Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 体の目標表面を観察する放射線センサと、 環境温および前記センサによる感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度を計算 する電子機器であって、前記関数に表面温度と環境温の重み付き差分を含み、こ の重み付けは目標温度に伴って変わる電子器機器とを備えた体温検出器。 2. 請求項1において、前記重み付けはh/pcの近似値であり、hは目標表 面と周囲の間の熱伝達率、pは灌流レート、cは血液の比熱である体温検出器。 3. 請求項2において、前記h/pcの正常な近似値が約0.13である体温検出 器。 4. 請求項3において、前記h/pcの近似値が少なくとも0.09から0.13の範 囲で変わる体温検出器。 5. 請求項2において、前記h/pcの近似値が正常値の少なくとも20%の 範囲で変わる体温検出器。 6. 請求項2において、前記感知表面温度に伴うh/pcの変動が少なくとも 0.01/°Fである体温検出器。 7. 請求項6において、ほぼ正常な温度における前記変動が約0.02/°Fであ る体温検出器。 8. 請求項1において、前記関数に含まれる前記環境温が想定環境温である体 温検出器。 9. 請求項8において、前記想定環境温が感知検出器温度の関数として修正さ れ、検出器温度の変化に対する想定環境温の変化が1よりもかなり小さい体温検 出器。 10. 請求項9において、感知検出器温度に対する想定環境温の変化が0.5よ りも小さい体温検出器。 11. 請求項1において、前記想定環境温が約80°Fである体温検出器。 12. 体の目標表面を観察する放射線センサと、 環境温および前記センサによる感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度を計算 する電子機器であって、前記関数に表面温度と環境温の重み付き差分を含み、こ の重み付けが約0.13である電子機器とを備えた体温検出器。 13. 体の目標表面を観察する放射線センサと、 環境温および前記センサによる感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度を計算 する電子機器であって、この関数内の環境温が想定環境温である電子機器とを備 えた体温検出器。 14. 請求項13において、前記想定環境温が感知検出器温度の関数として修 正され、検出器温度の変化に対する想定環境温の変化が1よりもかなり小さい体 温検出器。 15. 請求項14において、感知検出器温度の変化に対する想定環境温の変化 が0.5よりも小さい体温検出器。 16. 請求項15において、前記想定環境温が約80°Fである体温検出器。 17. 請求項14において、感知検出器温度の変化に対する想定環境温の変化 が約0.2である体温検出器。 18. 請求項17において、前記想定環境温が約80°Fである体温検出器。 19. 請求項13において、前記想定環境温が固定されている体温検出器。 20. 請求項19において、前記想定環境温が約80°Fである体温検出器。 21. 体の目標表面を観察する放射線センサと、 環境温および前記センサによる感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度を計算 する電子機器であって、前記関数に表面温度と環境温の重み付き差分を含み、こ の重み付けはh/pcの近似値であり、hは目標表面 と周囲の間の熱伝達率、pは灌流レート、cは血液の比熱であり、h/pcが少 なくとも0.09から0.13の範囲で変わり、環境温は感知検出器温度の関数として修 正される想定環境温であり、感知検出器温度の変化に対する想定環境温の変化が 0.5よりも小さい電子機器とを備えた体温検出器。 22. 請求項21において、前記想定環境温が約80°Fであり、検出器温度 の変化に対する想定環境温の変化が約0.2である体温検出器。 23. 体の目標表面からの熱流束を検出するステップと、 環境温および前記熱流束の検出による感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度 を計算するステップであって、前記関数に表面温度と環境温の重み付き差分を含 み、この重み付けは目標温度に伴って変わる計算ステップと、 内部温度を表示するステップとを備えた体温の検出方法。 24. 体の目標表面からの熱流束を検知するステップと、 環境温および前記熱流束の検出による感知表面温度の関数として体の内部温度 を計算するステップであって、前記関数内の前記環境温は想定環境温である計算 ステップと、 内部温度を表示するステップとを備えた体温の検出方法。
