腰に負担のかからない座り方は、曲げる部分は股関節(足の付け根)だけとし、腰および背筋はまっすぐにして座る方法である。従来の健康チェアー(特開平08−336437)では、座面を前傾させることにより、股関節は大きく曲げることなく(90°程度)、骨盤から腰骨をまっすぐの状態で、デスクワーク時などに必要な前傾姿勢をとることができる。この方法では、ひざに負担がかかることや、股関節を大きく曲げて(80〜60°程度)座る正しい前傾姿勢が身に付かない問題があった。本発明では、着席時に意識していなくても、自然に股関節を曲げて腰および背筋を伸ばすような姿勢になり、股関節を曲げて着席する正しい前傾姿勢が自然と身につくような椅子を、従来の健康チェアーと異なった原理で、かつ、家庭等で普通に利用できるよう極めて単純な構造で得るという課題を解決するものである。 The sitting method that does not put a burden on the waist is a method in which only the hip joint (base of the foot) is bent and the waist and back muscles are straightened.
