Claims (14)
- 可視スペクトル領域の調整可能な光パルスを生成するための装置であって、
赤外スペクトル領域のフェムト秒光パルスを放出するレーザシステム(LS)と、
前記光パルスの波長を可視スペクトル領域に変換する光学的な周波数変換器(FC)を有している形式の装置において、
前記レーザシステム(LS)から放出される光パルスの波長は調整可能であり、
光学的なエキスパンダ(OS)が設けられており、当該光学的なエキスパンダによって、前記周波数変換された光パルスのパルス持続時間が少なくとも1psまで拡張可能である、
ことを特徴とする、可視スペクトル領域の調整可能な光パルスを生成するための装置。 - 前記周波数変換器(FC)は、1つまたは複数の周波数倍増器を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの光学的な周波数フィルタを有しており、
当該周波数フィルタは、前記周波数変換器(FC)の前または後に接続されている、請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記レーザシステム(LS)から放出された光パルスの波長は、少なくとも1μm〜2μmの間の領域、有利には800nm〜2μmの間の領域で調整可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記光学エキスパンダ(OS)は、少なくとも1つの分散性光学素子によって構成されており、当該分散性光学素子は前記周波数変換器(FC)の後に接続されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 調整可能な光パルスを生成する前記レーザシステムは非線形光ファイバー(3)を有しており、当該非線形光ファイバーによって、フェムト秒光パルスの光学スペクトルがソリトン効果を用いて変調可能であり、前記非線形光ファイバー(3)の前に光学コンプレッサ(2)が接続されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバー(3)に入力結合された光パルスは、少なくとも1ナノジュールのパルスエネルギーを有している、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記光学コンプレッサ(2)は位置調節可能に構成されており、前記非線形光ファイバー(3)に入力結合された光パルスの時間的な周波数特性を変えることができる、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバー(3)は偏波保持性および/または分散シフト性である、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバ(3)のコアの直径は5マイクロメータよりも小さい、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバ(3)は、マイクロ構造化されたフォトニックファイバーとして構成されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバ(3)の長さは1メートルを下回る、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記非線形光ファイバ(3)の後に接続されている付加的な光学コンプレッサ(6)を有している、請求項6記載の装置。
- 顕微鏡、共焦点顕微鏡、蛍光分光または自動化された作用物質検索に対する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載された装置の使用。
