図1は、自動車におけるバッテリ電源を切断するために用いることができる発火機械式切断装置を詳細に示している。
Claims (5)
- 切断点で切断具(6)によって切断されることができるように形成された電流伝導体レールが内部に配設されているハウジング(1)を備えていて、
上記切断具(6)が発火要素(5)の推進ガスによって加速されることができ、
上記発火要素(5)が、電気接続ピン(9)を有し、ハウジング(1)内の収容スペース(7)に挿入され、かつ、該収容スペース(7)の支持床(2)によって支持され、
上記支持床(2)が、接続ピン(9)のための貫通穴(3)を有している、とくに自動車においてバッテリ電源を切るための発火機械式切断装置であって、
上記発火要素(5)と上記支持床(2)との間に、弾性を有するシール要素(4)が配設されていることを特徴とする発火機械式切断装置。 - 上記シール要素(4)がOリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発火機械式切断装置。
- 上記シール要素(4)が、支持床(2)の上に配設され、接続ピン(9)が通り抜けて突出する平坦なシールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発火機械式切断装置。
- 上記シール要素(4)が、支持床(2)の上に注入された弾性を有する補償要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発火機械式切断装置。
- 上記ハウジング(1)が、機械的剛性を高めるためのガラス繊維又は炭素繊維が混合されたプラスチック材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の発火機械式切断装置。
