Abstract

Claims (11)
- 各々熱可塑性樹脂材料から形成される一対の熱可塑性樹脂エンドキャップと、
第1および第2の端部を有して、前記第1および第2の端部が第1および第2の連結ゾーンでそれぞれ中に固定されるように熱可塑性樹脂エンドキャップ間に配置された、多孔性または繊維質の材料からなる管状フィルタ作用媒体と、
を備える、フィルタカートリッジであって、
前記エンドキャップの前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は、各々前記連結ゾーンで前記管状フィルタ作用媒体の前記多孔性または繊維質の材料に浸透する、フィルタカートリッジ。 - 前記管状フィルタ作用媒体は、重合体材料から構成されるひだ付けされた膜を備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は、前記ひだ付けされた膜を含む重合体材料の熱溶融温度より実質的に低い熱溶融温度を有する、請求項2に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記管状フィルタ作用媒体の内面にオーバラップする内側耐久要素と、前記管状フィルタ作用媒体の外面にオーバラップする外側耐久要素とをさらに備え、前記内側および外側耐久要素は、それを通る流体の通路のために構成されている、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。

(d)前記領域を満たすように前記内側モールドキャビティ内に前記供給ダクトを通して溶融された十分な量の熱可塑性樹脂材料を注入し、それによって前記熱可塑性樹脂エンドキャップを形成するステップと、
