Description
Claims (21)
- 生物の臓器の動脈血液充填又は灌流の変化に関する情報を表示ユニットのユーザー面上に提示するための方法であり、
該提示のために必要とされるデータである灌流指数を、アルゴリズムを用いて、血液の動脈血酸素飽和度を決定するための非侵襲的な光度計測プロセスによって生成された測定値から決定する方法であって、
最初の灌流指数を参照値として決定するステップと、
後続の灌流指数を前記参照値に対する相対的偏差値として決定するステップと、
該相対的偏差値を、灌流の変化に関する情報として、前記ユーザー面上に提示するステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記参照値の決定は前記光度計測定プロセスの開始時に自動的に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記参照値の決定の瞬間は随意的に選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記参照値はメモリチップに保存されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載の方法。
- 前記参照値及び前記後続の灌流指数はファクタによって測定されることを特徴とする上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ファクタは調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記灌流の変化が数値の形態で提示されることを特徴とする上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アナログの図形要素が前記提示のために用いられることを特徴とする上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記図形要素としてバー要素が用いられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記灌流の前記相対的な変化が異なるバーの長さによって表示されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- タコメータ表示と一致する表示が前記図形要素として用いられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記表示は、他の生理的変数と共に、多次元型として、特にスパイダー図として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- アラーム限界値の上限及びアラーム限界値の下限が設けられていることを特徴とする上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アラーム限界値は調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記アラーム限界値を超過したときに、音響的又は光学的信号が始動することを特徴とする請求項13及び14に記載の方法。
- 特に上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法と共に用いられる、光度計測定プロセスによって得られる測定値である信号の質を決定する方法であって、
該信号の質は、
飽和−独立灌流指数;
発信ファクタ;
迷光、EM放射線及びその類似物のような自然妨害の程度;
PLETH信号の形状;
アーチファクトの強度及び/又は期間;
の変数の1つ又はそれらの組み合わせによって決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 光度計測定プロセスによって得られる測定値である信号の質を決定する方法であって、
該信号の質は、
飽和−独立灌流指数;
発信ファクタ;
迷光、EM放射線及びその類似物のような自然妨害の程度;
PLETH信号の形状;
アーチファクトの強度及び/又は期間;
の変数の1つ又はそれ以上と共に、1つ又はそれ以上の波長の変調ファクタ(AC/DC)によって決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 光度計測定プロセス、特に請求項16又は17において請求されている光度計測定プロセスによって計測値である信号の質を計測する方法であって、
この情報は、アイコン及び/又は背景領域の異なる色付けによって、特に緑色は全て良好な質、黄色は疑わしい質、赤色は貧弱な質を示すことによって、ユーザー面の上に図形的に提示されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アイコンは、前記灌流の提示のために用いられる前記図形要素と同一であることであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記アイコンは、独立した図形要素、特に、セグメント状若しくはバー状の提示、色符号化された表面要素又は交通信号の形態に配置された円形要素であることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の方法。
- 灌流の変化に関する情報を決定するよう、動脈血O2飽和度を決定し、且つ、灌流指数を計算するためのパルス酸素測定器と、干渉信号、特に、動作アーチファクトを検知し、且つ、得られた測定値の質、よって、灌流の変化に関する情報を推定するための手段と、該情報を提示する手段と、を有する前記方法を実施する装置。
