Abstract
Description
Claims (32)
- セメント質混合物の性質を改善する方法であって、
a.セメント質混合物を準備し;
b.ユニット化された繊維構造体を準備し、前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の各々が
i. 2つ以上の補強用繊維構成成分と;
ii. 1つ以上の周辺保持要素からなり;
iii.ここで、前記補強用繊維構成成分が本質的に平行な配向で合体されているものであり、そして前記周辺保持要素が前記合体されそして本質的に平行な補強用繊維構成成分により描かれる全周辺を囲むものであり;
c.前記セメント質混合物の中に所定量のユニット化された繊維構造体を添加して、セメント質混合物とユニット化された繊維構造体のブレンドを形成し;そして
d.前記セメント質混合物/ユニット化された繊維構造体のブレンドを機械的に撹拌して、前記周辺保持要素を崩壊させ、そして前記補強用繊維構成成分を前記セメント質混合物の中に分散させる
段階を含んでなる前記方法。 - 前記繊維構造体が天然繊維である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然繊維がレーヨン、木綿、パルプ、亜麻、麻、およびこれらの組み合わせ物からなる群から選択される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維構造体が合成繊維である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成繊維がポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、およびこれらの組み合わせ物からなる群から選択される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体が約3mmと150mmの間の全円周を示す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体が約3mmと30mmの間の全円周を示す請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体が約8mmと100mmの間の長さを示す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体が約12mmと50mmの間の長さを示す請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記補強用繊維構成成分が有限のステープル長を示す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強用繊維構成成分が無限の長さ(infinite length)を示す請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強用繊維構成成分の一部または全部が張力下に置かれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周辺保持要素が前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の全表面積の80%以下を囲う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体が孔あきセグメントを含んでなる請求項11に記載の方法。
- セメント質混合物の性質を改善する方法であって、
a.セメント質混合物を準備し;
b.ユニット化された繊維構造体を準備し、前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の各々が
i. 2つ以上の補強用繊維構成成分と;
ii. 絡み合い手段を含んでなり;
iii.ここで、前記補強用繊維構成成分が本質的に平行な配向で合体されているものであり、そして前記絡み合い手段が前記合体されそして本質的に平行な補強用繊維構成成分により描かれる全周辺の周りに適用されているものであり;
c.前記セメント質混合物の中に所定量のユニット化された繊維構造体を添加して、セメント質混合物とユニット化された繊維構造体のブレンドを形成し;そして
d.前記セメント質混合物/ユニット化された繊維構造体のブレンドを機械的に撹拌して、前記絡み合い手段を崩壊させ、そして前記補強用繊維構成成分を前記セメント質混合物の中に分散させる
段階を含んでなる前記方法。 - 前記繊維構造体が天然繊維である請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記天然繊維がレーヨン、木綿、パルプ、亜麻、麻、およびこれらの組み合わせ物からなる群から選択される請求項16に記載の方法。

- 前記補強用繊維構成成分が有限のステープル長を示す請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記補強用繊維構成成分が無限の長さを示す請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の各々が2つ以上の補強用繊維構成成分と1つ以上の周辺保持要素からなり、ここで前記補強用繊維構成成分は本質的に平行な配向で合体されているものであり、そして前記周辺保持要素は前記合体され本質的に平行な補強用繊維構成成分により描かれる全周辺を囲むものである、ユニット化された繊維構造体を含んでなるセメント質補強物。
- 前記周辺保持要素が前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の全表面積の80%以下を囲む請求項29に記載のセメント質補強物。
- 前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の各々が2つ以上の補強用繊維構成成分と絡み合い手段からなり、ここで前記補強用繊維構成成分は本質的に平行な配向で合体されているものであり、そして前記絡み合い手段は前記合体され本質的に平行な補強用繊維構成成分により描かれる全周辺に適用されるものである、ユニット化された繊維構造体を含んでなるセメント質補強物。
- 前記絡み合い手段が前記ユニット化された繊維構造体の全表面積の80%以下を含んでなる請求項31に記載の方法。
