Claims (6)
- 2以上の分離した流体がプレート間で熱交換を行うように、複数の重積プレート(5から8)を備え、
前記プレート(5から8)が、一の流体がプレート(5から8)の一の壁を通って他方の流体の流路に侵入することを防止するためのダブルウォール(二重壁)設計であって、
前記各プレートのダブルウォールがプレート(5から8)の通路孔の円周部周りをシールするように接合されたものであって、
熱交換器の各ダブルウォールプレート(5から8)がロウ付け作業に先立って他のダブルウォールプレート(5から8)に係合する面上にロウ材を供給され、
1枚のダブルウォールプレートを構成する2枚のプレートの相互に接触する壁面の、通路孔の円周部(図3と図8の符号13;図13の符号18,19;図16の符号20,21)の周りの領域が、互いに部分的にしか重ならないように設計されていることを特徴とする、
プレート式熱交換器の製造方法。 - プレート式熱交換器の一のプレート(5)の互いに係合する壁(5a,5b)における通路孔の円周部(図3から図7の符号13)が同一直径で、相対的に位置をずらした切り欠き(14,15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 伝熱プレート1枚(5)の2つの壁(5a,5b)の通路孔の円周部(図8から図12の符号13)の周りの領域に複数の穴(16,17)を有し、1つの壁(5a)の前記穴(16)と他方の壁(5b)の前記穴(17)とが角度をずらして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 伝熱プレート1枚の2つの壁(5a,5b)の通路孔が相対的にずらして設けられ、通路孔開口(図13から図15)周りの接触面領域に隣接して非接触領域を残したことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 一の伝熱プレートの一の通路孔を形成する1対の壁の2つの穴が楕円形で角度をずらして設置されている(図16から図20)ことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 以上の請求項のいずれかの方法で作られたプレート式熱交換器。
