圃場において土壌の中耕や深耕、培土作業等に使用する耕起・整地装置に補助的に取り付けられる砕土作業具であって、
支持板に平面略扇の骨状または平面略平行の骨状に支持された複数の砕土ロッドからなる砕土ロッド群を備えており、
前記各砕土ロッドは、その後端部分が、平面から見て水平方向に略波形状に折り曲げられ、かつ、側面から見て上方側に湾曲され、あるいは地面に当接した際に弾性変形してその地面に沿って上方側に湾曲し得る地面当接部を有しており、
前記砕土ロッド群は、前記耕起・整地装置に設けられている土壌を掘り起こすための耕起・整地爪の先端から上方に所定間隔を隔てるとともに、その耕起・整地爪の前方から両側面近傍にかけて配置されることを特徴とする耕起・整地装置の砕土作業具。
