Abstract
【解決手段】 複数の扁平型電池10と共に積層され、扁平型電池10以上の熱伝導率を有し、扁平型電池10の積層体18の外部まで延びるシート状の熱伝導シート52と、熱伝導シート52の温度を検出する温度センサ54と、を有する電池用温度検出装置50。

Description
温度検出装置50について、詳細に説明する。まず、温度検出装置50の構成を説明し、続けて、温度検出装置50の最適な取付場所を例示する。
図5は電池モジュール20内に配置された温度検出装置の様子を示す図、図6は図2の6−6線から見た断面図、図7は図6の7−7線から見た断面図である。
次に、上記温度検出装置50の最適な取付場所について説明する。

Claims (6)
- 複数の扁平型電池と共に積層され、前記扁平型電池以上の熱伝導率を有し、前記扁平型電池の積層体の外部まで延びるシート状の熱伝導部材と、
前記熱伝導部材の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
を有する電池用温度検出装置。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、充放電時に最も高温になる前記扁平型電池と接触するように設けられる請求項1に記載の電池用温度検出装置。
- 前記扁平型電池の積層体が筐体内に収納されて電池モジュールを構成し、さらに、複数の前記電池モジュールが積層および配列されてなる組電池において、電池モジュールごとに含まれる複数の前記扁平型電池の平均温度を比べて、最も高い前記電池モジュールに設けられる請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池用温度検出装置。
- 前記組電池に冷却媒体が供給されたときに、該冷却媒体の流路の最下流に位置する前記電池モジュールに設けられる請求項3に記載の電池用温度検出装置。
- 前記扁平型電池の積層体は、孔が設けられた筐体内に収納されて電池モジュールを構成し、
前記熱伝導部材は、一部が前記孔から前記筐体外部に引き出されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池用温度検出装置。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、前記筐体外部に引き出された部分の少なくとも一部が円筒状に丸められて円筒部を形成し、前記温度検出手段が前記円筒部の内部に設けられている請求項5に記載の電池用温度検出装置。
