Abstract
Description
典型的な発泡方法として、以下のものが挙げられる:
1.加熱をすることによるか、又は重合中の反応の発熱により、化学的発泡剤が熱分解して、N2又はCO2を発生させる。
2.ポリマー溶融物に、ガスを機械的ホイッピングし、触媒作用又は熱により硬化し、気泡をマトリックスにトラッピングする。
3.沸点が低温である低沸点液体を使用することにより、ガスを生成する。
4.系における圧力を減少させることによりポリマーに溶解したガスを膨張させる。
5.加熱すると膨張するガス充填ポリマーからなる微小球をポリマー塊に含有させる。

2.反応射出成形、又は
3.発泡体の押し出し成形
などがある。

Claims (15)
- 材料の製造方法であって、発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を調製することと、前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を、連続気泡構造を有するポリマー発泡体を形成するのに十分なエネルギーで、且つ十分に短い時間処理することとを含む、方法。
- 前記親水性ポリマーが、ゼラチン又はその誘導体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を処理する工程が、その溶液にマイクロ波放射源を照射することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を処理する工程の時間が、5分間以下である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を処理する工程の時間が、2分間以下である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液の調製工程が、空気が、中に気泡を形成している前記親水性ポリマーに混入されるように親水性ポリマー溶液を高剪断攪拌することを含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を調製する工程が、前記親水性ポリマーの溶液に物理的又は化学的発泡剤を添加し、前記発泡剤を作用させて、それを分解させることにより、ガスを生成させることを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤を作用させる工程が、前記溶液を加熱することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤を作用させる工程が、前記溶液に酸を添加して前記発泡剤と反応させることにより、ガスを発生させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を処理して前記ポリマー発泡体を形成する工程の前に、前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を支持基板上に塗布して塗布支持基板を形成する工程を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡親水性ポリマー溶液を処理する工程により、塗布支持基板を乾燥する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法により得ることができる材料。
- 請求項12に記載の材料を含む、インクジェットレシーバー。
- 支持体と、前記支持体上に設けられたインク受容層とを備え、前記インク受容層が、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得ることができる親水性ポリマー発泡材料を含むものである、インクジェットレシーバー。
- 発泡親水性ポリマー溶液から、連続気泡構造を有する高分子発泡材料を形成するための、マイクロ波放射の使用。
