Abstract
Description
本発明は、油脂含有廃水の処理方法に関するものであり、さらに詳しくは、廃水中に含まれる油脂類を分離回収しなくても廃水処理を円滑に行える方法と装置に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a method for treating fat and oil-containing wastewater, and more particularly to a method and apparatus that can smoothly treat wastewater without separating and collecting fats and oils contained in the wastewater.
油脂含有廃水は生物処理される前に分離除去することが好ましいとされている。しかしながら、廃水中の油脂類を分離除去する為には加圧浮上装置などの大掛かりな装置が必要で、またその装置の運転や、分離物の処理にも時間と労力とコストが掛かり、廃水処理施設の運営に支障をきたすことがたびたび生じている。 It is considered preferable that oil-containing wastewater is separated and removed before being biologically treated. However, in order to separate and remove oils and fats in wastewater, a large-scale device such as a pressurized flotation device is necessary, and it takes time, labor, and cost to operate the device and to treat the separated material. It often happens that the operation of facilities is hindered.
Conventionally, as a method for treating fats and oils in wastewater, a method of biologically treating the oils and fats by dispersing them in wastewater without removing the fats and oils (see
以上のように構成し、管体101の内部にエアー吹き込み手段103によりエアーを吹き込むと、管体101の水面付近の入口開口より処理液を吸い込み、出口開口から処理液が排出される。この管体101の内部では、処理液と同時に吸い込まれた油脂類が、エアーバブリング作用により激しく混合攪拌され微細化されることとなる。
When the air is blown into the
On the other hand, regarding the particle size distribution of fats and oils, in order to be decomposed well by microorganisms such as activated sludge in a wastewater treatment facility, a technique for reducing the particle size of fats and oils and dispersing them in wastewater is studied (Patent Document 2). , See pages 1-5). According to this study, the emulsifier is added continuously or intermittently to the fat-containing wastewater, and the fats and oils are dispersed so that those having a particle diameter in the range of 1 to 100 μm are contained in 80% or more of the fat content. It has been found that biological treatment is performed well, and the method is disclosed.
しかしながら、前記特許文献1の装置においては、空気による混合攪拌でしかないことから、廃水中の油脂類の分散度合いが低く、殆ど乳化分散されず、廃水中の油脂類が生物により分解処理されにくいという問題点が存在している。
However, in the apparatus of
そのような問題点を解決する為に、特許文献2の手法においては、油脂類の乳化分散を促進させる為に、分散剤を添加し生物処理に適している粒径に調整しているものの、分散剤を添加することから、そのランニングコストが掛かり、運転費用がかさむという新たな問題点が発生していた。
In order to solve such problems, in the method of
本発明は、以上のような従来技術の問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、分散剤等の薬液を添加することなく廃水中の油脂類を生物処理に適した粒径に乳化分散させ、廃水中に含まれる油脂類を分離回収しなくても廃水処理を円滑に行える方法と装置を提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and emulsifies and disperses oils and fats in wastewater to a particle size suitable for biological treatment without adding a chemical solution such as a dispersant. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus capable of smoothly treating wastewater without separating and collecting oils and fats contained therein.
本発明の油脂類分散方法は、油脂含有廃水中で攪拌羽を回転させて、水面上の油脂類を巻き込んで該油脂含有廃水中に該油脂類を分散させることを特徴とし、下記の構成を好ましい態様として含む。 The method for dispersing fats and oils according to the present invention is characterized by rotating the stirring blades in the fat-containing wastewater, entraining the fats and oils on the surface of the water, and dispersing the fats and oils in the fat-containing wastewater. It is included as a preferred embodiment.
前記攪拌羽の回転によって油脂含有廃水中に下降流を有する対流を生じさせて水面上の油脂類を廃水中に巻き込むこと。 Rotating the agitating blade causes a convection having a downward flow in the oil-containing wastewater to entrain oils and fats on the water surface in the wastewater.
前記攪拌羽の回転によって油脂含有廃水中に下降流を有する対流を生じさせて、さらに上記攪拌羽の回転中心部に生ずる負圧によって空気を外部から油脂含有廃水中に引き込み、該油脂含有廃水中に気泡を供給すること。 The rotation of the stirring blade causes convection having a downward flow in the oil-containing wastewater, and further draws air into the oil-containing wastewater from the outside by the negative pressure generated at the rotation center of the stirring blade, and the oil-containing wastewater To supply bubbles.
本発明の油脂類分散装置は、油脂含有廃水を導入する導入管と分散処理した廃水を移送する移送管とが設けられた水槽と、該水槽内に設けられた上下に開口部を有するドラフトチューブと、該ドラフトチューブの下方または内側に設けられた下降流を発生させる下降流発生装置とを有することを特徴とし、下記の構成を好ましい態様として含む。 The fats and oils dispersing apparatus of the present invention includes a water tank provided with an introduction pipe for introducing oil-containing waste water and a transfer pipe for transferring the dispersed waste water, and a draft tube having upper and lower openings provided in the water tank. And a downflow generation device that generates a downflow provided below or inside the draft tube, and includes the following configuration as a preferred embodiment.
前記下降流発生装置が、攪拌羽の回転中心部に負圧を発生させて空気を自給しながら微細気泡を発生させる微細気泡発生装置であること。 The downflow generation device is a fine bubble generation device that generates a fine bubble while generating air under pressure by generating a negative pressure at the center of rotation of the stirring blade.
前記ドラフトチューブの吸い込み側開口部が前記水槽内の水位変動に追従するように構成されていること。 The suction side opening of the draft tube is configured to follow fluctuations in the water level in the water tank.
本発明は以上のような構成を有し、以下の優れた効果が得られる。 The present invention has the above-described configuration, and the following excellent effects can be obtained.
(1)攪拌羽の回転により生じた対流の下降流によって、水面上又は水中に浮遊する油脂類を該攪拌羽まで導入できることから、油脂含有廃水中の油脂類を攪拌羽の回転によるせん断力で約45μmのメジアン径に乳化分散することができる。 (1) Oils and fats floating on the water surface or in water can be introduced to the stirring blades by the downward flow of the convection generated by the rotation of the stirring blades. It can be emulsified and dispersed to a median diameter of about 45 μm.
(2)回転中心部に生ずる負圧を利用して空気を外部から引き込み、油脂含有廃水中に気泡を供給することにより、前記油脂含有廃水中に勢いのある対流が形成され、油脂類をより確実に回転中心部に引き込み、約30μmのメジアン径にまで乳化分散することができる。 (2) By drawing air from the outside using negative pressure generated in the rotation center and supplying bubbles into the oil-containing wastewater, a strong convection is formed in the oil-containing wastewater, It can be reliably pulled into the center of rotation and emulsified and dispersed to a median diameter of about 30 μm.
(3) Further, while generating a negative pressure at the rotation center of the stirring blade below the water tank provided with the introduction pipe for introducing the fat-containing waste water and the transfer pipe for transferring the treated water, the air is self-supplied. By installing a microbubble generator for generating microbubbles, and providing a draft tube so that convection is generated in the water tank above the microbubble generator, convection is surely caused in the water tank, and more generally All the fat-and-oil-containing wastewater receives the shearing force of the stirring blade, whereby the fats and oils can be emulsified and dispersed to a median diameter of about 20 μm.
尚、本発明においてメジアン径とは粒子径の分布において累積50%に相当する粒子径のことである。メジアン径が1〜100μmの時に生物処理に好適であるが、メジアン径は小さければ小さいほど好ましい。また、本発明において油脂類とは動植物性の油や、鉱物油のことである。 In the present invention, the median diameter is a particle diameter corresponding to a cumulative 50% in the particle diameter distribution. It is suitable for biological treatment when the median diameter is 1 to 100 μm, but the smaller the median diameter, the better. In the present invention, oils and fats are animal and vegetable oils and mineral oils.
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明するが、本発明が本実施形態に限定されないことは言うまでもない。図1は本発明の第1の実施形態を示した模式図である。図2は本発明の第2の実施形態を示した模式図である。図3は本発明の第3の実施形態を示した模式図である。図4は、第3の実施形態におけるドラフトチューブの別の形態を示した模式図である。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing another form of the draft tube in the third embodiment.
[Embodiment 1]
In FIG. 1,
In the present embodiment, the
By configuring as described above, the following operation occurs. The oil-containing
[実施形態2]
図2に本発明の第2の実施形態を示す。図2において、7は外部から水槽1に空気を導入する為の空気管であり、攪拌羽5の中心部で一端を開口し、他端が油脂含有廃水4の水面上に開口されている。8は空気管7から導入された空気が攪拌羽5によりせん断され、油脂含有廃水4中に導入された気泡である。尚、その他の部分は第1の実施形態と同じであるため説明を割愛する。
[Embodiment 2]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2,
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. In the present embodiment, the
In this way, by mixing the
本実施形態においては、空気管7を用いて空気を導入するように構成しているが、空気管7を用いずとも、攪拌羽5の回転により中心に渦を発生させ、その渦によって空気を導入するようにしてもよい。
In the present embodiment, the
[実施形態3]
図3に、本発明の第3の実施形態を示す。図3において、9は水槽1中の油脂含有廃水4中に設けられたドラフトチューブである。ドラフトチューブ9は、攪拌羽5の回転中心部の鉛直上方に設けられており、ドラフトチューブ9の上端部は油脂含有廃水4の水面近傍に開口するように配置され、下端は攪拌羽5の中心部の吸い込み部分に相当する位置に開口するように設けられている。
[Embodiment 3]
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 3, 9 is a draft tube provided in the oil-containing
As shown in FIG. 4, when the oil-containing
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. As in the second embodiment, the
By mixing the
By providing the

In this test, the salad oil of the comparative example was not emulsified at all, and a white turbidity phenomenon indicating that the tap water was also emulsified was not obtained. In Example 1 and Example 2, although the oil was dispersed in tap water, the median diameter was about 43 μm and about 46 μm. On the other hand, in Example 3, the median diameter was about 24 μm, which was about half the particle diameter. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, in Example 3, 77.3% was distributed in a particle diameter of 40 μm or less.
Table 2 shows the median diameter of the dispersed particles when salad oil is dispersed for 10 minutes in Examples 1 to 3. FIG. 6 is a graph showing the dispersion distribution of particles. Also in this test, the salad oil of the comparative example was not emulsified at all, and the cloudiness phenomenon indicating that the tap water was also emulsified could not be obtained. In Example 1, although the oil was dispersed in the tap water, the median diameter was about 44 μm, which was not much different from the case of the treatment for 5 minutes, but in Example 2, it was further reduced to about 28 μm. On the other hand, in Example 3, the median diameter was about 18 μm and was further dispersed. As shown in FIG. 6, in Example 3, 79.8% was distributed in a particle diameter of 40 μm or less.
Table 3 shows the median diameter of the dispersed particles when salad oil is dispersed for 30 minutes in Example 1, Example 3, and Comparative Example. FIG. 7 is a graph showing the dispersion distribution of particles. In the comparative example, the oil was not finely dispersed in the tap water and was not emulsified, but it was intentionally measured. As shown in Table 3, in Example 3, the median diameter was very finely dispersed at 13.55 μm, and in Example 1, the result was not significantly different from the case of treatment for 10 minutes. Furthermore, in the comparative example, the result was that measurement was impossible. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in Example 3, the result that 71.3% was distributed in a particle diameter of 20 μm or less was obtained.
