Claims (13)
- バックアップ電力を発電するシステムであって、多量の圧縮気体を収容するように適合された容器と、所定の圧力で前記容器から気体を放出するための弁と、前記放出された気体を受けて通すように適合されたスクロール膨張器であって当該膨張器により通される前記放出された気体の流れにより回転される回転部材を有する膨張器と、前記膨張器の前記回転部材に駆動結合されて電力供給を生成する発電機と、を有するシステム。
- 前記容器から放出された前記気体の前記圧力を、前記気体が前記スクロール膨張器の中に導入される動作圧力に低減させるための圧力調整器を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器に結合され、そこへ圧縮乾燥された気体を供給するための多段階空気圧縮機と乾燥機と、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器は、圧力300bar又はその附近、及び露点−30℃又はその附近で気体を保持する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記多段階空気圧縮機を商用電源から駆動するように適合する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力調整器及び前記気体放出弁が電動制御システムに接続されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記気体放出弁は、通常開いていて通電すると閉状態になるタイプであり、商用電源が存在している間、使用中の当該弁は電気的に閉に維持されていて、商用電源が停電すると開いて前記調整器から気体が供給される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記スクロール膨張器は、膨張器として動作するように再構成されたオイル無しのスクロール圧縮機である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記スクロール膨張器は、周囲空気より低い温度で大気圧まで膨張するように気体を放出する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 電気エネルギーを保存して、必要な電力の供給を前記スクロール膨張器及び発電機が生成できるまでの短時間の間バックアップ電源を提供するための、少なくとも1のキャパシタを有するパワーコンディショニングユニットを含み、また前記キャパシタは電力要求が変化した場合に電力を放出又は吸収する為に働く、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記パワーコンディショニングユニットは、キャパシタエネルギー貯蔵と電圧測定装置と電流測定装置とを有するDCリンクを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張器の出力から放出された気体の一部を再利用し、容器から膨張器に供給される気体に取り込むための手段を含む、請求項1〜11に記載のシステム。
- 多量の圧縮気体を収容するようにそれぞれ適合された複数の容器を含み、前記容器は互いに縦列につながっている、請求項1〜12に記載のシステム。
