Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの側壁部2、3および凹形の先端キャップを7備える中空の金属ブレード1を製造する方法に関し、a)少なくとも1つの側壁部2、3を備え且つ先端部が開口している中空ブレードが、鋳造によって製造されるステップと、b)少なくとも中空ブレードの金属およびろう付け材料を含む積層板が製造されるステップと、c)積層板をブレード上へ押圧することによって、積層板がブレードの側壁部2、3の頂部にろう付けされるステップと、d)少なくとも底部8および少なくともスクイーラ先端部9、10を備える凹形の先端キャップ7が、積層板に機械加工されるステップとを特徴とする。

Description
a)少なくとも1つの側壁部を備え且つ先端部が開口している中空ブレードが、鋳造によって製造されるステップと、
b)少なくとも中空ブレードの金属およびろう付け材料を含む積層板が製造されるステップと、
c)積層板をブレードの上へ押圧することによって、積層板が、ブレードの側壁部の頂部にろう付けされるステップと、
d)少なくとも底部および少なくともスクイーラ(squealer)先端部を備える凹形の先端キャップが、積層板に機械加工されるステップとを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの側壁部(2、3)および凹形の先端キャップを(7)備える中空の金属ブレード(1)を製造する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つの側壁部(2、3)を備え且つ先端部が開口している中空ブレード(1’)が、鋳造によって製造されるステップと、
b)少なくとも中空ブレード(1’)の金属およびろう付け材料を含む積層板(12)が製造されるステップと、
c)積層板(12)を中空ブレード(1’)の上へ押圧することによって、積層板(12)が、ブレード(1’)の側壁部(2、3)の頂部にろう付けされるステップと、
d)少なくとも底部(8)および少なくともスクイーラ先端部(9、10)を備える凹形の先端キャップ(7)が、積層板(12)に機械加工されるステップとを特徴とする、中空の金属ブレード(1)を製造する方法。 - 中空ブレード(1’)の壁(2、3)の頂部が、ステップc)の前に研削される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スクイーラ先端部(9、10)の外表面が、ステップd)の後に機械加工される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- スクイーラ先端部(9、10)の頂部が、ステップd)の後に機械加工される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)が、放電加工によって行われる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属ブレード(1)が、ニッケル合金で作られる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中空の金属ブレード(1)の先端部を修理する方法であって、
中空の金属ブレード(1)が、少なくとも1つの側壁部(2、3)および凹形の先端キャップ(7)を有し、凹形の先端キャップ(7)が、少なくとも底部(8)および少なくともスクイーラ先端部(9、10)を備え、前記方法が、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法のステップを含み、ステップa)が、
a’)少なくとも1つの側壁部(2、3)を有し、且つ先端部が開口しているブレード(1’)を得るように、金属ブレード(1)の先端部が、凹形の先端キャップ(7)の底部(8)と同じレベルで切断されるステップと置き換えられることを特徴とする、中空の金属ブレード(1)の先端部を修理するための方法。
