Abstract

Claims (23)
- 基板の一方の側に接着剤表面を設ける工程、前記接着剤表面近くにグリッドアレイを設ける工程、前記接着剤表面を加熱してそれを活性化/再活性化させる工程、および前記グリッドアレイを基板の前記一方の側に結合させる工程を含む、インタラクティブ表面を製造する方法。
- 接着剤表面を提供する前記工程は、接着剤のコーティングを塗布する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コーティングを塗布する前記工程は、ローラープロセス技法を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤は、低コスト接着剤を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤は、前記インタラクティブ表面の動作温度で硬質である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基板の他方の側は作業表面を形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記作業表面に保護コーティングを塗布する工程をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記保護コーティングを塗布する工程は、ローラープロセス技法を用いる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤の層を加熱する工程は、赤外線加熱を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記グリッドアレイを前記基板の前記一方の面に結合させる工程は、前記基板と前記グリッドアレイとを貼り合わせることを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤層の前記表面中のあらゆる凹凸を吸収するように、前記貼り合わせる力に弾性を付与する工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 弾性を付与する前記工程は、押し付ける力が加えられる前記ボードの前記他方の表面に弾性層を設けることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記結合した構造は、前記ボードの前記一方の側に平滑な表面を付与する、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記結合した構造は、前記ボードの前記一方の側に均一な表面を付与する、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱工程の結果、前記グリッドは前記接着剤中に埋め込まれ、それによって前記ボードの前記一方の表面に固定される、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記結合した構成に別の基板を結合させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記別の基板には、その一方の側に感圧ホットメルト接着剤層が設けられ、この側は前記結合した構成の前記一方の側に向かい合うように配置され、前記方法は、前記基板および結合した構成とを押し付け合わせてラミネート構造を形成させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記結合した構成から張り出している前記グリッドの任意の部分を前記別の基板上に折り返す工程をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネート構造の辺の周りに側面押し出し品を取り付ける工程をさらに含む、請求項17または請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記インタラクティブ表面は、ホワイトボードアセンブリ構成である、請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インタラクティブ表面は、グラフィクスタブレットである、請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から21のいずれか1項において定められる方法によって製造されるインタラクティブ表面。
- 図4から13の任意の一つを参照して本明細書中に記載されるか、あるいは図4から13の任意の一つに示される、インタラクティブ表面または前記インタラクティブ表面の製造方法。
