Abstract
Description
本発明は、最小限侵襲性のカテーテルおよび内視鏡システムに関する上述の問題を解決することを志向する。本発明の一形態において、患者身体内のターゲット部位の領域における環境状態を検出でき、かつ器具の先端の医療装置が所望医療処置を遂行するために作動しまたは遂行を阻止するかを自主的に決定する、所謂『高性能(smart)』最小限侵襲性装置を提供する。この装置はルーメンの先端に装着できる医療装置、前記医療装置に隣接する環境状態を検出できる少なくとも一つの環境状態感知器、および環境状態感知器からの信号に応答する少なくとも一つの医療装置アクチュエータを含み、前記医療装置による所望医療処置を遂行させるかまたは前記医療装置アクチュエータの作動を阻止させる。本発明による装置は、前記医療装置がターゲット部位の領域へ操縦されるまで、例えば医療装置アクチュエータへの電気信号を覆うまたは妨害する格納式装置を使用することにより、医療装置アクチュエータの感知かつ/または作動を阻止するために装備されてよい。
Claims (25)
- 最小限侵襲性の医療処置時に医療装置を自発的に作動させる装置であって、
医療装置に隣接する環境状態を検出するために前記医療装置により担持された少なくとも一つの環境状態感知器、および
少なくとも一つの環境状態感知器から少なくとも一つの信号に応答して制御される医療装置により担持された少なくとも一つの医療装置アクチュエータを含む、自発的作動装置。 - 第一の所定環境状態が複数の環境状態感知器の少なくとも一つにより検出されるときに、複数の医療装置アクチュエータの少なくとも一つが作動する、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 第二の所定環境状態が複数の環境状態感知器の他の少なくとも一つにより検出されるときに、複数の医療装置アクチュエータの他の少なくとも一つが作動を阻止する、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記医療装置は注入カテーテルまたは注射カテーテルである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記医療装置アクチュエータは弁または針配置装置である、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記医療装置はバルーンカテーテルである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記医療装置アクチュエータは前記バルーンカテーテルを膨張させることができる、請求項6の自発的作動装置。
- 前記環境状態感知器の少なくとも一つは機械的センサである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの機械的センサは圧力センサである、請求項8の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの機械的センサは差圧センサである、請求項8の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの機械的センサは圧力感知弁である、請求項8の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの機械的センサは圧電センサにセンサ端で連結されたプローブを含む接触センサである、請求項8の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの環境状態感知器は生物学的センサである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの生物学的センサは生化学センサである、請求項13の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの生化学センサは窒素酸化物を感知する、請求項13の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの生化学センサはpHを感知する、請求項13の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの生化学センサは酸素センサである、請求項13の自発的作動装置。
- 少なくとも一つの生物学的センサはリセプタリガンドでコートされている、請求項13の自発的作動装置。
- 前記リセプタリガンドは内皮細胞性インテグリンである、請求項18の自発的作動装置。
- 前記リセプタリガンドは血管細胞性インテグリンである、請求項18の自発的作動装置。
- 前記リセプタリガンドはモノクローン抗体である、請求項18の自発的作動装置。
- 前記環境状態感知器の少なくとも一つは熱センサである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記環境状態感知器の少なくとも一つは磁気センサである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記環境状態感知器の少なくとも一つは静電気センサである、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
- 前記医療装置は最小限侵襲性の医療処置時に内視鏡の先端に固定されている、請求項1の自発的作動装置。
