第1剤と、過酸化水素を含有する第2剤とを混合して用いる毛髪処理剤であって、第1剤が下記成分(A)〜(F)を含有する乳化物であり、下記条件(i)〜(iii)を満足する毛髪処理剤。

成分(A)アンモニア及び/又はアルカノールアミンが第1剤中0.1〜10質量%
成分(B)炭酸塩及び/又は炭酸水素塩が第1剤中3〜10質量%
成分(C)炭素数12〜18のアルコール
成分(D)炭素数20〜30のアルコール
成分(E)ノニオン界面活性剤が第1剤中1〜5質量%
成分(F)水
〔第1剤が満足する条件〕
(i)成分(C)と成分(D)の合計の含有量が第1剤中5〜20質量%
(ii)質量比〔成分(C)/成分(D)〕が4〜40
(iii)質量比〔(成分(C)+成分(D))/成分(B)〕が1〜4
