Abstract
Description
本願は、優先権が請求される2002年10月31日付け、特許文献1「細胞ブロックの自動包埋装置」に基づく。
装置が汚染物を他のものから容易に除去できるように構成されることが理解される。これは、技術者が、使用された又は摩耗した構成要素を効率的な方法で迅速かつ容易に置換できるため望ましい。更に、本発明の試料ポート26、細胞流入チューブ20とその取り外し可能な出口24、及び細胞試料容器12は全て使捨てである。これが、1個の試料に対するこれら構成要素の各の1回の使用を許し、これにより続く細胞試料の処理中の汚染を防止する。
Claims (19)
- フロースルー式の細胞ブロック包埋装置であって、
細胞破片を細胞試料から試料ポートに給送するための流入チューブにより定められた細胞流路であって、試料ポートはこれに取り付けられるフィルターを有する組織カセットと連通しており、圧力を加えたとき、細胞破片が細胞試料から流入チューブを通って試料ポートに引かれそしてフィルター上に堆積するように構成された細胞流路、及び
試料ポートと連通している試薬ポートに試薬を給送するための複数の試薬給送チューブにより定められた試薬流路であって、圧力が加えられたとき、試薬が試薬給送チューブを通って試薬ポートに、更にフィルター上の堆積された細胞破片に引かれるように構成された試薬流路
を備えた装置。 - 細胞破片が、ミクロトームにより切断される平面の近くに自動的に堆積される請求項1の装置。
- 試薬流路に加えられる圧力が負圧である請求項1の装置。
- 試薬流路に加えられる圧力が正の圧力である請求項1の装置。
- 細胞流路に加えられる圧力が負圧である請求項1の装置。
- 細胞流路に加えられる圧力が正の圧力である請求項1の装置。
- 試薬流路が、アルコール、キシレン、高温のパラフィン、蒸留水、食塩水、酸、ホマトキシリン、エオシン、及び免疫組織化学試薬よりなるグループから選ばれた試薬を給送するための試薬給送チューブを含む請求項1の装置。
