上記実施形態では、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知は、第1空気調和装置10の現在の運転状態データを、第1空気調和装置10又は第1空気調和装置10と類似する第2空気調和装置20の過去の運転状態データと比較することにより行われる。これにより、第1空気調和装置の過去の運転状態データの量が不足しているときにも、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知の精度を向上させることができる。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。

上記実施形態では、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知は、主に遠隔管理センター60内の遠隔管理コンピュータ400が行っている。すなわち、第1空気調和装置10と同じ第1物件110内にある第1ローカルコントローラ100は、第1空気調和装置10から運転状態データを取得して送信するだけでよく、異常を検知するための主な処理は、遠隔管理コンピュータ400が担っている。また、第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。これにより、運転情報データベース301に含まれる膨大な量の過去の運転状態データを対象とした高い計算能力を必要とするデータマイニングを行うことが比較的容易になり、従来よりも高精度の異常検知が可能になる。

最近では、空気調和装置等の設備機器がインターネット回線等を介して遠隔にある遠隔管理センターで管理されることが多く、また、空気調和装置が設置された物件内において、ローカルコントローラが設置されていることが多い。こうしたローカルコントローラは、空気調和装置の運転を管理するとともに、遠隔管理のために定期的に空気調和装置の運転状態データを取得し遠隔管理センターの遠隔管理用コンピュータに送信する。このような場合、異常検知システム3を導入するに際して、既設の機器を利用することが可能であり、新たに導入される機器を最小化し、利用者又はサービス提供者のコスト等の負担を軽減することができる。また、この異常検知システムでは、検知装置が物件の遠隔に存在するため、検知装置の操作のためにサービスマンがわざわざ現地に赴く必要がなく、サービス提供者のコスト等の負担をさらに軽減することができる。
<変形例>

上記実施形態では、運転状態データの変化率値は、1分間の状態量の変化量として定義されているが、任意の時間間隔における状態量の変化量として定義されてもよい。また、運転状態データは、5秒間隔で第1LC100により第1空気調和装置10から取得されるが、任意の時間間隔で取得されてもよい。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置においても同様である。

上記実施形態では、運転状態データの変化率値の計算は、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が異常検知動作を行う際に行われているが、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が第1LC100から運転状態データを受信した時点で行われてもよい。この場合、大容量蓄積装置300の運転情報データベース301に変化率値データセットViの各要素を格納するデータフィールドを用意しておき、運転状態データを運転情報データベース301に格納する時点で、変化率値データセットViの各要素も同様に格納しておく。この場合、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が異常検知動作を行う際に以前の運転状態データを参照する必要がなく、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400の異常検知動作を高速化することができる。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。

上記実施形態において遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が行う第1空気調和装置10における異常検知動作の一部を第1LC100が行ってもよい。すなわち、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が比較的計算負荷の大きい処理を行い、第1LC100が比較的計算負荷の小さい処理を行う。例えば、遠隔管理用コンピュータ400は、ステップS26における分散共分散行列及び平均値行列の計算のみを行い、第1LC100は、図5のフローチャートにおけるその他の処理を行う。遠隔管理用コンピュータ400は、第1LC100が分散共分散行列及び平均値行列の計算以外の処理を実行する前に分散共分散行列及び平均値行列を計算し、その計算結果を第1LC100に送信しておく。この場合、異常検知システム3は、ネットワーク障害等により遠隔管理用コンピュータ400が第1空気調和装置10と分断された場合にも、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知を行うことができる。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。

上記実施形態では、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知は、遠隔管理センター60内の遠隔管理用コンピュータ400で行われているが、第1空気調和装置10が存在する第1物件110内で行われてもよい。この場合、例えば、サービスマンが図5及び図6のフローチャートに従う異常を検知するためのプログラムを備えたノート型コンピュータを携帯して第1物件110まで出張し、第1物件110内で第1空気調和装置10を管理する第1LCに接続し、さらに、インターネット回線70を介して遠隔にある大容量蓄積装置300に接続する等して、第1空気調和装置10における異常を検知してもよい。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。

上記実施形態では、第1空気調和装置10における冷媒漏洩の検知は、第1空気調和装置10の冷凍サイクルの過冷却度SC、過熱度SH、低圧圧力Lp、高圧圧力Hp、外気温度Ta、室内温度Tr及び圧縮機回転数fを利用して行っているが、各種センサ28〜35,44〜46,54〜56の検出信号から得られる各種状態量を利用して冷媒漏洩の検知を行ってもよい。また、図5及び図6に示されるフローチャートは、冷媒漏洩検知以外の異常検知にも利用され得る。この場合も、各種センサ28〜35,44〜46,54〜56の検出信号から得られる適当な各種状態量を利用して異常検知が行われる。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。

上記実施形態では、第1空気調和装置10における異常検知は、図5のステップS26に従うマハラノビス距離計算により行われているが、重回帰分析、クラスター分析等の他のデータマイニング方法が用いられてもよい。第1空気調和装置10以外の空気調和装置における異常検知についても同様である。
