Abstract
【解決手段】カルシア源及びフェライト源のうちの少なくとも一方を含む少なくとも一種の廃棄物を少なくとも一部に含む原料を準備する原料準備工程と、前記原料を酸素雰囲気で600〜1449℃に加熱して、Ca2 Fe2 O5 の組成式を有するカルシウムフェライト及びCaFe2 O4 の組成式を有するカルシウムフェライトのうちの少なくとも一種を含む酸化触媒を得る焼成工程とを備えている。

Description
産業廃棄物の一種として、カルシア源含有廃棄物として、下記表7に組成(酸化物換算値)を示す石灰スラッジを準備した。
次に、上記混合原料を電気炉に入れ、空気雰囲気下で室温から1000℃まで約1時間で昇温し、その温度で3時間保持した後、自然放冷してNo.1及び2の触媒試料を得た。
触媒試料No.1及び2について、触媒試料中に含まれる結晶相を同定するため、粉末X線回折装置(製品名「RINT−2600TTR」、理学電機社製)を用いて、以下に示す手順により回折パターンを測定した。
試料No.1及び2について、以下に示す手順の窒素吸着法による一点法で、U字管型のガラス製セルを使用して、BET比表面積を測定した。
試料No.1及び2の触媒試料について、構造中に含まれる活性酸素の有無及び種類を確認するため、以下に示す手順でラマンスペクトルを測定した。
試料No.1及び2について、触媒性能を評価するために、図1に模式構成図を示すガス流通式触媒反応装置を用いて、以下に示す手順で、プロピレン酸化に対する触媒活性を調べた。

試料No.1及び2について、プロピレン分解率と反応温度との関係を図2に示す。なお、図2中、Ca/Fe=1.0が試料No.1に対応し、Ca/Fe=0.5が試料No.2に対応する。また、比較のため、触媒試料を入れなかった場合のデータも併せて図2に示す。
前記原料準備工程で、カルシア源含有廃棄物としての石灰スラッジを用いる代わりに市販の工業原料(CaO粉末)を用いこと以外は、前記実施例と同様にして、混合原料を得た。なお、この混合原料における前記混合モル比はCa/Fe=1とした。そして、前記実施例と同様にして、この混合原料から比較例の触媒試料を得た。

Claims (2)
- カルシア源及びフェライト源のうちの少なくとも一方を含む少なくとも一種の廃棄物を少なくとも一部に含む原料を準備する原料準備工程と、
前記原料を酸素雰囲気で600〜1449℃に加熱して、Ca2 Fe2 O5 の組成式を有するカルシウムフェライト及びCaFe2 O4 の組成式を有するカルシウムフェライトのうちの少なくとも一種を含む酸化触媒を得る焼成工程とを備えていることを特徴とする酸化触媒の製造方法。 - 前記原料は、石灰スラッジ、石灰残土、貝殻、フライアッシュ、石炭灰、スラグ、コンクリートがら、セメントスラッジ、下水汚泥焼却灰、製紙スラッジ、磁性材料を使用した製品、該磁性材料を使用した製品の製造工程より排出されるフェライト汚泥、無機廃液フェライト処理残留物、鉄研磨くず、酸化鉄ケーキ、酸化鉄を含む製鉄廃棄物及び赤泥よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の廃棄物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸化触媒の製造方法。
