Description

The present invention develops a safe and stable tire that prevents serious accidents caused by punctures and berths when an automobile or the like is operating at high speed.

Conventional tires are not manufactured and sold for puncture and berth driving hazards. Even without research and development, the current tires are selling well, so they don't seem to recognize the need.
Previously, when I was driving on an expressway (Tohoku Expressway), a metal fence fell on the road surface, touching the side of the tire, the tire was in a berth, and there were no other cars on the front, back, left and right. However, since that time, I came to consider this tire rather than the regret that I had to always have one life every time I drive on the highway, even though it was only driving a car.

The challenge is to invent tires that are safe and stable against punctures and berths of automobiles and airplanes that are driving with the lives of high-speed cars or important customers.

Genji's general type tire internal structure 1 The air chamber is divided into 3 parts, the air pressure is the same as 3 air pressures, and the air pressure is divided into 2 types.

If nails or obstacles occur in the safe and stable tires considered this time, the entire tire does not reach a very dangerous state and can continue running safely and stably. Tires can also be changed to safe places (repair shops) and repairs can be done in safe places.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

After obtaining a patent, we will manufacture a prototype (in cooperation with a friend or car manufacturer, tire manufacturer, tire dealer), implement it after obtaining approval, and want to mass-produce and sell it when the effect and evaluation of the tire can be proved .

Prototype has not been manufactured yet.

Industrial use

We think that it is available for cars, motorcycles, airplanes and other tire-using cars.

Safety tires (for passenger cars. For trucks, airplanes, bus cars, motorcycles) A method of dividing the tire's internal air chamber into three air pressures with the same air pressure inside the three air chambers. If an obstacle is present on the road and the tire encounters the obstacle, the tire will puncture or berth in an instant, causing a serious accident. This time, my proposed tire is almost free of punctures, berths, etc., because there are no external obstacles in the first air chamber.
Mainly the nails that have entered the second air chamber or the third air chamber are provided with a vertical gap rubber foot, so they do not reach other air chambers, and only one air chamber is blocked from puncture and berth Is possible. Therefore, if either the second air chamber or the third air chamber punctures or berths, the first air chamber and the other air chamber support the weight of the car, and the car can run safely. At this time, about one-third of the air volume of the entire tire is lost, but about two-thirds remains, so it is safe enough.
Tire punctures, berth highways, and dangerous spare tire replacement work on public roads are eliminated.
The rubber seal for the air chamber inside the tire is unlike the surface rubber of the entire tire and it is unlikely that an obstacle will come in contact with the outside. Consider the cushioning during normal travel.
Regarding the manufacturing process of this tire, the process of manufacturing the entire tire is almost the same as the conventional process method, but the internal air chamber and internal rubber are built as a single unit, or if it is impossible, the internal rubber is manufactured in a separate process. It is manufactured by using a special adhesive with high adhesive strength inside the main tire or a welding method using rubber welding.
For the air supply fitting valve for the air sucked into the 1st air chamber, a general normal one is used, but the rubber tubes in the 2nd and 3rd air chambers use elastic rubber tubes.
Safety stable tires (passenger cars, trucks, buses, airplanes, police cars, motorcycles, race cars) Dividing the air chamber inside the tires into three is the same as safety tires, but the characteristics of safety tires are high speed. These tires have increased stability for cornering when driving and heavy duty vehicles. Its feature is to change the air pressure of the first to third air chambers. The air pressure in the first air chamber is one step higher than that in the second and third air chambers.
In the case of curve driving and meandering, the air pressure in the first air chamber is high, so it is effective in terms of tire roll and stability.
Suitable for police cars, sports type vehicles, or vehicles that carry heavy objects. The manufacturing process is almost the same as the safety tire in the previous section.
