Claims (11)
- PEEK樹脂と少なくとも20%〜40%のカーボン短繊維とを含む複合材料で作られた支承表面層と、
障壁および/または多孔度および/または粗さをもたらすための裏打ち層と、
を含む人工寛骨臼カップ。 - 前記裏打ち層が金属で作られている、請求項1に記載の人工寛骨臼カップ。
- 前記金属が、チタニウム、タンタル、またはニオブである、請求項2に記載の人工寛骨臼カップ。
- 前記裏打ち層が、前記表面層の複合材料と使用対象の骨細胞との間に障壁を生み出すため、純粋なPEEK樹脂で作られている、請求項1に記載の人工寛骨臼カップ。
- 前記裏打ち層が生体活性材料で被覆されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の人工寛骨臼カップ。
- 前記生体活性材料が、ヒドロキシアパタイト(HAP)または骨形成タンパク質(BMP)である、請求項5に記載の人工寛骨臼カップ。
- PEEK樹脂と少なくとも20%〜40%のカーボン短繊維とを含む複合材料で作られた支承表面層と、障壁および/または多孔度および/または粗さをもたらすための裏打ち層で、生体活性材料で被覆されている裏打ち層と、を含む寛骨臼カップを製作する方法であって、
内側の支承表面層を形成し、引き続いて該支承表面層に裏打ち層を適用すること、または裏打ち層を形成し、該裏打ち層に内側の支承表面層を適用することによる寛骨臼カップを製作する方法。 - 前記支承表面層を前成形すること、およびスパッタおよび/または堆積によって前記裏打ち層を適用すること、を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記裏打ち層を前成形すること、および前記内側の支承表面層を成型によって設けること、を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 外側の多孔性の表面を形成するため、多孔度が内側から外側へと変化している裏打ち層を含む請求項7または8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記生体活性材料をスパッタまたは化学的析出によって適用すること、を含む請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
