【解決手段】所定の記録媒体にデータを記録し、記録媒体に記録されたデータの読出に使われるコア部と、コア部と電源とを連結する電極パッドを備える再生ヘッドにおいて、コア部は、記録媒体との対向面が平面であり、側面は、対向面と垂直な構造を有する再生ヘッドである。

Claims (9)
- 所定の記録媒体にデータを記録し、前記記録媒体に記録されたデータの読出しに使われるコア部と、前記コア部と電源とを連結する電極パッドと、を備える再生ヘッドにおいて、
前記コア部は、前記記録媒体との対向面が平面であり、側面は、前記対向面と垂直な構造を有することを特徴とする再生ヘッド。 - 前記コア部の両側面と前記電極パッドとを覆う絶縁膜と、前記絶縁膜の側面を覆う遮蔽膜とがさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生ヘッド。
- 前記コア部は、不導体領域と導体領域とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の再生ヘッド。
- 前記コア部は、半導体層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生ヘッド。
- 前記導体領域は、導電性不純物がドーピングされた領域であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の再生ヘッド。
- コア部、前記コア部と電源を連結する電極パッド、前記コア部の両側面と前記電極パッドを覆う絶縁膜及び前記絶縁膜の側面を覆う遮蔽膜を含む再生ヘッドの駆動方法において、
下面に導電膜が付着された記録媒体からデータを読出す過程で、前記遮蔽膜を接地させる段階を含むことを特徴とする再生ヘッドの駆動方法。 - 前記導電膜を前記遮蔽膜と共に接地させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の再生ヘッドの駆動方法。
- 前記コア部は、前記記録媒体との対向面が平面であり、側面は、前記対向面と垂直な構造を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の再生ヘッドの駆動方法。
- 前記コア部は、不導体領域と導体領域とを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の再生ヘッドの駆動方法。
