Claims (18)
- フィラメント、特にガラスフィラメントが線引きされる多数の孔を有する、特にブッシングの底部用の補強装置(1)であり、補強片(10)を備え、該補強片(10)が、少なくとも1つの収納ハウジングを画定する中空の第1の部分(12)と、中空の第1の部分(12)の長さにわたって少なくとも部分的に延在する第2の部分(13)と、中空の第1の部分の収納ハウジングに挿入される少なくとも1つの補強材(40)とを備える、補強装置(1)であって、補強材(40)の断面が、中空の第1の部分(12)の内部断面とほぼ同一であることを特徴とする、補強装置。
- 密閉して残りの空間を充填するように、補強材(40)と中空の第1の部分の内壁との間で、中空の第1の部分(12)の収納ハウジング内に配置された耐熱性の追加材料(50)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 耐熱性の追加材料(50)が、耐熱性のプラスチック断熱材であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 補強材(40)は、高温クリープ抵抗が、中空の第1の部分(12)が形成される材料の高温クリープ抵抗よりも高い少なくとも1つの材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 補強材(40)の材料が、セラミックタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 補強材の材料が、少なくとも99.5%、好ましくは99.7%から99.8%の純度のアルミナであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 補強材(40)の材料が、鉄ベース、ニッケルベース、またはチタニウムベースのODS合金タイプであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 中空の第1の部分(12)が、単一方向に沿って延在する細長い形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 中空の第1の部分(12)が、2つの異なる方向に延在しかつ接合面(P)で当接する、2つの部分(12a、12b)を備える逆V字状の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 中空要素の2つの部分(12a、12b)が、少なくとも1つの補強材(40)の各々が挿入される2つのそれぞれの収納ハウジングを構成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 中空の第1の部分(12)が、単独片から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 中空の第1の部分(12)の2つの部分(12a、12b)が、共に固定される2つのそれぞれの片から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 中空の第1の部分(12)が、正方形、長方形、円形、長円形、三角形、または台形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 補強片(10)が、プラチナ合金で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 補強片の本体(11)が、第2の部分(13)の反対側に第3の部分(17)を有し、該第3の部分(17)が、中空の第1の部分(12)の長さにわたって少なくとも部分的に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- フィラメントが流れる孔(3)を設けられた底部(2)と、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの補強装置(1)とを備える、フィラメント、特にガラスフィラメントを送出するブッシングであって、補強装置が、ブッシングの長辺(21)を横断する面に延在し、補強材(40)の端部が、中空の第1の部分(12)から延在し、かつブッシングを包むコンクリートに固定されることを特徴とする、ブッシング。
- 請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの補強装置(1)を備えるブッシングであって、補強装置が、補強片(10)の第2の部分(13)の長手方向自由端(13a)と、補強片の中空の第1の部分(12)の横方向自由端(14、15)とを装着することにより、底部(2)に装着されることを特徴とする、ブッシング。
- 補強装置(1)の頂部に配置されるスクリーン(4)を含み、補強片の第3の部分(17)が、スクリーンに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載のブッシング。
