Description

The present invention relates to an electrostatic spraying device that sprays a liquid such as a chemical solution using static electricity.

As an example of a conventional electrostatic spraying device, an electrostatic chemical spraying device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is exemplified. This apparatus uses a back-powered sprayer that is carried on the back of an operator. As shown in FIG. 7, an electrode 82 is provided on the nozzle 81 for charging a conductive chemical solution, and a high voltage is applied to the electrode. Is provided with a high voltage generator 83 for applying the voltage.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-41641

However, since the chemical solution is made to have penetrability and spreadability in order to adhere efficiently to the crop, the spray of the chemical solution is not limited to the electrode 82 of the jet head 81 but the air pipe 84 and the chemical solution hose 85. It adheres well to the surface and accumulates. Further, since the electrode 82 is positively charged and the spray is negatively charged, the negatively charged spray is attracted and attached to the positive electrode 82 and is accumulated. In particular, when continuous spraying is performed for a long time, a continuous film of the chemical solution is formed from the nozzle 81 to the blower pipe 84 and the chemical solution hose 85. As described above, since the chemical solution has conductivity, the high voltage of the electrode 82 is transmitted to the back negative power sprayer through the continuous film. For this reason, for example, if a grounded object (crop, worker, etc.) touches this continuous film, or if this continuous film reaches the grounded part of the electrostatic spraying device, a leakage will occur and a high voltage will be generated. There is a problem that an excessive current flows through the portion 83 and a sufficient electrostatic effect cannot be obtained.

Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the electric leakage by this contact can be prevented, and an electrostatic effect can be exhibited stably.

An example in which a leakage prevention unit is provided between the high potential side portion and the low potential side portion to prevent the high voltage applied to the electrode from leaking to the low potential side portion is illustrated.

According to this configuration, by providing the leakage prevention portion, it is possible to ensure insulation between the high potential side portion and the low potential side portion, and to prevent leakage between the protective cover and the high potential side portion. Can be prevented more reliably.

According to the electrostatic spraying apparatus according to the present invention, there is an excellent effect that the occurrence of electric leakage is prevented and the electrostatic effect can be stably exhibited.

FIG.1 and FIG.2 has shown the electrostatic spray apparatus 1 of 1st embodiment which actualized this invention. The electrostatic spraying device 1 includes spraying means 2 configured to spray a chemical solution for controlling diseases and insects of crops as sprays S composed of countless droplets D, and outside the diffusion range of the droplets D. An annular electrode 3 as an electrode disposed so as to be close to each other, an electrode holder 4 that supports the annular electrode 3 in an electrically insulated state with respect to the spraying means 2, and the annular electrode 3 and the electrode holder 4 are covered. And a high voltage supply unit 6 for supplying a high voltage to the electrode 3.

The spraying means 2 includes a storage tank 7 as a chemical solution supply unit for storing and supplying a chemical solution, a pump 8 as a chemical solution pressure generating unit that pressurizes the chemical solution supplied from the storage tank 7, and a discharge from the pump 8. A hand-held nozzle unit 10 connected to the outlet via a hose 9 is provided.

The hand-held nozzle unit 10 includes a jet tube 11 that extends linearly. A spray portion 21 is attached to the distal end side of the jet tube 11, a hose 9 is connected to the proximal end side thereof, and a chemical solution supplied via the hose 9 and the chemical solution supply control valve 12 is inside the jet tube 11. It is sent to the spraying part 21 through. The jet tube 11 is made of a conductive material and is grounded (grounded), so that the chemical solution is grounded. The mode of grounding the chemical solution is not limited to this, but other conductive parts (a spray nozzle 25 described later, a storage tank 7 formed of a conductive material, etc.) in contact with the chemical solution or an electrode immersed in the chemical solution A mode by grounding etc. is illustrated.

The spray unit 21 includes a spray nozzle 25 that is attached to the tip of the jet tube 11 and ejects the medicinal solution into innumerable droplets D. Although the spray nozzle 25 is formed of a conductive material in this example, the spray nozzle 25 is not limited to this, and a spray nozzle 25 formed of plastic or ceramic can be used as appropriate.

The annular electrode 3 is disposed so as to be close to the outside of the diffusion range of the droplet D ejected from the spray nozzle 25. The electrostatic spraying apparatus 1 is configured to charge the droplet D ejected from the spray nozzle 25 by a high voltage applied between the grounded chemical solution and the annular electrode 3.

The electrode holder 4 is made of an electrically insulating material and is formed in a substantially cup shape having an opening at the tip end side of the tube. A through hole 4a is provided at the center of the bottom wall portion of the electrode holder 4, and a mounting pipe portion 4b is provided at the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 4a on the outer surface side of the bottom wall portion. A jet tube 11 is inserted into the pipe portion 4b so as not to pass through the chemical solution. An annular electrode 3 is attached to the opening of the electrode holder 4. The front surface of the annular electrode 3 is covered with an electrode cover 26. Further, on the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the bottom wall portion of the electrode holder 4, the leakage preventing portions 28 and 29 that prevent the high potential of the annular electrode 3 from being transmitted to the proximal end side of the tube 11 through the conductive chemical solution. Are provided.

The leakage prevention unit 28 includes an annular part 31 projecting from the inner surface of the bottom wall part of the electrode holder 4 so as to surround the periphery of the injection tube 11, and an opening of the opening part facing the opening part of the annular part 31. It is provided with a collar portion 32 provided so as to narrow. The flange portion 32 is formed in a flange shape protruding in the radial direction over the entire outer periphery of the injection tube 11, and an annular convex portion 32 a extending toward the annular portion is provided on the peripheral edge portion. The earth leakage prevention portion 29 includes double annular portions 34 and 35 projecting from the outer surface of the bottom wall portion of the electrode holder 4 so as to surround the periphery of the injection tube 11 and the mounting pipe portion 4 b, and the annular portions 34 and 35. There are provided flange portions 36 and 37 provided so as to narrow the opening of each opening portion. The flange portion 36 is formed in a flange shape that protrudes in the radial direction over the entire outer periphery of the injection tube 11 and the attachment pipe portion 4b, and an annular convex portion 36a extending toward the annular portion is provided on the peripheral edge portion. ing. In this manner, annular recesses 33 are formed in the annular portions 31, 34, and 35 over the entire outer periphery of the injection tube 11. Since it is difficult for the droplet D to enter inside the annular recess 33, the continuous film due to the adhesion of the droplet D to the annular electrode 3, the electrode holder 4, etc. can be interrupted by the annular recess 33. Accordingly, the high potential of the annular electrode 3 is prevented from being transmitted to the jet tube 11 side through the conductive droplet D.

The protective cover 5 is formed in a substantially cup shape with an opening on the tip side of the jet tube. Although it does not specifically limit as a material of the protective cover 5, In this example, it consists of an electrically insulating material. A through hole 5a is provided in the center of the bottom wall portion of the protective cover 5, and the anti-leakage prevention portion side of the mounting pipe portion 4b is inserted into the through hole 5a. In this way, the protective cover 5 is attached to the low potential side portion E (attached in this example) of the electrode holder 4 away from the high potential side portion H including at least the portion of the electrode holder 4 close to the annular electrode 3 and the annular electrode 3. An anti-leakage prevention part 29 is provided between the high potential side part H and the low potential side part E. The peripheral wall of the protective cover 5 is disposed so as not to contact the high potential side portion H, is formed so as to cover the entire periphery of the spraying direction in the high potential side portion H, and from the high potential side portion H. Is also provided on the spraying direction side. A cable hole 5 b for inserting a high voltage cable 38 for applying a high voltage to the annular electrode 3 is provided on the anti-spraying tip side of the protective cover 5. In this example, in order to reduce the weight of the protective cover 5, a large number of holes 5 c are provided in the peripheral wall of the protective cover 5. Each hole 5c is preferably formed to have a size that does not allow crop foliage, an operator's fingertip, or the like to enter as much as possible.

According to the electrostatic spraying device 1 of the present example configured as described above, by providing the protective cover 5, the annular electrode 3 and the portion on the high potential side continuously from the annular electrode 3 due to adhesion of the droplet D are provided. It is possible to prevent a grounded object (crop, worker, etc.) from contacting the continuous film formed on H. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the electric leakage by this contact can be prevented, and an electrostatic effect can be exhibited stably.

Moreover, since the leakage prevention part 29 is provided between the high potential side part H and the low potential side part E, the insulation between the high potential side part H and the low potential side part E is ensured, The occurrence of leakage between the protective cover 5 and the high potential side portion H can be prevented, and the electrostatic effect can be stably exhibited.

Further, since the protective cover 5 protrudes from the high potential side portion H toward the spraying direction, the annular cover 3 and the droplet D are attached to the high potential side portion H continuously from the annular electrode 3. It can prevent more reliably that the earthed thing (crop, worker, etc.) contacts the continuous film formed.

In the third embodiment, each spray unit 65 is provided with a protective cover 5, but in this example, instead of this, a spray unit group consisting of a plurality of spray units 72 from which the protective cover 5 is omitted (in this example, vertical sprays). A protective cover 73 is provided to collectively cover the right and left spray unit groups of the pipe 63. The protective cover 73 is supported by the vertical jet pipe 63 (or the horizontal jet pipe 64) by the support member 74. Thus, the protective cover 73 is supported by the vertical jet pipe 63 (or the horizontal jet pipe 64) as the low potential side portion E. The protective cover 73 is disposed so as not to come into contact with the high potential side portion H, and is formed so as to cover both sides as a part of the periphery in the spraying direction in the high potential side portion H. It projects from the portion H on the spraying direction side. Further, the protective cover 73 is formed to cover the front side of the high potential side portion H.

Although it does not specifically limit as a form of the protective cover 73, Specifically, the following aspect is illustrated.
(A) As shown in FIG. 6 (a), a pair of side wall portions 75 respectively covering the left and right sides of the spray unit group are connected to the front ends of the both side wall portions, and the front side of the spray unit group is covered. The front wall part 76 is provided, and the front wall part 76 is provided with a plurality of openings 76a through which the spray S ejected from each spray unit 72 passes. In this example, since each spray unit 72 can be adjusted vertically, the opening 76a is a long hole extending vertically.
(B) A mode in which the protective cover 73 is divided into four parts 73a, 73b, 73c, and 73d on the top, bottom, left, and right in the mode (A) as shown in FIG. 6B.
(C) As shown in FIG. 6 (c), a pair of side wall portions 77 respectively covering the left and right sides of the spray unit group, and front walls projecting from the front end of each side wall portion 77 toward the spray unit group side. And a vertically long gap 79 that allows the spray S ejected from each spray unit to pass therethrough.
(D) The aspect which connected the side wall part 77 and the front wall part 78 with the curved surface in the aspect of said (C) as shown in FIG.6 (d).

According to the electrostatic spraying device 71 of this example, in addition to the same effects as those of the third embodiment, the number of parts and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
