Description

The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article for adults or incontinence and a method for producing the same.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-55623 (page 5-7, FIGS. 1 and 3)

In the above-mentioned disposable absorbent article, since both sides of the absorbent article main body formed in a three-dimensional pants shape are configured to be freely detachable, it is effective for undressing and reattachment, and both sides are It is said that the production efficiency is high because it can be produced in a developed state without welding.

However, since each divided portion is formed on the absorbent article main body, it may be mounted in a state where both divided portions are engaged in advance, but it is not easy to disengage with the mounted state.

Moreover, since it does not have a three-dimensional pants shape at the time of manufacture, it must be first engaged with the dividing portion when used to form a three-dimensional pant shape, which is troublesome.

And since each division part is the positional relationship of the front and back, respectively, since it is not easy to make a three-dimensional shape at the time of manufacture, it is also possible to engage each division part on the opposite side, that is, on the surface side and the surface side of the absorbent article body Although it is conceivable, when face-to-face engagement is performed, an external force is applied to the split portion in the peeling direction at the time of mounting, and there is a problem that the engagement is easily released.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the disposable absorbent article which can improve detachability, and can ensure adhesiveness, and its manufacturing method.

In addition, since the outer surface portion of the inward panel facing the both sides of the wearer's waist and the upper surface side of either the back waist portion or the abdomen waist portion are engaged by each planar fastener, By simply folding the absorbent article body once deployed, it can be easily formed into a three-dimensional pants shape and can be easily attached, and by providing an inward panel, the engagement position of each planar fastener can be shifted and the waist of the wearer The size of the surroundings can be adjusted and the adhesion can be improved.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, both side portions of the back panel are joined to both side portions of the absorption body formed in a substantially square shape to form both side portions of the back waist portion, and absorption is performed. By joining one side edge of the abdominal panel to both sides of the main body to form both sides of the abdominal waistline, the back panel and the abdominal panel without cutting the absorbent article main body into a concave shape Since the space is between the legs, there is no waste of materials and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

According to invention of Claim 3, while making an inward panel and an absorbent article main body into a different body, an inward panel can be comprised with an absorbent article main body and another raw material, and an inward panel is made into an absorbent article. Since the width is widened simply by joining to the main body, the productivity and the yield can be improved.

According to the invention described in claim 4, the waistline elastic bodies are respectively stretchable between the outer edge portions of both inward panels and between both second planar fasteners along the width direction of the absorbent article body. By disposing the leg elastic body along the side edge of the leg periphery so that substantially the entire circumference of the leg periphery can be expanded and contracted, the inward panel portion and the second planar fastener portion Since the entire absorbent article body excluding the elastic member can be expanded and contracted, the adhesiveness can be improved, and since the elastic body is not disposed on the inward panel and the second planar fastener portion, There is no shrinkage and the wearability can be secured.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the inward panel has a width dimension equal to or larger than the width dimension of the second planar fastener having a width dimension larger than that of the first planar fastener. Since the first planar fastener can be harder than necessary and the width of the first planar fastener can be suppressed, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

According to the invention described in claim 6, the back surface side of the first planar fastener is joined to the outer surface portion of the panel, and the front side of the first planar fastener is at least a part of the outer edge side of the inward panel. The first planar fastener may be peeled off from the inward panel when the first planar fastener and the second planar fastener are disengaged by reinforcing with the joint reinforcing means in FIG. Can be prevented from being broken, and since the engaging force with the second planar fastener of the reinforcing portion by the joint reinforcing means is lost, the first planar fastener and the second planar fastener are When releasing the engagement, no external force is applied to the reinforcing portion, so that the peeling of the first planar fastener from the inward panel can be prevented more reliably.

According to the invention described in claim 7, the first mark is provided on the inward panel disposed on the back waist portion, and the ventral waist portion is provided at a position opposite to the first mark at the time of wearing. By providing the second mark so as to be visible from the liquid-impervious back sheet side, the first planar fastener disposed on the inward panel by aligning the first mark and the second mark at the time of mounting. And the second planar fastener disposed on the ventral waist portion can be easily engaged with each other and can be easily mounted.

According to the invention described in claim 8, on the upper surface side of either the back waist portion or the abdominal waist portion of the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet formed in the main body forming step, the panel forming step and the panel cutting are performed. The composite inward panel manufactured in the process is arranged in the panel arranging process and joined in the joining process, and either one of the back waist part and the ventral waist part of the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet By disposing the second planar fastener in the fastener disposing step on the upper surface side of each, it becomes possible to engage each surface fastener with the body surface on the upper surface side of the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet. And it becomes possible to manufacture easily by the process similar to the thing of the general cross-flow type which joins the both sides of an absorbent article main body, and can improve productivity.

The configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a disposable absorbent article. This disposable absorbent article is, for example, a disposable paper diaper, and includes a substantially rectangular absorbent article body 1 as an absorbent article body. The absorbent article body 1 includes a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 having liquid permeability, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 having liquid-imperviousness, and the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and liquid-impermeable back sheet. 3 is formed in a layer shape with an absorbent body 4 disposed between the liquid absorber 3 and the liquid absorbent. Further, the absorbent article main body 1 is formed with a back waist part 5, a crotch part 6 and an abdomen waist part 7 sequentially in the longitudinal direction along the longitudinal direction. The absorbent article main body 1 has a waist opening 8 and a pair of leg openings 9 as shown in FIG. 2 by joining both sides in the width direction with the side waist 7. It is formed in a pants shape and is worn along the body from the back side to the abdomen side of a wearer such as a sick person or an incontinent person.

The liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 is formed of a sheet material that has liquid permeability and air permeability and feels close to underwear, such as woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, porous film, or synthetic fiber, and excreted liquid such as urine. Is transmitted to the absorbent body 4 and does not cause discomfort even if it is in direct contact with the body. And this liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 is located in the upper surface side in the expansion | deployment state of the absorbent article main body 1, as shown in FIG.

Further, the liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 is formed of a sheet material having liquid permeability and air permeability, such as a synthetic resin such as polyethylene (polyethylene) resin. It is attached to prevent other clothes, such as underwear, or sheets, etc., from being contaminated with excretory fluid such as urine. And this liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 is located in the lower surface side in the expansion | deployment state of the absorbent article main body 1. FIG.

Furthermore, the absorber 4 is formed into a rectangular sheet shape using a material mainly including pulp and partially including a material such as a polymer absorber, and sufficiently absorbs excretory fluid such as urine. . And as for this absorber 4, the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 are bonded together so that the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 are bonded to each other. It is sealed between.

Further, the back waist part 5 is formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article body 1 in the unfolded state, and the absorbent article body 1 is appropriately bent from this unfolded state, and the back around the waist of the wearer. It is a part located on the side. An inward panel 11 is provided on the upper surface side of both side portions of the back waist portion 5.

These inward panels 11 are formed in a substantially quadrangular shape in the longitudinal direction along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body 1, an outer edge portion 12 positioned on the side of the back waist portion 5, and the absorbent article main body. 1 has an inner edge portion 13 positioned on the center side in the width direction, and has an inner surface portion 14 facing the wearer's body side when worn and an outer surface portion 15 facing the wearer's clothing surface side when worn. Yes. That is, these inward panels 11 are folded back on both side portions of the back waist portion 5.

Each outer edge 12 is connected to both sides of the back waist 5 and serves as a fold line portion when the inward panel 11 is folded back to the center in the width direction of the absorbent article body 1. Yes.

Moreover, each inner edge part 13 is not joined to the absorbent article main body 1, but has a free end shape.

Furthermore, each inner surface part 14 faces the upper surface side of the absorbent article main body 1 in the unfolded state, and faces the wearer's body side when worn.

Each outer surface portion 15 is provided with a first planar fastener 18. These first planar fasteners 18 are formed in a long and narrow rectangular shape in the longitudinal direction of the inward panel 11, and the entire back surface side is joined to the outer surface portion 15.

Here, if these first planar fasteners 18 are biased toward the outer edge 12 side in the width direction of the inward panel 11, the inner edge 13 side of the inward panel 11 is irregularly bent, Since there is a risk of a sense of incongruity, it is desirable that the inward panel 11 is biased toward the inner edge 13 side than the center in the width direction.

Further, the crotch part 6 is integrally formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article body 1 from the back waist part 5 to the abdomen waist part 7 in the middle part in the longitudinal direction in the deployed state. Then, the absorbent article main body 1 is appropriately bent from this developed state, and is a portion located in the crotch of the wearer. Further, on both sides of the crotch part 6, leg leg parts 21 forming leg leg openings 9 are cut out in an arc shape.

Further, the abdomen waist part 7 is integrally formed continuously with the other end side opposite to the back waist part 5 of the crotch part 6 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article body 1 in the deployed state. The absorbent article main body 1 is appropriately bent from the deployed state, and is a portion located on the ventral side of the wearer's waist.

Further, a first planar fastener 18 and a second planar fastener 22 detachable from each other are provided in the vicinity of both outer side portions of the abdominal waist portion 7.

Here, each of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 has a larger width dimension, but the wearability is improved, but the manufacturing cost is increased. In the present embodiment, the width of the second planar fastener 22 is increased. It has a width dimension that is larger than the first planar fastener 18 and smaller than the width dimension of the inward panel 11.

Furthermore, as a desirable configuration, the second planar fastener 22 is formed so that the width dimension of the second planar fastener 22 is smaller than the width dimension of the inward panel 11 and larger than half the width dimension of the inward panel 11. The width dimension of the planar fastener 18 is smaller than half the width dimension of the inward panel 11, and the outer edge of the second planar fastener 22 is more than the outer edge 12 of the inward panel 11 when installed. Do not be located outside.

In addition, these second planar fasteners 22 are each first planar shape in a state where the inward panel 11 is folded back to the center side in the width direction of the absorbent article body 1 in the width direction of the absorbent article body 1. It is disposed at a position substantially equal to the fastener 18. And the absorbent article main body 1 is formed in the underpants shape shown in FIG. 2 by engaging these planar fasteners 18 and 22.

Each of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 may be a hook fastener and either one may be a loop fastener, but may cause a sense of discomfort when the hook fastener hits the wearer's skin. Preferably, the first planar fastener 18 is a hook fastener and the second planar fastener 22 is a loop fastener so that the hook fastener always faces the garment surface.

Next, the manufacturing method of the disposable absorbent article of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

First, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), first planar fasteners 18 are disposed at positions near both sides except for the vicinity of the central portion in the width direction of the continuous inward panel body 11a, respectively. The orientation panel 11b is formed (panel forming process).

Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the continuous inward panel 11b is cut to a predetermined length to form a composite inward panel 11c (panel cutting step).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the composite inward panel 11c is rotated by 90 ° along the horizontal plane (panel rotation process).

On the other hand, as shown in FIG.3 (d), the absorber 4 is arrange | positioned between the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet 2a and the continuous liquid-impermeable back sheet 3a, and the absorbent article main body 1 follows the width direction. The continuous absorbent article main body 1a that is continuous is formed (main body forming step). The continuous absorbent article main body 1a and the continuous inward panel 11b flow continuously along the same direction. Further, in the main body forming step, the continuous leg-around portion 21a is cut out in a circular shape in the continuous absorbent article main body 1a.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (e), the composite inward panel 11c rotated 90 ° in the panel rotating step is shown in FIG. 3 (e) which is the back waist portion 5 of the continuous absorbent article body 1a. It arrange | positions to the upper surface side of the upper side shown (panel arrangement | positioning process). At this time, the composite inward panel 11c is disposed so that the vicinity of the center portion in the width direction corresponds to both sides of the back waist portion 5 of the continuous absorbent article main body 1a.

And as shown in FIG.3 (f), the center part vicinity of the width direction of this arrange | positioned composite inward panel 11c is joined to the continuous absorbent article main body 1a along this width direction (joining process). .

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (g), second planar fasteners 22 are arranged in the vicinity of both side portions in the width direction of the lower upper surface, which is the belly waist portion 7 of the continuous absorbent article main body 1a. Install and join (fastener arrangement step).

Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 (h), the upper surface side of the continuous absorbent article main body 1a is turned inside so that the back waist part 5 and the abdominal waist part 7 of the continuous absorbent article main body 1a face each other. Are folded (folding step), and the respective planar fasteners 18 and 22 are engaged with each other.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (i), the continuous absorbent article main body 1a folded in this folding step is cut at a position where the composite inward panel 11c is approximately bisected in the width direction (main body). Cutting step), the absorbent article main body 1 formed into a pants shape is completed.

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.

When attaching and detaching, the first planar fastener 18 provided on the inward panel 11 provided on both sides of the back waist part 5 and the second surface fastener provided on both sides of the abdomen waist part 7 are provided. By engaging the planar fasteners 22 to form the absorbent article main body 1 in a three-dimensional pant shape as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to attach and detach like underwear, and the detachability is improved.

Further, by disengaging the planar fasteners 18 and 22 in a state where the wearer is wearing, for example, confirmation of the presence or absence of dirt inside the absorbent article main body 1 or when using a pad for the inner, for example. The pad can be easily replaced, and the wearer does not need to take off the clothes each time.

Furthermore, since the outer surface portion 15 of the inward panel 11 and the upper surface side of the abdominal waist portion 7 facing each other on both sides of the wearer's waist are engaged by the respective planar fasteners 18 and 22, they are once in a deployed state. The absorbent article main body 1 can be easily formed again into a three-dimensional pants shape by simply folding it.

By providing the inward panel 11, the engagement position of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 can be easily shifted, and the size of the waist opening 8 can be adjusted according to the wearer. Adhesion can be improved.

Further, by disposing the inward panel 11 on the dorsal waist part 5, when the planar fasteners 18 and 22 are peeled off, the second planar fastener 22 is directed from the back side of the wearer to the abdominal side. Therefore, the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 can be easily peeled off.

Further, the width of the inward panel 11 is set to be equal to or larger than the width of the second planar fastener 22 having a width larger than that of the first planar fastener 18, so that the inward panel 11 has the first surface. Since it can prevent becoming harder than necessary by the shaped fastener 18 and the width dimension of the first planar fastener 18 can be suppressed, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

In manufacturing the disposable absorbent article, a composite in which the first planar fastener 18 is joined to the back waist portion 5 side of the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet 2a, which is the upper surface side of the continuous absorbent article main body 1a. An inward panel 11c is disposed, and a second planar fastener 22 is disposed on the abdomen waist portion 7 side of the continuous liquid-permeable surface sheet 2a, so that each planar fastener 18, 22 is continuously transmitted. Since it is possible to engage face-to-face on the upper surface side of the liquid surface sheet 2a, a general transverse flow type three-dimensional pants-shaped disposable absorbent article in which both sides of the absorbent article main body are joined, that is, side-sealed. It becomes possible to manufacture easily by the same manufacturing process as, and productivity can be improved.

In addition, each of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 is face-to-face engaged at the time of manufacture, but when the absorbent article main body 1 is worn, the inner surface portion 14 of the inward panel 11 faces the body side of the wearer and each planar shape. Since the fasteners 18 and 22 are positioned on the outer peripheral side of the wearer's body, when worn with respect to the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22, in the peeling direction, that is, in the direction in which the planar fasteners 18 and 22 are separated from each other. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the engagement from being easily released without applying an external force.

In the first embodiment, the liquid-permeable top sheet 2 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 are formed in an elongated rectangular shape, and the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 is opposite to the liquid-permeable top sheet 2. When the absorbent article main body 1 is formed by bonding the liquid-impervious outermost layer sheet to the back side and forming the waist portions 5 and 7 and the crotch portion 6 with the outermost layer sheet, By disposing the orientation panel 11 and the respective planar fasteners 18 and 22 on the outermost layer sheet, it is possible to achieve the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment.

Further, when manufacturing the disposable absorbent article, for example, before the folding step, the portion of the outer edge 12 where the first planar fastener 18 of the inward panel 11 is not disposed is used as the second planar fastener. The second side fastener 22 may be prevented from floating during manufacture by temporarily fixing it with an adhesive or the like on the abdominal waist part 7 which is the 22 side.

Furthermore, in the manufacturing process of the disposable absorbent article, when the continuous absorbent article body 1a and the continuous inward panel 11b are not flown along the same direction, the angle to be rotated in the rotating panel process is appropriately set, Further, when the flow direction of the continuous inward panel 11b is orthogonal to the flow direction of the continuous absorbent article body 1a, the rotating panel process can be omitted.

And as shown in FIG. 4, it picks on the side in which the inward panel 11 of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body 1 is not provided, ie, the both sides of the width direction of the abdominal waist part 7 in this Embodiment. A configuration in which the portion 24 is provided is also possible. In this case, it is easy to peel the second planar fastener 22 from the first planar fastener 18 by picking the knob 24.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the absorbent article main body 1 includes an absorbent main body 25 formed in a substantially square shape, and back-side panels 26 and 26 provided on both sides of the absorbent main body 25 and a ventral-side panel. 27 and 27.

The absorbent main body 25 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impervious back sheet 3, and an absorbent body 4 sealed between the liquid-permeable top sheet 2 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 3. I have.

Further, the back panel 26 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and one side edge portion is joined to both side portions in the width direction on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorption body 25 and protrudes outward from the absorption body 25. The both sides of the back waist part 5 are formed. The back panels 26 are provided with inward panels 11 to which the first planar fasteners 18 are joined on both sides in the width direction.

Further, the abdominal panel 27 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape similar to the back panel 26, and one side edge portion is joined to both sides in the width direction on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorption body 25. It protrudes outward from the absorbent body 25 and forms both sides of the ventral waist part 7. The ventral panels 27 are each provided with a second planar fastener 22.

The panels 26 and 27 are separated from each other in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article body 1, and the separated portions serve as the leg periphery 21.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, one side edge portion of the back side panels 26 and 26 is joined to both side portions of the absorption body 25 to form both side portions of the back waist portion 5. At the same time, one side edge of the abdominal panels 27, 27 is joined to both sides of the absorbent body 25 to form the abdomen waistline portion 7, so that the absorbent article body 1 is not cut back into a concave shape. Since the space between the side panel 26 and the ventral panel 27 is the leg-hole portion 21, there is no waste of materials and the like, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, each inward panel 11 is provided separately from the absorbent article body 1, and the outer edge 12 is in the width direction of the back waist part 5 of the absorbent article body 1. It is arrange | positioned by the absorbent article main body 1 by joining to both sides.

That is, the inward panel 11 is formed of, for example, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a thermoplastic resin film. In addition, when forming with a thermoplastic film, it is preferable to laminate a nonwoven fabric etc. on the inner surface side to improve the touch.

These inward panels 11 are, for example, heat-sealed or hot-melt bonded to both sides in the width direction of the back waist portion 5 of the absorbent article main body 1 at the joints 28 on both sides along the longitudinal direction. It is joined with an agent.

As described above, according to the third embodiment, the inward panel 11 and the absorbent article body 1 can be configured separately from the absorbent article body 1 by using the inward panel 11 and the absorbent article body 1 as separate bodies. In addition, since the width of the disposable absorbent article, that is, the waist opening 8 is widened simply by joining the inward panel 11 to the absorbent article body 1, for example, the width of the absorbent article body 1 is widened to extend the inward panel 11. Manufacturability and yield can be improved as compared with the case of forming.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of back waistline elastic bodies are provided along the width direction of the absorbent article main body 1 between the outer edge portions 12 of both inward panels 11 of the back waist portion 5. 31 and a plurality of ventral waist elastic bodies 32 are provided along the width direction of the absorbent article main body 1 between the second planar fasteners 22 of the ventral waist part 7. The back waistline elastic body 31 and the abdomen waistline elastic body 32 constitute a waistline elastic body 33.

Here, each of the waistline elastic bodies 31 and 32 is a stretchable member such as a string-like rubber, and is stretched in the width direction of the absorbent article main body 1 and is impermeable to the liquid-permeable topsheet 2. It is arranged between the back sheet 3 and gives elasticity to substantially the entire circumference except for the inward panel 11 around the waist of the wearer in a state where the absorbent article main body 1 is in a pants shape.

In addition, a pair of leg-hole elastic bodies 34 are disposed in the vicinity of the leg-hole portion 21. These leg-hole elastic bodies 34 are members that can expand and contract, such as string-like rubber.

Then, the leg elastic body 34 located on the back waist part 5 side absorbs along the side edge of one leg part 21 from one side part of the back waist part 5 of the absorbent article body 1. It crosses the body 4 and continues along the side edge of the other leg periphery 21 over the other side of the back waistline 5. Furthermore, the leg elastic body 34 located on the abdomen waist part 7 side absorbs from one side part of the abdomen waist part 7 of the absorbent article body 1 along the side edge of one leg part 21. It crosses the body 4 and continues along the side edge of the other leg periphery 21 over the other side of the abdomen waist part 7.

And these leg periphery elastic bodies 34 are located between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and the liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 in the state extended | stretched in the width direction of the absorbent article main body 1, The absorbent article main body 1 In a state where the pants are in the shape of a pant, the entire circumference of the leg periphery 21 is arranged to be extendable.

As a result, according to the fourth embodiment, the entire absorbent article body 1 excluding the inward panel 11 portion expands and contracts, so that the adhesion to the wearer's body can be improved.

In addition, since the elastic members 33 and 34 are not disposed on the inward panel 11 and the second planar fastener 22 portion, the planar fasteners 18 and 22 are contracted at the time of wearing, thereby impairing the wearability. There is no such thing and it is possible to secure the wearability.

Further, since the leg elastic body 34 crosses the absorbent body 4, the center part in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 stands up due to the contraction of the leg elastic body 34, and the wearer passes through the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2. Since it is in close contact with the crotch, leakage can be reliably prevented.

Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the back surface side of each first planar fastener 18 is joined to the outer surface portion 15 of the inward panel 11, and the front surface side of each first planar fastener 18 is the inward panel 11. Each of the first planar fasteners 18 is reinforced by the joint reinforcing means 35 on the outer edge 12 side, and the reinforcing portion by the joint reinforcing means 35 of each first planar fastener 18 has no engagement force with the second planar fastener 22. Yes.

These joint reinforcing means 35 can reinforce the joint strength between the inward panel 11 and the first planar fastener 18 and eliminate the engaging force of the reinforcing portion by the joint reinforcing means 35 of the first planar fastener 18. Any material may be used as long as it is, for example, a heat seal or a film-like tape.

The joint reinforcing means 35 is formed from the outer edge of the first planar fastener 18 to the inward panel 11.

As a result, according to the fifth embodiment, the first planar fastener 18 is peeled from the inward panel 11 or the inward panel 11 when the planar fasteners 18 and 22 are disengaged. Can be prevented from being broken.

Further, by eliminating the engaging force of the reinforcing portion by the joint reinforcing means 35 of the first planar fastener 18, the first planar fastener 18 is removed when the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 is released. Since no external force is applied to the reinforcing portion from the outer edge, the first planar fastener 18 can be more reliably prevented from peeling off from the inward panel 11.

In the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, an inward panel 11 is disposed on the surface side of the second planar fastener 22 in the same manner as the first planar fastener 18. It is also possible to employ a configuration in which the reinforcing means 36 joins and reinforces the both sides of the ventral waist part 7 that is not present. In this case, for example, when the reinforcing means 36 is in a tape shape or the like, the reinforcing means 36 is extended in the width direction until it protrudes from both sides of the abdominal waist part 7, and the reinforcing means 36 is It is possible to project the knob portions 24 projecting outward from the ventral waist portion 7.

Next, a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the sixth embodiment, inward panels 11 and 11 are disposed on the back waist part 5, and a first mark 41 is disposed on the outer surface 15 side of the inward panels 11 and 11. In addition, the second mark 42 is disposed on the ventral waist portion 7 at a position facing the first mark 41 when the absorbent article main body 1 is mounted.

The first mark 41 is in the vicinity of the first planar fastener 18 of the inward panel 11 and at a position closer to the outer edge 12 than the first planar fastener 18. Marks 41a and 41b are provided in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the fastener 18, respectively. In the present embodiment, these marks 41a and 41b are formed in a circular shape by, for example, coloring or embossing.

The second mark 42 has marks 42a and 42b at positions corresponding to the marks 41a and 41b of the first mark 41 when the absorbent article main body 1 is mounted. That is, these marks 42a and 42b are located near the second planar fastener 22 and at positions closer to both outer edges of the ventral waist part 7 than the second planar fastener 22. The two planar fasteners 22 are provided in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction. These marks 42a and 42b are formed in a circle corresponding to the shapes corresponding to the marks 41a and 41b, that is, in the present embodiment, for example, by coloring or embossing.

Further, the second mark 42 is visible from the liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 side. Here, each second mark 42 may be provided on either the liquid-permeable top sheet 2 or the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 as long as the second mark 42 is visible from the liquid-impervious back sheet 3 side. 3 may be provided in both.

And by comprising in this way, by aligning each mark 41a, 41b of the 1st mark 41, and each mark 42a, 42b of the 2nd mark 42 at the time of mounting | wearing with the absorbent article main body 1, an inward panel The first planar fastener 18 disposed in 11 and the second planar fastener 22 disposed in the ventral waist part 7 can be easily engaged with each other and can be easily mounted.

The marks 41a and 41b are provided in the vicinity of the longitudinal ends of each first planar fastener 18, that is, at two locations, and the marks 42a and 42b are disposed at both longitudinal ends of the second planar fasteners 22. As compared with the case where the mark is provided only at one place, the first mark 41 and the second mark 42 can be easily aligned, and the mounting becomes easier and each surface shape is provided. The entire fasteners 18 and 22 can be reliably engaged.

Further, when the second mark 42 is disposed on both the sheets 2 and 3, the second mark 42 can be confirmed at the time of mounting from either the front side or the back side, so that mounting becomes easier. .

In the sixth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the marks 41a and 41b of the first marks 41 are disposed on the first planar fasteners 18 and 18, respectively, and the second marks 42 are provided. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the marks 42a and 42b are arranged on the second planar fasteners 22 and 22, respectively. In this case, when the marks 41a, 41b and the marks 42a, 42b are combined, the first planar fasteners 18, 18 and the second planar fasteners 22, 22 are more reliably engaged. It becomes possible.

Further, the shapes of the marks 41a and 41b and the marks 42a and 42b are not particularly limited to a circular shape, and may be, for example, a rectangular shape, a linear shape, a combination of these shapes, or a character.

Furthermore, when each of the marks 41 and 42 is provided at two places like the marks 41a and 41b and the marks 42a and 42b, as shown in FIG. 12, the marks 41a and 42a and the marks 41b and 42b that face each other at the time of mounting. The marks 41a and 42b and the marks 41b and 42a that are not opposed to each other may have different shapes, colors, or patterns. In this case, the marks 41a and 42a and the marks 41b and 42b to be matched with each other can be easily confirmed, so that the mountability is further improved.

Each of the marks 41 and 42 is provided in two places like the marks 41a and 41b and the marks 42a and 42b. Alternatively, the marks 41 and 42 may be provided in one place on the left and right, or in place of the marks 41a and 41b. Alternatively, the entire surface fastener 18 may be colored. In these cases, the process of providing the marks 41 and 42 is simplified, and the manufacturability is improved.

Further, the first mark 41 is provided at any position on the inward panel 11 as long as the first planar fastener 18 can be easily engaged with the second planar fastener 22. Also good. In this case, the position of the second mark 42 is also set as appropriate according to the position of the first mark 41.

Next, a seventh embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the seventh embodiment, in the first embodiment, the first planar fasteners 18 of the inward panels 11 are respectively constituted by fasteners 18a and 18b divided in the longitudinal direction, that is, the longitudinal direction. In addition, a cutout portion 44 is formed between each fastener 18a, 18b on the inner side edge portion 13 of the absorbent article main body 1 of each inward panel 11 on the center side in the longitudinal direction. Projections 45 are formed at both ends of 44.

The fasteners 18a and 18b are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction, and are respectively disposed in the vicinity of both ends of the inward panel 11 in the longitudinal direction.

The notch 44 is formed in a substantially arc shape and is provided so that a part thereof faces between the fasteners 18a and 18b.

Further, each protrusion 45 is formed to be continuous with the notch 44 and to have an arc shape in a direction opposite to the notch 44.

With this configuration, when the absorbent article body 1 is unfolded from the mounted state, a finger or the like is inserted into the notch 44 or the protruding portion 45 is picked so that each inward panel 11 is moved. By pulling, the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 can be easily released.

In the second to sixth embodiments, as shown in the seventh embodiment, even if the first planar fastener 18 is divided in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body 1, the same applies. Needless to say, there are effects.

In the third to seventh embodiments, when the liquid-impervious outermost layer sheet is bonded to the back side opposite to the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 of the liquid-impervious back sheet 3, Similar to the first embodiment, by disposing the inward panel 11 and the respective planar fasteners 18 and 22 on the outermost sheet respectively, the same effects as the third to seventh embodiments can be obtained. It becomes possible to play.

In each of the above embodiments, the inward panel 11 may be formed on the ventral waist part 7 and the second planar fastener 22 may be disposed on the back waist part 5. In this case, the respective configurations described above are exchanged between the back side and the waist side to correspond to each other. Then, by forming the inward panel 11 on the abdominal waist portion 7, when the planar fasteners 18 and 22 are peeled off, the second planar fastener 22 is moved from the abdomen side of the wearer toward the back side. Since they are peeled off, the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 is difficult to peel off, and the engagement of the planar fasteners 18 and 22 can be prevented from being inadvertently released.
