Claims (4)
- (A) 光ファイバとコネクタを収納し支持する、壁とこの壁内にキャピティを形成する包囲体と、
(B) 前記モジュールの壁内に形成された光学相互接続部であって、この光学相互接続部は、その中に複数の光学パスを具備したマルチファイバコネクタを備え、前記光学パスは、光ファイバリボン内の光ファイバと光学的に整合するよう少なくとも他の光学パスに隣接して平面状に配列された前記光学相互接続部と、
(C) 複数の光ファイバコネクタを有する、モジュールの壁内に形成された光学コネクタステーションと、を有し、
(D) 前記光学パスと前記コネクタは、キャビティ内に配置された光ファイバより光学的に相互接続され、前記光ファイバ対は、光ファイバにより形成され、前記少なくとも1個の光ファイバ対は、前記光学パスと光学的に導通状態にあるそれぞれのコネクタステーションにルーティングされ、前記少なくとも1個光ファイバ対は、少なくとも2個の光学パスと光学的に相互接続され、前記少なくとも2個の光学パスは、互いに隣接しない光学パスから選択されることを特徴とする光ファイバ相互接続モジュール。 - 前記光ファイバ対の少なくとも80%は、互いに隣接しない光学パスから選択された光学パスと光学的に相互接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ファイバ相互接続モジュール。
- (A) 少なくとも2個の光学相互接続モジュールを有し、
(B) 前記モジュールは、光学パスと光ファイバリボンにより光学的に相互接続され、前記光学パスは、コネクタと同一場所に配置されたそれぞれのキーを具備するアダプタとコネクタと、光ファイバリボンを介して確立され、
(C) 前記コネクタとアダプタは、それぞれの同一場所にキーを具備した状態で嵌り、
(D) 前記モジュールの外部に配置された複数の光ファイバは、反転されず、その結果少なくとも一部の光学パスは、それぞれの色を保持し、青色は青色と光学的に通信状態にあり(ファイバ1−1)、オレンジ色はオレンジ色(ファイバ2−2)と、緑色は緑色(ファイバ3−3)と、そしてそのようにしてあるモジュールから別のモジュールに光学的に通信状態になることを特徴とする光ファイバ組立体。 - 前記光学パスの全ては、あるモジュールから別のモジュールまで、それぞれの色を保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ファイバ組立体。
