Abstract
【解決手段】可動要素(LD)を、中性線(AC-N)と第1相の導線(COND1)との間にAC電圧が印加されたときには第1方向に、中性線と第2相の導線(COND2)との間にAC電圧が印加されたときには第2方向に駆動するように構成された一つ以上のアクチュエータを有する設備において、第1相の導線と第2相の導線との間での直接的接触を形成または解除するようなスィッチング動作によるシーケンス処理を一回以上行うことで、アクチュエータから制御ボックス(RCU)にアクチュエータのレベルにて検出される情報を伝達する。

Description
上記アクチュエータは、AC電源電圧が中性線と第1相の導線との間に印加されたときは第1の方向に、かつ、AC電源電圧が上記中性線と第2相の導線との間に印加されたときは第2の方向に、建築物に備えつけられた可動要素を駆動するように構成されると共に、
固定コンデンサを備えた単相誘導モータであって、上記コンデンサは上記単相誘導モータの2つの巻線の非共通端部に連結され、上記巻線は更に共通端部を有する上記単相誘導モータと、
少なくとも一つの第1の制御用スイッチと、
少なくとも一つの第2の制御用スイッチとを具備する前記アクチュエータである。
そして、上記第1の制御用スイッチは、上記第1相の導線を上記巻線の共通端部に連結させることが可能であり、かつ、第2の制御用スイッチは、上記第2相の導線を上記巻線の共通端部に連結させることが可能である。

Claims (13)
- AC電源電圧が供給されるアクチュエータで、AC電源電圧が中性線(AC−N)と第1相の導線(COND1)との間に印加されたときは第1の方向に、かつ、AC電源電圧が該中性線と第2相の導線(COND2)との間に印加されたときは第2の方向に、建築物に備え付けられた可動要素(LD)を駆動するように構成されるような少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(ACT)を具備する設備(INS)において、
前記アクチュエータ(ACT)のレベルで検出された情報内容によって、前記第1相の導線(COND1)と前記第2相の導線(COND2)との間で直接的接触を形成または解除するようなスイッチング動作によるシーケンス処理を少なくとも一回は発生させることを特徴とする設備(INS)の処理方法。 - 前記情報内容には、以下の発生事象が含まれており、該発生事象は、
前記設備(INS)がプログラミング・モードに入ること、
前記可動要素が特定の位置に到達すること、
過負荷を検出すること、
前記アクチュエータ(ACT)の構成要素の内の一つが臨界温度に達すること、
指令の実行を開始すること、および
指令の実行を終了させることのうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項1に記載の処理方法。 - 前記中性線(AC−N)と前記第1相の導線(COND1)との間または前記中性線(AC−N)と前記第2相の導線(COND2)との間にAC電源電圧の印加を可能とする少なくとも一つの制御ユニット(RCU)は、前記第1相の導線(COND1)と前記第2相の導線(COND2)との間で直接的接触を形成または解除するような一回以上のスイッチングによるシーケンス処理の発生を検証し、かつ、検出された前記スイッチングによるシーケンス処理から規定される処理手順を実行する請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の処理方法。
- 前記規定される処理手順には以下の動作が含まれており、該動作は、
信号を通知すること、
給電している導線に対する給電を遮断すること、
時間切れ処理を実行すること、および

(i)固定コンデンサ(CM)を備えた単相誘導モータ(MOT)であって、該コンデンサは該単相誘導モータ(MOT)の2つの巻線(W1、W2)の非共通端部に連結され、該巻線は更に共通端部(P0)を有するような単相誘導モータ(MOT)と、
(ii)少なくとも一つの第1の制御用スイッチ(rI1)と、
(iii)少なくとも一つの第2の制御用スイッチ(rI2)と、を具備するアクチュエータ(ACT)において、
前記第1の制御用スイッチ(rI1)は、前記第1相の導線(COND1)を前記巻線(W1、W2)の前記共通端部(P0)に連結させることが可能であり、かつ
前記第2の制御用スイッチ(rI2)は、前記第2相の導線(COND2)を前記巻線(W1、W2)の前記共通端部(P0)に連結させることが可能であることを特徴とするアクチュエータ(ACT)。 - 前記固定コンデンサ(CM)の端子間電圧を少なくとも測定することにより、力の過負荷を検出するような装置(TCU)を有する請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- 前記第1の制御用スイッチ(rI1)と前記第2の制御用スイッチ(rI2)とを同時に閉状態にすることを可能とする手段(CPU)を有する請求項5または6に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- 前記第1の制御用スイッチ(rI1)または前記第2の制御用スイッチ(rI2)のうちの一方が開状態、他方が閉状態のときに、前記第1相の導線(COND1)と前記第2相の導線(COND2)とが同一の電位になる状況を検出し、閉状態の前記制御用スイッチを開状態にする手段(RP1、RP2、CPU)を有する請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- 制御用反転スイッチ(rI3)は、巻線の対極する2つの端部(P1、P2)の片側に接続され、かつ、可動式接点を支持する端子を介して、トライアック(登録商標)のような第3の制御用スイッチ(TRC)によって前記中性線(AC−N)に接続される内部ワイヤ(N1)に対して接続されている請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- 前記第1の制御用スイッチ(rI1)または前記第2の制御用スイッチ(rI2)のうちの一方は開状態で、他方が閉状態のときに、前記第1相の導線(COND1)と前記第2相の導線(COND2)とが同一の電位になる状況において、前記第3の制御用スイッチ(TRC)を開状態にする手段(CPU、RVU)を有する請求項9に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- 制御用反転スイッチ(rI3)は、巻線の対極する2つの端部(P1、P2)の各々に対して接続され、かつ、可動式接点を支持する端子を介して、直接的な連結により前記中性線(AC−N)に接続される内部ワイヤ(N1)に対して接続されている請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)。
- アクチュエータ(ACT)の第1相の導線(COND1)に対して連結するように構成された第1端子と、
前記アクチュエータ(ACT)の第2相の導線(COND2)に対して連結するように構成された第2端子と、
AC電源電圧の相導線に対して連結するように構成された第3の端子と、
前記第1の端子を前記第3の端子に連結させる導線上と、前記第2の端子を前記第3の端子に連結させる導線上とに、各々に配置された2つのスイッチ(rI11、rI12)と、を具備する制御ユニット(RCU)において、
前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間の直接的接触の存在を検出する手段(CTL)を有することを特徴とする制御ユニット(RCU)。 - 請求項5から11のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ(ACT)の少なくとも一つを具備すると共に、請求項12記載の制御ユニット(RCU)の少なくとも一つを具備することを特徴とする設備(INS)。
