Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser capable of improving the cleansing ability of strongly alkaline electrolytic water and of maintaining its cleansing ability over a long period.
SOLUTION: In order to provide a cleanser useful for cleansing various articles and various kinds of equipment, it is important to mix no NaCl into strongly alkaline electrolytic water. But, nowadays, electrolytic water production equipment now in general use is of two-tank type. In the two-tank type, as NaCl is mixed into the strongly alkaline electrolytic water, this type cannot maintain the long-term ability of cleansing effect. Then, utilizing the characteristics of three-tank type electrolytic water production equipment, strongly alkaline electrolytic water into which NaCl is not mixed is to be used for cleansing purpose. The objective cleanser where sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate as a buffering agent is added to NaCl-free strongly alkaline electrolytic water enables its cleansing ability to be maintained over a long period.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning agent useful for cleaning various articles and various devices, and more particularly to a cleaning agent for articles and devices that can be easily treated with waste liquid after cleaning.

A conventional cleaning agent is a cleaning agent made of a fluorinated organic compound, and has been widely used as an agent having excellent properties such as solubility, drying property at low temperature, and insolubility of a substrate. A cleaning agent composed of a fluorinated organic compound is extremely excellent as a cleaning agent for dissolving and removing organic substances such as fats and oils, but its use has been prohibited due to problems such as environmental pollution, particularly ozone layer destruction.
As a substitute for these fluorinated organic compounds, a solvent that protects the ecosystem and does not destroy the environment has been developed. The Japanese government has established “Power Development Co., Ltd.” in cooperation with a power company to stabilize domestic power, and its subsidiary “Dentsu Environmental Greening Center Co., Ltd.” For the purpose of wastewater treatment, it was developed so as not to cause pollution of surrounding rivers and seawater, ecosystem changes and environmental destruction, using strong alkaline electrolyzed water with an appropriate amount of sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate added as a buffer material. It is an earth-friendly cleaning agent.

Problems to be solved by the invention

Industrial-related cleaning agents are mainly fluorinated organic compounds used for machine parts, electronic parts, and clothing, and most of the general cleaning agents are synthetic detergents that use petroleum as a raw material. It is a detergent for dishwashing using (caustic soda) and potassium hydroxide as raw materials, soap (fatty acid sodium) reacted by adding caustic soda to animal and vegetable oils and heating, and a bleaching agent mainly composed of chlorine.
These detergents cause eutrophication of rivers and seawater, the generation of sludge, blue sea urchins, and red tides in each region, and the harmful effects of fluorine and surfactants, which are the main components, and the slowness of decomposition. It is the cause. It is an object to provide a cleaning agent capable of improving the cleaning ability of strong alkaline electrolyzed water that does not cause environmental destruction and maintaining high cleaning ability for a long period of time.

Means for solving the problem

In order to solve the problem, a detergent that does not use a surfactant or a fluorinated organic compound is generated. For the production of the cleaning agent, an electrolyzed water generator is used to produce strongly alkaline electrolyzed water, and an appropriate amount of sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate is added to the electrolyzed water as a buffer material. However, in the case where the apparatus for generating electrolyzed water is of the two-tank type, NaCl used for generating electrolyzed water is mixed in the electrolyzed water, so that it is not possible to ensure the long-term cleaning effect. For long-term security, it is important to maintain the pH strongly alkaline for a long time. In order to ensure long-term guarantee, it is a condition that strong alkalinity can be maintained for a long time so that NaCl is not mixed into the generated electrolyzed water. The maintenance of strong alkalinity for a long period can be solved by replacing the two-tank electrolyzed water generating device with a three-tank electrolyzed water generating device.

The invention's effect

The two-tank electrolyzed water purification apparatus performs electrolysis by introducing a diluted NaCl solution (about 1000 to 2000 ppm) into an anolyte / catholyte partitioned with a nonwoven fabric or the like. At this time, in order to produce water having an effective chlorine concentration of 50 ppm, it is unavoidable to mix undecomposed excess NaCl of about 900 to 1800 ppm.
Unlike the two-tank electrolyzed water generating device, the three-tank electrolyzed water generating device excites Cl− that has been dialyzed on the diaphragm in the anode chamber according to Faraday's law to effective chlorine on the electrode surface. At this time, by using an ion exchange membrane for the diaphragm, it is possible to strictly limit Na + contamination.
The two-layer electrolysis generator produces effective chlorine from Cl- in a uniformly concentrated NaCl solution, whereas the three-tank electrolysis water generator is dialyzed by placing an electrode in the vicinity of the ion exchange membrane described above. Since CL- is effectively chlorinated on the electrode surface before diffusing into the bulk solution, very efficient electrolysis is possible.
For example, it is possible to produce strong alkaline electrolyzed water having an effective chlorine content of 50 ppm with a Cl-concentration contained in the strong alkaline electrolyzed water of about 180 ppm, which is about 1/10 to 1/8 of the two-tank electrolyzed water generating device. is there. About Na +, except for what is contained in raw | natural water, it is hardly contained.
Thus, the strongly alkaline electrolyzed water generated by the three-tank electrolyzed water generating apparatus contains almost no NaCl, and thus can maintain a long-term cleaning effect. A detergent made by adding an appropriate amount of sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate as a buffer material to strong alkaline electrolyzed water not containing NaCl can achieve its purpose without destroying the ecosystem and the environment. The three-tank electrolyzed water generator can obtain strong alkaline electrolyzed water that can maintain the cleaning ability for a long time by using the product of Elex Engineering Co., Ltd.

A detergent with a suitable amount of sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate as a buffer material added to strong alkaline electrolyzed water generated from a three-tank electrolyzed water generator keeps the material in its natural and natural state as much as possible and is fresh. In the processing process from raw materials to commercialization, the product form with few quality deterioration factors such as additives, heat, water, pressure, air, and oxidation must be considered. In addition, factors such as daily usage, ease of handling, cost, and related laws and regulations must be considered.
Commercialization of strong alkaline electrolyzed water to which an appropriate amount of sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate has been added is blended with known additives, excipients, or pharmaceutical carriers in a manner known per se. It can be used as an agent. The additive to be used is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected by those skilled in the art depending on the specific use of the intended effect. Further, the form is not particularly limited, and various shapes can be used according to specific applications.

A family of four ate Chinese food for dinner. When washing dishes after meals, make a solution by diluting the stock solution of strong alkaline electrolyzed water to which sodium metasilicate was added 100 times with tap water. I dipped it in a plastic bucket. After about a minute, I washed the dishes with hot water. The oil and dirt were removed and the tableware became shiny.

Strong alkaline electrolyzed water to which sodium metasilicate has been added is more environmentally friendly than a surfactant and has an excellent cleaning effect. In particular, because it demonstrates its ability to decompose fats and oils and proteins, by washing the dishes, the treated water cleans the drain and further helps clean the grease strap.

Strong alkaline electrolyzed water added with sodium metasilicate produced by a two-tank electrolyzed water generator is used to clean the Shinkansen body, jet aircraft, oil drips from outside vehicles, washing agents from washing companies, Already used by oil and fat manufacturing companies.

Strong alkaline electrolyzed water generated by the three-tank electrolyzed water generator is an epoch-making cleaning agent that removes NaCl as much as possible. Furthermore, taking advantage of the fact that NaCl is not mixed into the generated electrolyzed water, which is a feature of the three-tank electrolyzed water generating device, not only using strong alkaline electrolyzed water, but also producing strongly acidic water, so salt damage is caused in agriculture. Since it does not occur, it is fully effective in pesticide-free cultivation. In the medical field, sodium chloride does not adhere to the skin, so it is used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, and hospital facilities are not affected by sodium chloride. It can also be used to prevent medical devices and clean medical equipment.
