Claims (18)
- ヒータと、
反応物質を移送するための通路と、
試料ガスを収容し、前記反応物質を受け入れて前記反応物質を試料ガスと混合するために前記通路に連結されたチャンバと、
反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物を移送するために前記チャンバから前記ヒータに連通する連結器と、を備える反応装置であって、
前記ヒータは、前記反応物質と前記試料ガスとの混合物を加熱する、反応装置。 - 前記通路は、第2反応物質をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物に第2反応物質を移送するために前記連結器に連結された第2通路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記連結器は前記第2通路内に配置される、請求項3に記載の反応装置。
- 前記第2通路は前記連結器と同心形状である、請求項3に記載の反応装置。
- 前記連結器は出口に連結される、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 試料ガス中のガス成分を検出するために出口に連結された電気化学ガスセンサをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の反応装置。
- 前記電気化学ガスセンサは、
基板と、
該基板の表面上に配置される電極と、
該表面及び電極に接触し、第1表面及び第2表面を有するイオノマー膜と、
ガスを拡散制御する通路を画定するために、電極に近接する位置で第1表面から第2表面の間にあるイオノマー膜中の開口部と、を備える、請求項7に記載の反応装置。 - ヒータと、
第1反応物質を移送するための第1通路と、
第2反応物質を移送するための第2通路と、
試料ガスを収容し、前記第1反応物質を受け入れて前記第1反応物質と試料ガスとの混合物を移送するために前記第1通路に連結される連結器と、を備える反応装置であって、
前記連結器は、第2反応物質を受け入れて第1反応物質と試料ガスとを第2反応物質と混合するために、前記第1通路から延在して前記ヒータを通って前記第2通路に連結され、
前記第2通路は前記ヒータを貫通し、この貫通部位で、第1反応物質、第2反応物質、そして試料ガスが前記ヒータにより加熱される、反応装置。 - 試料ガス中のガス成分を検出するために、前記第2通路に連結された電気化学ガスセンサをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の反応装置。
- 少なくとも2種以上の反応ガスを一緒に予め混合するステップと、
該少なくとも2種類の反応ガスの混合物を試料ガスと混ぜ合わせるステップと、
該混合物と試料ガスを加熱するステップと、
基板と、該基板の表面上に配置した電極と、第1表面及び第2表面を有するイオノマー膜と、ガスを拡散制御する通路を画定するために、電極に近接する位置で第1表面から第2表面の間にあるイオノマー膜中の開口部と、を有する電気化学センサを用いて試料ガス中のガス成分を検出するステップと、を備える、反応装置を提供する方法。 - チャンバを提供して該チャンバ中で前記少なくとも2種類以上の反応ガスと試料ガスとを均質に混ぜ合わせるステップとをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物と試料ガスとを酸化するステップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物と試料ガスとを還元するステップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第1反応ガスを試料ガスと混合するステップと、
第2反応ガスを加える前に、第1反応ガスと試料ガスとの混合物を加熱するステップと、
第1反応物質および試料ガスに第2反応ガスを追加するステップと、
第1反応ガス、第2反応ガス、そして試料ガスを加熱するステップと、
基板と、該基板表面上に配置された電極と、基板及び電極に接触するイオノマー膜と、ガスを拡散制御する通路を画定するために、電極に近接する位置で第1表面から第2表面の間にあるイオノマー膜中の開口部とを有する電気化学センサを用いて試料ガス中のガス成分を検出するステップと、を備える、反応装置を提供する方法。 - チャンバを提供して該チャンバ中で前記第1反応ガス、第2反応ガス、試料ガス、および、これらの混合物を均質に混ぜ合わせるステップとをさらに備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物と試料ガスとを酸化するステップをさらに備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
