Abstract

MéTODOS PARA FABRICAR UMA LáMINA METáLICA VAZADA, E PARA REPARAR A PONTA DE UMA LáMINA METáLICA VAZADA A invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar uma lâmina metálica vazada (1), compreendendo pelo menos uma parede lateral (2,3) e uma tampa de ponta rebaixada (7), caracterizado pelo fato de:a) uma lâmina vazada, que compreende pelo menos uma parede lateral (2,3) e cuja ponta é aberta, ser fabricada por moldagem; b) uma chapa (12) de um laminado, compreendendo pelo menos o metal da lâmina e um material de brasagem, ser fabricada; c) a chapa (12) ser brasada ao topo da parede lateral (2, 3) da lâmina pela prensagem da chapa sobre a lâmina; e d) a tampa de ponta rebaixada (7), compreendendo pelo menos um fundo (8) e pelo menos uma ponta afinada (9, 10), ser usinada na chapa. Graças à invenção, uma vez que a lâmina é fabricada de antemão com uma ponta aberta, o núcleo pode ser mantido no lugar, durante a operação de moldagem, pelo topo, assegurando grande precisão no posicionamento do núcleo e, portanto, na espessura das paredes (2, 3), da lãmina. A invenção refere-se também a um método para reparar uma lâmina (1).
