is still built and the indoor side of the lower lid 7 is The height of the wheel 19 can be adjusted. After adjusting the height of the wheel 19, the screw 77 is tightened to fix the height adjusting member 73 at that position.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the screen door 5 is lifted as shown by the arrow S in the state where the screen door 5 is installed (FIG. 1B), the spring 21 moves the screen door width direction center portion side of the wheel holder 17. Since the wheel holder 17 is constantly biased downward, the wheel holder 17 rotates downward about the horizontal shaft 31, and the guide shaft 71 follows the curvature of the lower edge 27 b on the center portion side of the guide groove 25. Since the wheel 19 moves, the wheel 19 moves downward relative to the case 13 as shown in FIG. 2 from the position shown in FIG. 1B, and the engagement with the rail 11 is maintained.
On the other hand, when the screen door 5 is removed for maintenance of the screen door or the like, the sliding operation portion 35 provided on the indoor side surface of the lower arm 7 is replaced with the screen door of the long hole 37 in the same manner as when the screen door 5 is installed (FIG. 1A). By moving to the width direction front end 37 a side, the guide shaft 71 of the wheel holder 17 moves to the screen door width direction front end side of the guide groove 25, and below the wheel holder 17 at the screen door width direction front end 27 a of the lower edge 27. Regulate the movement of Even if the screen door 5 is lifted in this state, the wheel 19 does not drop, and the screen door can be easily removed without the wheel 19 getting in the way.

According to the present embodiment, when the screen door is installed, when the operation portion 32 is in a position protruding from the saddle 8 toward the screen door tip side, the wheel holder 17 is in a position for restricting the downward movement of the wheel. 19 does not interfere with the screen door, and can be easily built.
After the screen door is built, when the slider 15 moves and the operation unit 32 is in the retracted position, the vertical position adjuster 24 abuts the wheel holder 17 to restrict the wheel from moving upward and the wheel. Since the retainer 17 can be moved downward, when the screen door is lifted with the screen door installed, the wheel retainer 17 is movable downward so that the wheel 19 is prevented from being detached from the rail 11. .
When the operation part 32 is in the retracted position, as shown in FIG. 1B, the outdoor side surface 32b of the operation part 32 closes the excision part 33 substantially continuously with the outdoor side surface of the outdoor side wall 8b of the flange 8. Therefore, it is possible to prevent injuries at the lower corners of the heel 8 and improve the safety of the user. Moreover, it is not necessary to provide a separate closing member in the excision part 33 in order to prevent injury by the excision part 33, so that the manufacturing cost of the screen door 5 can be reduced and the assemblability is good.
When removing the screen door 5, if the slider 15 is moved in the same manner as when it is installed, the slider 15 moves to a position where it projects toward the screen door tip side of the ridge 8. Therefore, even if the screen door 5 is lifted in this state, the screen door can be removed without disturbing the wheel.
By pushing the lower rod 7 from the lower end of the rod 8, the locking portion 30 of the screen door door pulley 1 fixed to the lower rod 7 is locked to the locked hole 34 of the rod, and the lower rod 7 is engaged. Since the joining portion 7c and the engaging portion 8c of the eave 8 are assembled with each other, the lower eave 7 and the eave 8 can be easily assembled, and the screen door can be easily assembled.
Since the slide operation of the slider 15 can be performed by the slide operation unit 35 provided on the indoor side surface of the lower rod 7, the operation of the slide operation unit 35 is easy, and even if it is a one-sided sliding door, it is possible to summon the fitting window. It can be operated without obstructing the fence of the movable shoji and the screen door can be installed and removed from the indoor side.
The height of the wheel 19 can be adjusted without removing the screen door 5 without removing the screen door 5, so that the adjustment work is easy and the height of the wheel 19 is high when adjustment of the wheel 19 is necessary due to construction errors or changes over time. Can be adjusted.
In the present embodiment, the slider 15 can be slid by operating the operation unit 32. Therefore, the screen door 5 is installed so that the operation unit 32 protrudes toward the front end side of the screen door of the ridge 8, and after the installation, It is possible to prevent the wheel 19 from coming off the rail 11 by pushing the operation unit 32 into the screen door side. Even when the screen door 5 is removed, the screen door 5 can be removed by operating the operation portion 32 so as to protrude toward the front end side in the width direction of the screen door, as in the case of construction. Further, when the screen door is removed, the screen door 5 can be removed by operating the operation portion 32 so as to protrude toward the front end side in the screen door width direction, as in the case of installation.
Therefore, when the door to which the screen door 5 is attached is a sliding door, since either the slide operation unit 35 or the push / pull operation unit 32 can be arbitrarily operated, the operability is good.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, when the screen door 5 is installed, the operation unit 32 is protruded from the ridge 8 in FIG. 1A, and the screen door 5 is caused to travel along the rail 11 so that the operation unit 32 is moved to the frame. The operation unit 32 may be pushed to the side of the heel 8 to be positioned at the heel excision portion 33 by being applied to a crescent stopper or the like.
