Claims (9)
- ・測定器(1)と、
・別の機器(2)と、
・測定器(1)と別の機器(2)との間で、データビットを伝達するためのデータ伝達手段(3)とから成る測定システムであって、
その際、測定器(1)は、
・信号監視回路(1.6)と、
・スイッチ素子(1.9,1.10)とを有し、ならびに、
スイッチ素子(1.9,1.10)は、試験電圧源(1.11)と電気的に接続されており、ならびに、
これらのスイッチ素子の一つの状態において、試験電圧源(1.11)が、信号監視回路(1.6)と接続されるとともに、
信号監視回路(1.6)が、さらにデータ伝達手段(3)と接続される測定システム。 - 当該の測定器が、位置測定器、特にロータリーエンコーダー、または長さ測定器である請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 当該の別の機器(2)が、機械制御部、特に加工機の機械制御部である請求項1または2に記載の測定システム。
- 測定システムの動作状況を検査するための方法であって、
その際、
・測定システムの通常動作においては、測定器(1)の障害でない動作状況を信号で伝えるために、データ伝達手段(3)を介して、測定器(1)から、別の機器(2)に、一定不変のレベルを保持した形のビットが伝達され、ならびに、
・測定システムの検査動作においては、
・測定器(1)の信号監視回路(1.6)が、試験電圧源(1.11)と電気的に接続されるとともに、
・別の機器(2)において、この検査動作が、通常動作のレベルに対して、当該のビットのレベルを変化させるように作用しているかが検査される方法。 - 測定システムの通常動作においては、当該のビットのレベル変化は、別の機器(2)の反応を発動させる一方、測定システムの検査動作においては、当該のビットのレベル変化は、別の機器(2)の反応を発動させない請求項4に記載の方法。
- 試験電圧源(1.11)は、別の機器(2)の信号にもとづき、信号監視回路(1.6)と電気的に接続される請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 測定器(1)が正常動作していることを検査するために、当該の検査動作が、所定の時間間隔で自動的に起動される請求項4から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 測定器(1)が正常動作していることを検査するために、当該の検査動作が、手動で起動される請求項4から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 例えば、工具または加工物の交換などにおいて、機械が所定の状態に到達した場合に、測定器(1)が正常動作していることを検査するために、当該の検査動作が、自動的に起動される請求項4から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
