Abstract
【解決手段】 薄肉帯状の板バネ部の幅方向の一方の端部に、長手方向に沿って一体成形によりゴム部が固着されてなる弾性部材と、前記板バネ部の幅方向の他方の端部を長手方向に沿って両側から挟持する支持部材と、からなる現像剤量規制ブレードにおいて、前記支持部材により挟持される前の前記弾性部材の長手方向の反り量が、0mm以上5.0mm未満である現像剤量規制ブレードである。

Description
図1は現像剤量規制ブレードの斜視図を示す。現像剤量規制ブレード1は薄肉帯状の板バネ部2の幅方向の一方の端部に、長手方向に沿って一体成形によりゴム部3が固着されてなる弾性部材4と、板バネ部2の幅方向の幅方向の他方の端部を長手方向に沿って挟持する支持部材5とからなる。図2は、このうち弾性部材を取り出して示す正面図である。
実施例1
板バネ部2として厚さ0.1mmのステンレスの金属箔(SUS301)の幅方向の一方の端部に、長手方向に沿って、厚さ1.5mmのシリコーンゴム(10%延伸時の引張弾性率0.6MPa、マイクロ硬度44°)からなるゴム部3を一体成形により形成して、弾性部材4を得た。
ゴム部3を、10%延伸時の引張弾性率1.8MPa、マイクロ硬度68°のシリコーンゴムとして形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして、弾性部材4を作製した。
ゴム部3を、10%延伸時の引張弾性率2.0MPa、マイクロ硬度70°のシリコーンゴムとして形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして、弾性部材4を作製した。
ゴム部3を、10%延伸時の引張弾性率3.5MPa、マイクロ硬度79°のシリコーンゴムとして形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして、弾性部材4を作製した。

Claims (4)
- 薄肉帯状の板バネ部の幅方向の一方の端部に、長手方向に沿って一体成形によりゴム部が固着されてなる弾性部材と、前記板バネ部の幅方向の他方の端部を長手方向に沿って両側から挟持する支持部材と、からなる現像剤量規制ブレードにおいて、
前記支持部材により挟持される前の前記弾性部材の長手方向の反り量が、0mm以上5.0mm未満であることを特徴とする現像剤量規制ブレード。 - 前記ゴム部の10%延伸時の引張弾性率が2.0MPa未満である請求項1記載の現像剤量規制ブレード。
- 前記ゴム部のマイクロ硬度が70°未満である請求項1または2記載の現像剤量規制ブレード。
- 前記ゴム部のオイル含有量が2.0重量%以下である請求項2または3記載の現像剤量規制ブレード。
