Claims (9)
- 略平行化された光を与えるための装置であって、細長い光源と、この細長い光源に隣接して配置された構造体とを備え、この構造体は、その構造体を通して延びる複数の平行経路を与えるものであり、また前記細長い光源からの光は、前記経路を通過して、前記経路に概ね平行なビームとして出現することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記構造体の一側面上にレンズ系または光ディフューザー系を更に備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 1以上のプリズムがコリメータとランプとの間に配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。
- 1以上のリニア水晶体レンズまたはレンズアレイがコリメータとランプとの間に配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。
- 球状レンズの1以上のアレイがコリメータとランプとの間に配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。
- マイクロレンズアレイがコリメータとランプとの間に配置されている請求項2に記載の装置。
- 光重合可能な層を硬化する方法であって、その層を請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置に並置して、前記装置からの略平行化された発光に前記層を曝すことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記層と平行化装置との間に光学マスクが介在されている請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記層は、前記装置から発する略平行化された発光に対し、光学マスク等を介在することなく、直接曝される請求項7に記載の方法。
