Claims (19)
- 診断用撮像システムであって、前記システムは、
前記撮像システムを制御し、操作者とインタフェースし、画像を生成するコンピュータワークステーションと、
前記コンピュータワークステーションとデータ通信し、前記診断用撮像システムにおける相対的な位置を表わすよう適合された座標系と、
前記座標系で表わされうる対象支持部と、
前記対象支持部の周りで位置決め可能なX線サブシステムと、
前記X線サブシステム及びワークステーションに動作上接続され、前記座標系内の前記X線サブシステムの構成要素の位置を示す信号を前記ワークステーションに与える位置センサと、
前記対象支持部の周りで位置決め可能な核カメラサブシステムと、
前記核カメラサブシステム及びワークステーションに動作上接続され、前記座標系内の前記核カメラサブシステムの構成要素の位置を示す信号を前記ワークステーションに与える位置センサと、
前記X線サブシステムによって生成された画像から関連する撮像対象中の関心領域の前記撮像座標系内の位置を決定する手段と、
前記関心領域において画像を正確に取得するよう核カメラサブシステムの目標設定を行う手段とを有する、診断用撮像システム。 - 前記座標系は、選択された平面上で撮像システム中の構成要素の相対的な位置を表わす2次元系である、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。
- 前記座標系は、前記撮像システムに関連づけられる体積内の構成要素の相対位置を表わ3次元系である、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。
- 前記X線サブシステムは、X線源及びX線検出器を含み、前記核カメラサブシステムは核カメラ検出器ヘッドを含み、前記診断用撮像システムはガントリを含み、前記ガントリは位置決め支持構造を与え、前記支持構造は前記X線源及び核カメラ検出器ヘッドの両方を共通に支持及び位置決めする、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。
- 参照画像を有する関心領域比較データベースと、
前記生成された画像を前記比較データベースの参照画像と比較することにより前記撮像サブシステムの1つのサブシステムによって生成される画像中の関心領域を決定する手段とを含む、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。 - 前記核カメラサブシステムは、
平面ガンマカメラヘッドと、
ピンホール・コリメータとを含む、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。 - 前記X線サブシステム及び核カメラサブシステムの構成要素を位置決めする手段を含み、前記位置決めする手段は前記ワークステーションに制御可能に接続される、請求項1記載の撮像用診断システム。
- 対象内の関心領域を目標設定及び撮像する方法であって、
対象を撮像するために第1の撮像モダリティを位置決めする段階と、
前記第1の撮像モダリティから前記対象の画像データを発生する段階と、
前記第1の撮像モダリティからの前記画像データを評価する段階と、
前記評価されたデータから前記撮像された対象中の関心領域を識別する段階と、
前記第1の画像データから座標系の中の関心領域の位置を決定する段階と、
前記関心領域の前記決定された位置を用いて前記関心領域を正確に目標設定するよう第2の撮像モダリティを位置決めする段階とを有する、方法。 - 前記第2の撮像モダリティで前記関心領域から発せられる放射線を検出する段階と、
前記検出された放射線を示す信号を与える段階と、
前記関心領域の前記検出された放射線を示す信号から画像を発生する段階とを有する、
請求項8記載の対象中の関心領域を目標設定及び撮像する方法。 - 前記撮像される対象中で関心領域を識別する段階は、前記第1のモダリティからの画像データをデータベース中に格納された参照画像と比較する段階を含む、
請求項8記載の対象中の関心領域を目標設定及び撮像する方法。 - 前記関心領域において第2の撮像モダリティを位置決めする段階は自動的に制御される、

前記撮像システムを制御し、操作者とインタフェースし、画像を発生するコンピュータワークステーションと、

前記座標系で表わされることが可能であり、前記座標系内で位置決めされることが可能であるよう参照マーカを含む、対象支持部と、
前記対象支持部の周りで位置決め可能なX線サブシステムと、
カメラヘッドを含み、前記対象支持部の周りで位置決め可能な核カメラサブシステムと、
前記座標系内で前記X線サブシステムの構成要素の位置を位置確認する手段と、
前記座標系内で前記核カメラサブシステムの構成要素の位置を位置確認する手段と、
前記対象支持部の参照マーカに対して関心領域を位置確認する手段と、
前記関心領域に前記核カメラヘッドを正確に目標設定する手段とを有する、診断用撮像システム。 - 診断用撮像システムであって、
対象を撮像するために第1の撮像モダリティを位置決めする段階と、
前記第1の撮像モダリティから前記対象の画像データを発生する段階と、
前記第1の撮像モダリティからの前記画像データを評価する段階と、
前記評価されたデータから前記撮像された対象中の関心領域を識別する段階と、
前記第1の画像データから座標系の中の関心領域の位置を決定する段階と、
前記関心領域の前記決定された位置を用いて前記関心領域に第2の撮像モダリティを位置決めする段階とを有する、撮像診断システム。 - 前記撮像される対象中で関心領域を識別する手段は、前記第1のモダリティからの画像データをデータベース中に格納された参照画像と比較する手段を含む、請求項14記載の撮像診断システム。
- 前記関心領域に第2の撮像モダリティを位置決めする手段は、前記第2のモダリティの位置決めを自動的に制御することを含む、請求項14記載の撮像診断システム。
- 前記第1の画像データから座標系の中の前記関心領域の位置を決定する手段は、前記関心領域を前記撮像システムの体積関連構成要素を表わす3次元座標系の中で位置決定する手段を含む、請求項14記載の撮像診断システム。
- 前記第1の撮像モダリティはX線源及びX線検出器を含み、前記第2の撮像モダリティは核カメラ検出器を含み、前記撮像システムは、前記X線源及び核カメラ検出器ヘッドの両方を支持し位置決めするための位置的に共通の支持部材を含む、請求項14記載の撮像診断システム。
